A personal piece as part of my therapy journey. Thought I'd share it here as well.

It was an attempt to capture the feeling of childhood trauma that you can't let go of, the sadness and anger over it being forever a part of you and it having rewired your brain to protect you, even if that rewiring is damaging as well.

The t-shirt is the one I'm wearing in a painting of 2 year old me that hangs in my parents' house, symbolic of my inner child.

Great news, everyone!

I finally got my hands on my very own Wacom Cintiq ! It's secondhand but it works sooooo good! It's incredible! 🤩

Anyway, so here's the first proper piece I made on it. It's a small portrait of one of my original characters, Mielikki Osheen! 🖤

Inktober day 6!

I'm really happy with how this one turned out! It took a really long time and for a second I thought I'd ruined it, but it worked out fine 😄

These two characters are also originals of mine, named Kai Mahuru and Ranor Faolin. Ranor is an homage to my good friend @zuzumi who has a character with the same first name 😊
