✿Low Cal Banana Bread Muffins
These muffins are 130 cal each! I eat one in the morning or for lunch and are quite filling!
↳Ingredients
4 bananas about 1 1/3 cups mashed
1 large egg
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons light brown sugar (or use stevia)
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar (or use stevia)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (white or whole wheat)
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter , melted

You can add nuts or chocolate but I don’t just because of the calories
