So, someone scammed me out of a commission by claiming the charge to their Venmo was fraudulent (this is someone I worked with irl and helped them at cons). They asked for a $300 commission, which I gave them, they paid me, and the following day I woke up to -300 on my Venmo and my account suspended. (It’s at 294 now because I was trying to pay it down but I’m POOR lmfao)

I tried to talk to them about it and was blocked via phone number, SM platforms, etc, and they walked away with a free commission that I worked extremely hard on. I reached out to Venmo with screenshots and evidence, and they told me to suck a dick and pay it off.

I know it was stupid to use Venmo but I also didn’t think he would do this, so, 🤷🏻 go easy on me please lmao.

Commissions are how i pay my bills. I am disabled and cannot work irl.
