Becky x bill watkins ?

Ever since the dodgeball game, Becky has been super conscious of Bill Watkins. Her family specializes in creating military equipment, while his family is from a long line of military generals.

Their families ran in the same circles. The social gatherings the Blackbells attended were also attended by the Watkins family, though Becky payed any mind to other attendants at these gatherings, since she never had reason to interact with anyone her age.

After the dodgeball game, Becky attends one of these large gatherings full of people related to the military and she immediately notices Bill Watkins standing next to his dad. When the Watkins approach the Blackbells to greet them, Bill introduces himself to Becky overly formal. And Becky responds as she was taught to do. Haughtily.

When Becky is excused from staying near her parents, she runs into Bill again...
