A few days ago I read a fanfic that combined Insidious and Saw I-Saw II, in which Jigsaw trapped Elise alone in the bathroom trap. Well, not really, because when Elise first woke up she heard Adam talking to her. Even though Adam couldn't believe anyone could see him (bcs he's dead, and a ghost). And I see the vision, because Specs (Insidious) and Adam share the same actor, so I can sort of see how it came about. But back to the topic. I LOVE that fanfic, with a burning passion. And damn, I didn't know I needed Elise and Adam to interact together, THEY ARE SO CUTE, I see their relationship as a super cute grandmother-grandson one, AND ELISE EVEN GAVE HER CARDIGAN TO ADAM'S BODY SO HE'D HAVE SOMETHING LIKE A BURIAL, AND I SCREAMED BECAUSE UUUUUUIGHQUEIWIUQIQUEUW ADAM DESERVES THE FUCKING WORLD MAN.

Anyway, I didn't come to talk to you about that (in fact, in part, please read that fanfic, it's super good, it appears almost first in the Ghost Adam tag in Ao3) I just came to explain my thought process behind

You know when you're cold, and the cold makes you shiver, but it's a shivering that makes you kind of hysterical, but not like a crying hysterical, but like, like a nervous energy hysterical? Well I feel this way, why, I don't know, I just need my STUPID FRIENDS TO MAKE UP THEIR MIND SO WE CAN KEEP WATCHING THE REST OF THE SAW MOVIES SO THAT I CAN HAVE MY QUIET MOMENT OF FIXING ON ADAM FAULKNER-STANHEIGHT WITHOUT HAVING TO THINK THAT THE "Jigsaw Apprentice Lawrence Gordon" TAG IN AO3 ISN'T A SILLY FANDOM INVENTION AND NOT SOMETHING CANONICAL. I'm losing my fucking mind (I'm in STRONG denial)

I think this is also because I've been listening to Wishing's "Good Night Dad, I Love You" on loop about fifty times now. And I feel like the "song" (Because it's a nostalgic melody without lyrics that makes me want to pull my hair out) it suits Starscream, Warp, TC and Jetfire from my AU too well because the last three see Starscream as a caretaker, a babysitter, a Sempu, a friend, a brother, a father. All in one, and that makes me feel really bad for some reason (but the good bad, you know what I mean? It makes my stomach turn and makes me want to cry because they are so cute)

mtmte is really funny to describe to people because when you strip it down to its barest plot of "Space roadtrip where everything that can Go Wrong Goes Wrong" at worst it sounds like a slice of life comedy
