Tw: mental heath issues (nothing too bad really)

Living with my grandma since grand da passed away last year. Unfortunately our flat right across the street was getting dusty in the meantime. And just uninhabitable. My mental health hasn't been the best in a while, and mum hasn't taken me to therapy after my first session 3 years ago (sad because she is a therapist herself).

Hit a new low one day. But unfortunately I am bad™ at talking mental health these days. So cleaned + aestheticized my living room obsessively. Then the dining another time. Then my room (which I am currently painting) and just a while ago, the balcony.

It's my equivalent of breaking things from frustration now. But with a huge set of rules, since mum has vague specifications of what to throw away or keep, etc etc. And honestly, it's not calming me down per se, but the set of rules I need to follow are good at diverting the rage/sadness/numbness.

And as much as I feel like smashing something against the wall at times, it would just lead to more self loathing for me personally (as someone who cried as I impulsively broke a cardboard box I was very attached to today and glued it back). Repetitive tasks or tasks where you follow rules might do better for some if you are someone who is very attached to their stuff

Would've gotten my point across better had I written tomorrow morning with a clearer head, but oh well

YIPPEE Thank you for the ask I LOVEE my boy cassius. I think his was the first one I posted even. Would definitely give him a gay flag, because have not read anywhere that he's been with a woman (other than his wife Junia Tertia which one can argue was necessary to have familal ties with Brutus).

Now we don't know if he was into men evem really but BRUTECASS UGH. They have something going on who's going to tell me otherwise. Gay flag for himm<3
