Good Evening everyone! It is with great sadness that I declare this blog dead. 

3 of you voted for this blog to stay. Three of you actually listened and voted. Thank you for that.I am sorry to announce to you that fan-writers support will be leaving. 

I would’ve liked to see some change to this blog and have more following and more of a chance for writers to get seen. I would’ve loved to of continued this blog but it seems to me like the other admins may of forgotten this account existed. 

Considering it’s almost been a year since this account was created, I’m slightly disappointed in the numbers of followers, reblogs and likes. We never saw an incline on our recognition to help fandom writers. Instead we got ignored. 

As of 30th April 2018, this blog will no longer be in service. Please refer to these accounts for your daily dose of things.

72 Hour Notice!

I will give you guys 72 hours (3 days) to decide between the two options. Refer to the other post I put up about the two options. 

You decide the choice of whether or not this blog deactivates. 

If you choose the option of keeping this blog alive, we will need you to work with us to getting us known within the fandoms. Getting 2 notes on our recommendations and answers is not getting us out there as much as we would’ve liked. 

I do not know what the plans are if we do choose to keep this blog going. I will contact the other mods and hopefully we’ll come to a decision. 

If the decision is torn that is when I will ask the mods to vote. Please vote on this poll. 

I will make a farewell post if we do decide to deactivate. You may see a new project sometime in the future though.

Do you mean by submit daily tips for writers? If that’s the case whenever one pops up in my head I’ll put it in submission box!

That will help to an extent but I do mean about whether or not to delete this blog because of how dead it’s been in the recent months. Feel free to submit some to @penguin-prompts though if it’s writers tips. Very good prompt blog.

Greetings everyone! 

It’s Niklas here, I have returned with grave news. Our admins are no longer posting on this account due to lack of response from those we followed. We kindly tried to reach out to the community of fandoms and help writers get discovered. 

Sadly I have seen no improvements on our situation. In fact for the past couple of months, there has been no activity recorded for this blog. In late 2017, I discussed with a fellow admin that I’d give this blog a second chance to see if it’s sparked some interest when left to the control of the admins. 

It’s now past the date I have discussed of shutting down the account. I will give two options. 

Option 1: I give this blog one final chance and open up a few more mod roles to help. This will involve you guys reblogging posts about this to spread the word about this account. I will create a new url and vamp it up a bit. I will also talk to the current admins if they would like to continue helping with this blog. 

Option 2: Deactivation. This is one I’ve been toying with as the creator of Fan-writers-support. I would be very sad to see this go to waste as a project but it really is for the best if this is a dead blog. 

Now it’s really up to you as the community to decide whether this blog is going to be resurrected or it’s going to be put to rest for good. 

This blog is a place for me to discover writers from all over the place. It doesn’t matter if it’s someone just starting out or someone who’s been writing for years. We’re all about sharing the love of fanworks within the community. Without your help this will not work. 

It’s important to reblog the works you see to get people out there. Even apply for our creator directory which will allow for us to get updates of when you have posted new stories.  

The fate of this blog  is in your hands.
