Using pastelwork+i.u.’s intelligence as a (contemporary) artist and an Ph.D, Kenji Miyazawa is transformed into something entirely different. Based on interpretations that challenge established theories, he personally translated and illustrated about 200-page picture book noir. Is this the light of hope or the darkness of despair?

The same content is currently being developed as a video production as well. Please be sure to watch this work before the video.
