I want to eat a taco. A beefy cheese burrito. But guess what? That has calories. I'm fasting. I want to be skinny more than I want that taco. I want to be pretty and loveable more than I want food. So what will I do? Throw it away. Starve for longer. I'll weigh less in the morning. Isn't that worth it?

This shit is getting to be too much. My family wants me to eat with them. My favorite meal. I don't want to. I'll eat a little. Hopefully. But then I'm gonna fast for as long as I possibly can. I've lost like 25lbs so far. I only started late September. Can I make it to 210 by the end of this month? I sure fucking hope so. I have about 16 more lbs to lose and if I cant lose it I might- might- idk really. Is anyone out there? Because I need help getting skinnier faster.

I wish I had something to look forward to. I wish I was able to be normal. And someday, I'll get there. Someday I'll have my wishes. Why? Because today I only ate a little bit. Okay, so I know I made a few posts about restricting, but I'm still very new to doing it. I have no self-control. I'm thinking about posting my stats, but I'm still very iffy about it. I am 295 lbs so will my stats even be worth posting? I've been committed as of the past 2 weeks to keeping my omad under 1000cal. I don't know. Is there any other people who are overweight like myself who have tips for starting out with fasting and restriction? If so can you guys give me some tips?

I worked out for a bit and burned 74cals but I have to go to work so I can't burn anymore today but I might do an exercise in my room tonight. Hi! I was reading a book about a girl in a similar situation. Ok, so what you're gonna do first is count up whatever money you have. I don't know where you're from, but in the states scales aren't too expensive for a cheap one. Maybe 40 dollars? But anyways, if you don't have the money, get a job or do something on the side to get the money. Then, buy a scale with your money, hide it under your bed, and weigh yourself that way. If you need any more help or other tips, I'd love to help. I have strict parents too, so I'm pretty good at sneaking around. I fucking binged. At least 2000 calories if not more IN ONE SITTING. I feel like shit espically cause when i weighed myself this morning I didnt lose, I maintained. Im gonna gain tomorrow, I just know it. I want to fucking die this is awful. But I started fasting at 2, so hopefully that will help. Wish me luck to be better tomorrow.

I found a better alternative to Monster. It has less calories(only 5 as opposed to 10), vitamin's, and IT TASTES LIKE STRAIGHT CANDY. They come in all kinds of flavors and its zero sugar!!! Ghost energy drinks are where ITS AT!!!
