As after all some of you asked about their tails, here's the explanation (but I warned you it's rather silly story!) ;)

It's all because of the opossums!

We absolutely adore the way baby opossums hang on trees on their tails and when we found in the old storybook some tales about faeries with tails we had to draw our elfs with ones so they could hang on branches like opossums! 🐭

I've always wandered how it happened that Maedhros and Maglor adopted twins, so why not like this?

If it comes to their tails... maybe just don't ask (or ask if you want, but it's kinda silly story) ✨
