It's just so funny because she told me my assignment for next time is to... Write fanfiction 😂😂😂

I am loving this. To help me connect with people and focus on things I love, she told me to write some fanfiction.

I got a PB&J, carrots, a cheese stick, cheese whale crackers, a donut, and apple juice!!!!!

This is way better than my usual of "forgetting to eat lunch and surviving off of a single granola bar!"

Shout out to my local dollar store for having bread and jam! I got the crackers there too :)

And thanks to my mom who got me the carrots and juice! She's the best ❤️❤️❤️

I almost cried a little rn i am so happy.

I've been going back & forth for a while with my parents on the topic of top surgery. They really don't understand it very well, and I was struggling with that a bit.

Well, tonight I started filling out the new patient paperwork in order to set up a consultation appointment, and finally built up the courage to tell them I'm actively going for it. And they responded in support.

I was so scared to tell them I've been prepping things behind their backs. But they are being so patient and kind and I feel so relieved.

I thought they might get upset. But instead I was given a hug. And told that they love me. And I almost burst into tears.

I've been out to them about my being Genderqueer for a while, but they were really having a hard time understanding. They never said or did anything hateful or bad. This whole time they've told me they love me and accept this part of me. They've just had a hard time wrapping their heads around the intense chaos that is my gender identity. So they've accidentally said some things that hurt. They've always tried so hard to make up for it, and change their behavior. I really appreciate it. And tonight it really showed just how far they've come.

My parents are just. the best. I love them so much. Even though we tend to get into quite a few spats (mostly due to miscommunication/incorrect assumptions), I know they love me and have my back. And I am so excited to finally start down the path for top surgery knowing they will be there for me.

I didn't get the job. Oh well! :P

So, I submitted a job application less than 24 hours ago, and I already have an interview set up.

It's on Tuesday. I am extremely nervous 😬

The Doey earrings are made from the lids of empty Doey Dough toy containers. I also like to think all the toys in Safe Haven would have a lid to wear as a hat. It's a little silly way to show Doey how much they love and appreciate him :3
