Workout 3/4 times a week
Weigh yourself 2 times a week
Eat a small portion of dinner
2L water a day
Cravings? -> water, coffee and gum
Go for walks frequently
Listen to subliminals
Can only satisfy my cravings when im on my period
Stop eating after 7pm
Spend your free time consuming as much ed content as possible (edtwt, edblr, spo, songs etc)
