my mum forced me to eat sommat this morning and I'm on track to eat 308 cals which is still good but holding back the urge to eat is so hard rn cause I'm in a room and EVERYINE is eating but it's fine I can do it

Day 1 of my 2 week diet
Rules
Less than 500 cals (脳 didnt do I binged)
10k steps (馃挄 did I did 12k)
Daisy leech workout or 200 squats (馃挄 didny do either of these but I did do 200 crunches which is just as good)
Eat healthily ( 馃槵 technically but one of the things I binged on alot was butter but the rest of the stuff was healthy)
Water (馃槵 1 and a half bottles which is alot for me but I could do alot better)
1 meal (馃挄 I did only one meal I just ate a shitonn lmaoo)
Tbh this looks bad on paper but I did all the things I thought I wouldn't do or that would be the most difficult, plus I didnt rly know or could find a way to find the cals that were in the meal I was eating cause it was made by my mum so I think that was the reason I binged but tmrw I'm having salad so I can track everything precisely my worry for tmrw is getting 10k steps in cause I used to go for runs but I need to stop because theres something wrong with my ankle and I live on a hill so wherever i walk theres an incline coming back and inclines is what hurts my ankle so if u have any suggestions let me know. I'm staying optimistic and I should do good tmrw <3

I'm going to do these rules for the next two weeks
300-500 cals a day (or less obv)
10k steps and a daisy leech workout or 200 (break each 100) squats
Try and eat healthy foods
Liquid fast at least once
Only eat dinner
Then the week after to boost my metabolism I'm gonna just eat dinner every day but eat whatever I want and then repeat the rules above after that week. I'll let u know whether I hit my goals each day and it starts tmrw <3
I got the rules from rosiekcalss on tiktok btw but I changed it up a little {see below}

I domt know whether to eat dinner or not on one hand I would have like a 48hr fast which I've never managed to do but on the other hand ive already dont sprinting today I only ate like 450 cals yesterday or sommat like that and I have a Spanish test tmrw so I dont want my brain to be frazzled. I lost alot of weight and had a different tumblr account but I cant find the old account sadly but I have gained it all back. The weight I lost has come right back so I'm starting again I have a massive problem with binging but so far I am 1 day binge free. Yesterday I ate 559 cals and didnt binge and I am very happy. Today I have planned to eat 340 cals. I'll let u know later what happens <333
