Why do all the dragon tribes have different colored blood?

When I was reading Wings of Fire I always thought it was confusing how just the IceWings had blue blood.

(And then Tui. Just decided to make Hivewings with green blood and (royal?) Seawings with blue blood in The Flames Of Hope for no reason...? Either way.)

It just kind of felt off, why do only the Icewings get the pretty blue blood? And I thought it would've been a cool detail to make my dragons have different blood colors, it was all or nothing for me.

The "real" explanation is that dragons have magic, and it's that elemental magic that colors their blood differently. Their blood, flesh, bones and whole bodies hold magic, (50/50 hybrids may present mixed color blood, but often no magical powers.)

Other creatures have colored blood too, but less bright than a dragon, since dragons are the highest magical beings that we know of.

What’s the Kruha massacre?

A massacre (apparently unprompted) of an Earth's outpost led by Zoisite that happened aprox. 50 years before the main events.

It isn't very important in this comic, but will be shown in an off-spin.
