STEPS TO ACHIEVE YOUR DREAM
Oh itâs possible alright. Anyone can achieve their dreams. Do you want to know how?
1. Donât dream it because you need to, dream it because you want to. Reaching for your dreams is different for aspiring success. But if your dream is to strive for success, so be it. Dream the things you love to do. Donât force to dream something because you are forced to do it. You know what you want and nobody can tell you that.
2. Believe in it Donât give up on your dreams, dude. Doesnât mean itâs too high for you, you cant reach it. Sometimes, you just need a little faith in your heart and believe that you CAN do it.
3. Needs a little bit of time Itâs impossible to make your dreams come true in just a blink of an eye. Only if youâre Cinderella. Unfortunately, youâre not. Be patient with the whole process. Know what you will do today.
4. Visualize If you achieved your dream, what will happen next? Start planning early for the future. And imagine the people surrounded you will feel? Happy, right? Which makes it more exciting to and determined to achieve it.
5. Donât let people pull you down Donât let people underestimate you. So what? You donât need them. One day, theyâll realize that they were wrong about you. That they shouldâve supported you all the way. Like what theyâve said âSuccess is the best revenge.â But never think of it as revenge, but as an inspiration.
I CANâT WAIT TO ACHIEVE MY DREAM. ARE YOU READY TO TAKE A STEP?

SEMBREAK THOUGHTS
âHowâs your vacation? What did you do these past few weeks?â
These are frequently asked questions EVERY TIME the semestral ends. (Like seriously?! Donât you get tired of these?!) Today, I am going to share you how my semestral break vacation went.
From Saturday to Friday, I always lie on my bed reading novels or playing with my phone. I donât like to go outside because I canât go without someone like a chaperon or something and itâs so damn boring. If boredom was lethal, I should be dead by now.
My boredom ended when my cousins arrived at our house to have a vacation because of the long weekend. My cousins are painkillersâ no, wait. Boredom killers. If youâre with them, thereâs never a dull moment and there is no room for sadness. At Sunday, we went to church because my mother said so. After that, we went to one of my cousinsâ house. We spent the night there and studied (a littleđ).
I think we really need the health break to lessen the stress and anxiety school gives us every freaking day. This makes us more relaxed and focused for the following weeks and I expect the stress will be there again, therefore I conclude, students need more than 1 health break. WE REALLY DO.

Whatâs your favorite sport? If you like SWIMMING, maybe youâll be interested in this post. (Iâm such a lazy ass so I just pasted the links significant to the topic)
SWIMMING
Swimming is an individual or team sport and activity. Competitive swimming is one of the most popular Olympic sports, with events in butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle, and individual medley. In addition to these individual events, Olympic swimmers also participate in relays. Swimmers can also compete in open-water events (i.e. swimming in the Ocean).
If you are interested in reading the âHistory of Swimmingâ please click this link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swimming_(sport)#History
I donât know much about swimming but I am interested to learn A LOT about swimming. I found tips for beginners. Hope it helps:Â http://www.active.com/triathlon/articles/10-swimming-tips-for-beginnersâ
â If you want to be the best, you have to do things that other people aren't willing to do. â
One inspirational quote by one of the most decorative Olympian of all time. Do you have a swimming icon? Those dudes (not just any dudes) you idolize in swimming, well mine is Michael Phelps.

Michael Fred Phelps II (born June 30, 1985) is an American former competitive swimmer and the most decorated Olympian of all time, with a total of 28 medals. Phelps also holds the all-time records for Olympic gold medals (23), Olympic gold medals in individual events (13), and Olympic medals in individual events (16). In winning eight gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Games, Phelps broke fellow American swimmer Mark Spitz's record of seven first-place finishes at any single Olympic Games. At the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, Phelps won four gold and two silver medals, and at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, he won five gold medals and one silver. This made him the most successful athlete of the Games for the fourth Olympics in a row.
America loves him! wanna know why? click this link: https://www.theodysseyonline.com/america-loves-phelps to know more.

15 THINGS EVERY TEEN SHOULD ENJOY/ TO MAKE YOUR TEENAGE LIFE MORE ENJOYABLE
Being a teenager can be difficult with your hormones going wild, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy the teen years. If you're looking to have enjoyable teenage years, there are many things you can doâbig and smallâthat can make a huge difference!
1. Â Â Avoid media-based expectations, good or bad. Being a teenager is not necessarily any easier or more difficult than any other life stage. Although adolescence is a time of great change, this does not necessarily mean it will be the most difficult time of your life. If you get wound up with concerns that this new life stage will be fraught with ever-present drama, the truth is that this is just another stage of your life which you will get through as much as you did toddlerhood long ago.
2. Discover and engage in your interests. When you were younger, people always told you to find hobbies, and chances are, you have at least a few basic interests that you can engage in.
3. Work on your work ethic. Yes, school can be very hard work, but in your teenage years, it matters more than ever. What you accomplish in your teen years may determine in large part your opportunities in your adult life. Dedicate some time to studying and do your best to do well in middle school and high school. Aim to get things done as soon as possible instead of procrastinating.Â
4. Work to improve your social skills. Some teens have trouble with social interaction, with the reasons behind it varying. Since social interaction is necessary in order to succeed, it's important to learn how to cope with shyness and social anxiety. Consider working with a friend or a family member of close age to develop your social skills. It may not replace new social exchanges, but it's good practice.
5. Be polite towards those you don't know well. Every day, you'll likely see people you don't know, whether it be in school or out in public. It may seem funny to make fun of those that you don't know, but it's rude, and word will get back to them eventually. Later in life, you'll have to work with people you don't know; it's best to be polite towards strangers. If you can manage it, be friendly as well. It's appreciated by those around you, even if you don't see it.
6. Take romance slowly. Someâbut not allâteens are interested in romantic relationships, and may want to find a partner. If you get into a relationship, take it slowly and communicate with your partner well.
7. Keep good relations with your family. Family membersâespecially parentsâprobably worry about you during your teenage years. Many teenagers become sullen, withdrawn, and stop valuing family as much as they used to. Try to avoid this.
8. Consider volunteer work. You may not be interested in volunteering or attaining a jobâthat's okay. Helping out others is only a recommendation. However, many volunteers report that their work makes them feel good; some volunteer work can even help with self-development. Consider the benefits and drawbacks of volunteer work or jobs, and use this to decide whether you'll help others out.
9. Do things that make others happy. You don't need to participate in giant volunteer organizations to make a difference. Consider doing basic things to help people have a brighter dayâcompliment your classmate's poem, tell someone they look fantastic, help somebody pick up their things if they drop them, hold the door open for others who are struggling to carry things, and so forth.
10. Learn to appreciate small things. Whether it's having a computer, having friends, having a good supply of food, a bed to sleep on, family that loves you, having a decent education or simply being born in this world. Remember that the point of life is for you to enjoy it. Be happy, and life will reward you.
11. If you are not good at sports, join a band or choir. You'll still be going to games for free like the jocks if you are in pep band, and you have as many opportunities to meet new people as the jocks. Band and choir sometimes involves going on trips, and are great memories to have for high school and college. If you are not good at either music or sports, you can join other activities, start other hobbies, or get a job.
12. Do well in school. Even though you want to enjoy your teen life as best as possible, don't slack off in school. It will pay off in the end. Plus, doing well means no angry parents.
13. Plan something in the future. By doing this you will always have something to look forward to. If you're feeling down, if you have something to look forward to, then it will help pull you through this tough spot and get you excited about the future.
14. Find things which excite you. It might be a sport, an academic subject, or the works of an author/movie maker. Find ways to relate the things which interest you to your life. Being able to relate things to your interests/passions will help you to, eventually, enjoy everything which you do.
15. Don't worry about what others have to say about you. Their opinions don't matter and only come from a source that doesn't know you.
