Daddy Feri, part 17
My fic for @reconstructwriter who inspired me to continue this long story, and for everyone who likes "Vader/Ferus" (later Anakin/Ferus)
Fandom: Star Wars Legends; Jedi Quest, Last of The Jedi Series - Jude Watson;
Relationships: Darth Vader/Ferus Olin;
Characters: Ferus Olin, Darth Vader, Leia Organa, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ashoka Tano, Palpatine;
Summary: Three years after the proclamation of the Empire, Darth Vader finds out that Leia is his daughter.
Their ship slipped out of hyperspace. They were already waiting for them at the point. The rebel shuttle had made contact, but Kenobi wasn't too happy about it.
Obi-Wan stared at Ferus, who was watching the approaching ship intently. Olin was silent and reserved, but Kenobi could easily read his emotions. He knew that the former padawan didn't care much about political events right now. Mostly Obi-Wan felt his concern for his daughter and her well-being.
"I don’t know these people." Ferus finally voiced his concerns aloud.
"You should learn to trust more than just the Jedi." Fulcrum advised him. Obi-Wan considered her advice appropriate. "These people will help you, because you suffered from the Empire. Besides, we can't offer you anything else right now. I don't have a spare ship."
Yeah, he could use a fast and spacious ship right now, even though he knew no one was chasing him.
"I understand. I know I'm asking too much as it is, forgive me. But I need a lightsaber. This is my last request to you. " Ferus said, looking directly at Fulcrum.
"Well," she said seriously. "I'll get you a lightsaber in the future."
"That won't do. I need it now. I can't leave with strangers if I'm unarmed."
"Force, what is happening to me?"
Ferus had a strange feeling, as if he had not escaped from captivity, and this feeling caused concern. He seemed like an unpleasant person to himself again. Or maybe he's always been a nasty, meticulous, suspicious person? And that's why everyone around him thought he was an insufferable bore, and he didn't have any friends in his youth?
"I don't have a lightsaber right now. All I can offer you is a blaster."
"Take Vader's lightsaber. He would never need this weapon again." Obi-Wan's voice sounded tired. He looked like he hadn't slept or eaten in three days. Or so it was. Kenobi was tense and self-absorbed, but he continued to keep a close eye on Olin. He already knew that he wouldn't change his mind. He clearly saw that Ferus would not stay with the Jedi because of Leia. Still, it couldn't help but upset him.
While Fulcrum contacted the pilot of the approaching ship to set up a docking, Obi-Wan pulled Ferus aside. He took out the staff and handed it to him.
"Take this. I really hope we meet again soon, Ferus," Obi-Wan said softly, looking into his eyes.
"Maybe." He agreed easily, but Obi-Wan could not sense his sincerity in the Force. "What is this, a secret communication channel?"
"Not only that. This is for access to a bank deposit on Niro-11. For personal needs for you and Leia."
"How many are there?"
Kenobi reported the figure, and Olin was surprised.
"Where do these funds come from?" Ferus asked, and catching Kenobi's eye, he added, "okay, I won't ask for names. Thank you, I'll pay you back every last credit."
"I didn't say anything about refund."
"I don't like being in debt."
"You don't owe me. I saved the funds for Leia. This is one of Bail's secret accounts." Kenobi explained, "You asked me how I knew about Leia. So, Bail Organa was my friend, and I knew that he had adopted a baby who was Force-sensitive. "
Ferus nodded, feeling sadness wash over Obi-Wan.
"You know, Bail was a trusted man for the Jedi even before the Clone Wars began." Kenobi continued, "Unlike most politicians, he was always fair and brave enough to openly protest Palpatine. I really hoped that in the future, after the Empire was overthrown, Bail would become the ruler of the Republic. He was worthy of it."
Images from the past appeared before Ferus' eyes. Bail Organa gave him shelter. He hid it in the basement of his palace, risking his position, but demanding nothing in return. No one knew about Ferus's existence except Bail and his wife. From time to time, he went up to the nursery through a secret passage inside the palace and looked after the baby at night. And when Leia grew up a little, she began to recognize her frequent nocturnal guest. She called him "Feli", but even Leia's nanny was sure that "Feli" was the little girl's imaginary friend. And when Bail broke into the basement where Ferus lived with a request to capture Leia and immediately escape from Alderaan, because the Inquisitors had already arrived for her, Ferus did it without hesitation. Saving the child from the Empire was a matter of honor for him. But during their wanderings, Leia already called her savior "daddy Feri" and he got used to it, and then accepted it as his new truth.
Now Ferus felt Obi-Wan's sadness, too. Bail Organa's word carried weight in the Senate. Olin had heard that Organa had organized a block of protesters in the Senate, despite threats from the Empire. In the end, Palpatine decided to destroy his, and it was done by the hands of Darth Vader.
"Damn killer."
The cyborg probably found out about Leia by accident when he showed up on Alderaan to arrest and kill his Master's political opponent. Either there was a spy in Organa's palace who brought information about Leia. There was no way this picture could fully form in Ferus' head, there were too many variables in the past.
Olin looked at Obi-Wan, wondering if he could trust him with his life. And most importantly, is it possible to entrust Leia's life?
"I want to make sure that Vader can never hurt anyone again. I need your word, Obi-Wan."
**
Heaviness and relief hit him at the same time as the ship Ferus and his daughter had left on plunged into hyperspace.
Well, he had to let them go. Leia was in safe and caring hands. Padme would be happy if she knew that her baby has a father who is the best she can imagine. What should he do next? Obi-Wan thought for a moment. Luke or Vader, who is more important?
In fact, he will never have a choice. This choice was made for him many years ago. No, he wasn't going to take Luke away now. The boy will have to wait a long time for his return.
Obi-Wan entered his cabin. He knew that Vader couldn't be left alone for long, but he needed at least a little time to gather his strength and sort out his thoughts and feelings.
Obi-Wan felt lousy.
"What's bothering you so much, Padawan?" Qui-Gon's voice was heard, and then his ghostly outline appeared, right in front of the cot where Obi-Wan sat down. Qui-Gon rarely appeared in front of him as a ghost, only in times of dire need. Obi-Wan hated having to talk about problems and get comfort from Qui-Gon instead of just spending precious time with him.
"It seems that lying is becoming my new norm " Obi-Wan muttered. Behind the assumed lightness of the phrase, he wanted to hide his brutal fatigue.
"Do you regret that you had to lie to this boy?"
"I realize that it was impossible to do otherwise. He's not ready for the truth, but I'm sick of lying to him." Obi-Wan said contritely. "And it's not just that. I've been thinking about something. He was fifteen years old when his first Master was killed. If it hadn't been for your death on Naboo, Ferus might have become my apprentice."
Well… He had recently instructed Ferus not to ask “if” questions, but that was exactly what he was doing right now. Great.
But he couldn't help but ask himself that question. Olin's fate worried him.
"You can't know that for sure, Padawan," Qui-Gon replied softly.
"But, if it was possible… Then I shouldn't have let him go. I really need help myself. And if he had stayed, I would have told him everything." The Jedi gave himself some time to calm his feelings. Still, he felt discontent towards Olin.
"Don't try to obstruct the current flow of circumstances. I think it's for the best now. And don't worry, this won't be the last time you see him."
"But I know he won't come back to us. I can feel it. We've lost him as a Jedi forever. He will not try to divide himself between loyalty to his family and loyalty to the Order. He has already chosen the family. Irrevocably."
"Obi-Wan, do you remember that our future is always in motion? It cannot be completely predetermined. His family is his only daughter. Also, don't forget that children grow up fast."
Suddenly, Obi-Wan thought not of the future, but of the past. He clearly remembered Ferus when he was a seventeen-year-old padawan. Indeed, it seemed to Obi-Wan that this had happened not so long ago. Young Ferus was responsible and thoughtful, he always followed the rules and tried to be the perfect Jedi apprentice. But that evening, on the joint mission he was confronted by a worried teenager who was not a serious and strict young man. He seemed like a very vulnerable, sensitive boy. Obi-Wan was surprised to discover that this boy had never really allowed himself to be himself. He aspired to be the embodiment of the ideal Jedi image that he had built in his head. And ironically, this boy, unlike Anakin, had no friends.
Kenobi knew that he would be burdened with guilt for lying. At least until the time comes to reveal the truth. And then he will has to face his wrath.
But Obi-Wan couldn't give in to his guilt completely, and he pushed it aside. The ordeal ahead was too severe.
"May the Force help him wherever the galaxy takes him." Kenobi muttered, thinking about Ferus' fate.
"Don't beat yourself up, Padawan. You can't be a Master for two at the same time. Your responsibility is Anakin."
"I know, Master. And sometimes I wonder if this is the right thing to do. Perhaps the Jedi doomed themselves to degeneration when they established the rule that a Jedi can have only one Padawan."
**
In the open space, among the myriad stars a transparent road stretched to infinity in front of him.
Is this what Nothingness looks like, or is it Chaos itself? Darth Vader believed that it was not scary, even if it was immensely lonely. And it's even for the best. The Sith didn't want to see anyone.
It was painful and difficult to walk. The servomotors in his prosthetics did not work well and the movements caused pain. Despite the pain, Vader continued to walk forward, but the road, like a layer of thin ice, did not change in any way and did not end. His path seemed meaningless.
It was unknown where the cry of a small child came from, and this vile sound was superimposed on another crying baby. These sounds annoyed him. They alternately rose and fell like waves of surf. The echo of children's screams rang in the distance, but Vader heard it clearly, as if only inside his head.
But there can be no echo here.
Is this a memory?
He killed many children at once. Palpatine had given him this dirty job early on. This was Skywalker's first crime, so terrible and unforgivable that it completely cut off his way back. The wise Sith understood that after such actions, the apprentice's hand would never waver. And so it turned out, Darth Vader had no more pity. He mercilessly punished on the orders of his Master. But he often killed without orders, just because he could do it. And the Darkness raged and gloated when he did it.
The sound faded and disappeared. The Sith had already guessed whose tricks these were.
"It was a very stupid way to scare me. I've killed hundreds of children, I've even slaughtered babies, you know that. And I'm not bothered by their screeching. Come up with something better!" Darth Vader declared. He had sensed the Jedi's presence behind him for a long time. But when he turned around, to his surprise, he found not Kenobi, but Qui-Gon Jinn.
"I know that Anakin Skywalker is very remorseful for the atrocities committed." Said the middle-aged Jedi.
Vader didn't answer him. He didn't want to argue with him. They have nothing to talk about.
"It's time for you to finally admit that the path of darkness is only a path of destruction. Qui-Gon continued, "It won't lead you anywhere, and your end will be as inglorious as Palpatine's.
Anakin, think about what you're really interested in besides power? The people you tortured and held by force? You will repeat your fatal mistake if you choose Darkness again. You will lose what has become important to you again, because the Darkness does not tolerate competition. The Dark side will force you to destroy them. Darth Sidious deceived you once, it was he who deprived you of everything truly important. And you understand it deep inside yourself. Even if you manage to take the throne of Palpatine, you will still never be able to get enough of power. You'll be just as miserable as you are now. But there is another way."
Vader grinned. He knew that all the Jedi could do was lead gullible fools by the nose.
"No, Qui-Gon, it's actually much simpler. There is no need for these theoretical studies. If I continue on the path of the Sith, Kenobi will simply never let me out of here. He's the one who locked me in here, right? Did you think that I would not understand this, and your cheap tricks would happen to me?
"Obi-Wan is trying to save you as much as I am. To give you a chance. "
Vader wanted to vent his rage with a sudden movement to rush at the Jedi. But the damaged servomotors did not allow him to do this. He decided to leave the Jedi behind and move on without even answering him. The pain was still shooting through his mutilated body.
"Understand, the Dark Side can't cure you, it's unnatural. Darkness can only destroy. She's been tormenting your body for a decade, torturing you. Only the Light Side will help you. Anakin Skywalker has to come back." The Jedi said convincingly.
Darth Vader turned around and looked at the Jedi with contempt.
"You're pathetic and ridiculous, Qui-Gon. However, as always. You know perfectly well that Skywalker can't live. The guilt will crush him. He's a wimp and a whiner. He's not worthy of my power! He's not worthy of anything at all!
"He's stronger than you always thought." The Jedi objected.
Vader just sneered at that.
"You don't believe in him. You think he doesn't deserve to live, but give him this chance before it's too late. He desperately needs his last chance. "
Darth Vader was not going to listening the nonsense of the Jedi. It's a pity that it's impossible to kill someone who's already dead again.
“Better let Skywalker disappear completely”, Vader thought.
The truth was, the Dark Side really wanted him all to itself. The dark side also required sacrifice and renunciation of former identity. But in return, it gave much more than dominance over others, than the ability to command the Force itself. She gave him power over himself. That restraint and inner strength that he had never possessed.
Enough! This conversation is over. Vader turned his back on him and picked his way along the road that looked like thin ice. But the Jedi's words still hurt him and raised doubts in him.
Somewhere in the distance, he spotted other intersecting road lines. So, now he would find a way to get out on his own, without the Jedi liar.
"And help him deal with it..." came the old Jedi's whisper from behind.

The accurate and poignant description of this incredibly tragic moment.
Last month, I started writing mini fic about it.

"Farewell ,brother"
That pathetic scene in "The last of The Jedi:Secret Weapon"
I think this scene is as bitter as the artwork "Ivan the Terrible and His Son Ivan" to some degree. Happy pride month you two :)
(ps:this is an art commission and the artist is 狐平)

The look at Anakin from the perspective of adult Ferus.
The Last of the Jedi 10: Reckoning, Watson Jude.
I see some contradictions here. Actually, Anakin and Ferus didn't work well together. Every decision was controversial, and they argued and quarreled on every mission. They didn't trust each other at all.
But the main point is, Ferus remembers that all padawans looked up to Anakin, and Ferus, like everyone else, admired Anakin.
It is more logical to assume that if "JQ" was a book for adult readers, Ferus would have respected Anakin in the beginning because of Anakin's incredible talent, but after several cases of complete selfishness and meanness, he would have stopped respecting him altogether.
Someone give me the JQ and TLotJ book cycles, but written for adults, or I'll have to write it myself….

Daddy Feri, part 16
My fic for @reconstructwriter who inspired me to continue this long story, and for everyone who likes "Vader/Ferus" (Anakin/Ferus)
Fandom: Star Wars Legends; Jedi Quest, Last of The Jedi Series - Jude Watson;
Relationships: Darth Vader/Ferus Olin;
Characters: Ferus Olin, Darth Vader, Leia Organa, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ashoka Tano, Palpatine;
Warnings: rapes (mention)
Summary: Three years after the proclamation of the Empire, Darth Vader finds out that Leia is his daughter.
As a snack, Fulcrum brought army rations. Leia had a bad appetite, she ate a little and fell asleep again, hugging her daddy's hand. Ferus felt a little relieved when he saw that her breathing had become regular. At least her sleep wouldn't be as restless as his.
"Honey, be patient a little longer, we'll leave soon," Ferus said softly to the sleeping Leia, although he needed such comfort more than his daughter.
Ferus was really glad to see Obi-Wan alive. This meant that the Jedi would not disappear into oblivion, and the knowledge and principles of the Jedi Order would be passed on to the next generation. That was incredibly good news. Over the years of his wanderings, he despaired and almost believed that there were no more Jedi left. Still, Olin wanted to be alone. All intelligent beings caused him irrational anxiety. Ferus was just afraid, afraid of who knows what. Could it be that someone would want to cause him irreparable harm?
Olin would like to fall into a dreamless sleep so as not to think about anything, especially that Darth Vader was on this ship. But such neighborhood, of course, was not very conducive to relaxation.… And sleep no longer came to him. Ferus left the dim bluish light on and stretched out on the medical bed, staring at the ceiling.
After a while, the cabin doors opened with a soft rustle. Fulcrum went inside. Ferus sat up in bed, ready to continue the conversation. He had no doubt that she had not come here just to wish him a good night.
"I want to ask you something personal," Fulcrum said, and Olin made a gesture of permission to form her questions. "What do you intend to do now when the Sith are finished? Will you give Leia to the Jedi for training? Will you return to the Jedi Order as a Jedi?"
He didn't like these questions, especially about Leia.
"How do you know she had the potential for Force?" he asked harshly. "I can't believe you can figure it out so easily."
"I can't." She agreed. "Obi–Wan told me about Leia. I'm sorry, I didn't think it was a secret. But I understand the reasons you wanted to hide her sensitivity to the Force. Naturally, you're used to living in fear and expecting bad things. But over time, the hunt for Force-sensitive children will stop. And Leia will be able to access the Force again. "
Olin frowned. So Obi-Wan knew something about Leia. Was it possible that he also knew the secret of her origin? Such thoughts bothered Ferus. For some reason, he had the distinct feeling that he himself was just a passing guest who had accidentally fallen into a huge puzzle of someone else's story. Besides, he understood that it would be very difficult for Leia to reconnect with the Force. Or maybe it won't work at all.
"What makes you think that the Sith dead? Palpatine is really dead, I saw his severed head with my own eyes. But Vader wasn't dead yet, and besides, Palpatine might have other secret apprentice. He could have secretly raised an Order of his followers."
"Maybe you're right. Then the surviving Jedi should not come out of their hiding places until they are sure of their safety. We will do the same." Togruta said.
Ferus nodded at her approvingly. Security measures are important at all times, even during stable times.
"But let me ask you another question," Fulcrum continued, "what do you intend to do with Vader? He held you captive and tortured you for a long time, didn't he?"
Ferus shuddered, his face paling. The mention of Vader's abuse made him feel sick, reminding him of the pain he had endured and the humiliating rapes.
Why did he pull Vader out of the Destroyer? Isn't it because a criminal like Vader should be convicted of his many war crimes and executed?
No, he was probably just showing mercy, because Vader is Leia's biological father, and she wouldn't want him to die there. But there was another, more pragmatic reason. Vader's position meant that he knew a lot of top-secret information about the Empire that could be extracted from him. “You can get Vader to tell you, do you really believe that he can be interrogated?...”
"I won't take revenge on him, if that's what you meant," he finally said, "so don't worry about it. I don't want to know anything more about Vader's fate. Let Obi-Wan take it upon himself, as the eldest of the Jedi."
"That's what Obi-Wan expected you to do. It seems like you really know each other well."
"I don't think so. We're brothers in the Order, but we've always been biased against each other." Ferus objected. Ahsoka could hear the suppressed resentment in his voice.
"Tell me, what are you and Obi-Wan going to do?" Olin couldn't help but ask her the same question. "I assume you expect to find those who were able to survive the extermination?"
"Obi-Wan hasn't shared his plan with me, so I'm not sure what's on his mind. I can only assume that he will most likely want to collect everything that remains of the Order. I think he cares about the Jedi legacy more than anything else."
"He can't seriously expect to rebuild the Jedi Order himself, can he?"
"He understands the inhuman effort it will cost him. And your participation could help him a lot."
"If I commit myself to the cause of the Order, I won't be able to protect Leia. I can't even be with her." Olin objected "No, until she grows up, I will not participate in anything."
"You've admitted that you've always been biased against Obi-Wan, and now you're underestimating him again. He can protect you from anyone and anything. He looks crushed, but he's still the strongest Jedi I've ever known. So maybe the best thing for you to do is stick with Obi-Wan. You can be a support for each other."
Ferus thought for a moment. Master Kenobi is undoubtedly a great Jedi, he is a noble warrior and a loyal man to the Order. There was no objective reason not to trust him. But Ferus's life experience told him that among all the omissions, there was a lot that Obi-Wan and Fulcrum had kept from him. Perhaps it was fair, because he left the Order many years ago, and a lot has changed since then, and trust cannot be built in a couple of days. But Olin still didn't believe that he could trust them unconditionally. What if they act solely in their own interests?
Ferus was unpleasantly surprised at himself. He was disgusted by such reasoning, but captivity made him even more suspiciously paranoid than he was before. It is better to act as he sees fit. If he had been alone, he would have undoubtedly stayed, despite the risk and his distrust, but he had the daughter. And that solved everything.
"No, that would not be a good solution." Ferus said with conviction. "And I was biased against Obi-Wan for another reason. I have never underestimated his undoubted skill and greatness as a Jedi."
"For what reason?"
"It doesn't matter now."
"Well. So what about Leia's training? You still haven't answered. "
The question weighed heavily on him. It took him a few extra moments to give an answer that implied his promise.
"There's no way I'd want to send Leia to Jedi training. I don't want to give my child away for training to anyone. But it's up to Leia and only her to decide. I will not put pressure on her or manipulate her in any way. I promise."
Fulcrum nodded at him approvingly.
"Did Obi-Wan assume that I would make that decision again?" Ferus asked.
She just gave him a mischievous smile.
**
Contrary to Ferus' assumptions that Vader would not stay alive for long, the Sith surprised him again because he was not dead yet. Vader was now lying unconscious, tied to med table, and breathing with the help of a breathing apparatus to which he was connected. Obi-Wan was sitting next to him in a meditation position and was a depressing sight. Streams of Force swirled around him. Ferus could feel both the Light side of the Force filling the cabin and the thick stench of Darkness emanating from Vader. The gloomy silence was shattered by Vader's artificial respiration and his muffled moans coming through a breathing mask.
Ferus had warned more than once that Vader was extremely dangerous even at the time of death, and Olin restrained himself from saying it again. After everything he had seen, it was hard for him to believe that Obi-Wan had everything under control.
"He's dying, isn't he?" finally, Olin asked about what had been bothering him these two days. The death of Darth Vader should be the final point before the beginning of a new life for the Jedi.
"Who knows." Obi-Wan replied vaguely.
Ferus didn't like playing riddles without accurate answers, even in his youth. He came here to prove to himself that he had overcome his fear of Vader. But that's not true. He was still afraid of Darth Vader, more than anyone else in his life.
Olin looked closely at the piece of burnt rotting flesh. In this state, the cyborg could only lie still and moan inarticulately in pain. So, let him feel at least a thousandth of the pain he inflicted on others.
Ferus heard a long moan, a little louder, like the word... "Mom"? Was it his imagination?
Did he really think Vader had never been a child? After all, before Palpatine stole the child to raise him as his apprentice, the child had a family. And in his delirium, Vader could see vague images from his distant and forgotten childhood.
Or did he growl "My"? So even in this state, Vader was thinking about power over his Empire?
His Empire, which no longer exists.
"Wait for me in the hallway, please." Kenobi's voice brought him out of his thoughts about Vader. Ferus looked up at Obi-Wan, but he was still sitting in a meditation position, and he didn't even open his eyes.
**
Only in the bright light of the hallway did Olin see how exhausted and devastated Obi-Wan was. Ferus wanted to support him, but the moment was not conducive to consolation and hugs.
"I'm going to start searching for survivors as soon as I can." Obi-Wan said. "Fulcrum told me that you don't plan to join us. Why, Ferus?"
"My path as a Jedi apprentice was over many years ago. And I don't regret it. I think it saved my life."
"I understand. But how can you leave me at a time like this? The Jedi need you."
"Obi-Wan, for a long time now I have been a father first and not a Jedi apprentice. My daughter needs me more than any Jedi. I'm sorry, but I won't be able to help you."
"Forget about the rank. It doesn't matter if you're a apprentice or a Master. You're a Jedi inside, just like me. And Leia, of course, can stay with us, she won't interfere with us."
Ferus was taken aback by this statement.
"What do you mean, ‘Leia won't interfere with us’? This is my child!" Obi-Wan's attitude caused him confusion and anger. "Actually, I'm assessing how much you're bothering her. And you know, I think it's very strong. So, I think we'll leave you as soon as possible."
Olin headed out of the hallway, no longer having the energy or desire to argue with Obi-Wan.
"Your daughter has a connection to the Force, Ferus. Now this connection has been severed, but it cannot be hidden from me. "
Olin froze.
"Yes." He admitted. A protest was rising in him. His child is not a reason for bargaining or manipulation. "And you think I should give her to you for training? For her to become a Jedi since I didn't? But I won't do that. And I'm really curious how you know about her connection to the Force. "
Master Kenobi looked so understanding and sympathetic, but that only made the younger Jedi angrier.
"No, Ferus. It's up to you. And I won't go against your decision. I'm just asking you to stay. You've always been a Jedi inside yourself. You were worthy of becoming Jedi Knight a long time ago. But the fact that you haven't fallen into darkness or gone crazy still says a lot more about you than any rank."
"I was only worthy of dying on Korriban that day, instead of Darra." Those words finally burst out of him. "That's all someone like me deserves. I acted like a dumb, cocky kid because I fell for Skywalker's stupid provocation. I wanted to prove to Tru Veld that I was a good and reliable friend. And I didn't tell the Masters about the lightsaber defect because my friend asked me to keep quiet about it. I would never do that, I would not break the rules. But suddenly I stopped thinking with my head, and I started acting on the call of emotions, like Skywalker. If it weren't for my stupidity, Darra might still be alive. You have no idea how much I hate myself for this! I have never forgiven the stupidity of others, but there is no forgiveness for my stupidity either. "
"There's forgiveness for everything, Ferus. Forgive yourself for that," Obi-Wan replied softly. " Darra was trying to protect you. You don't know what would have happened if she hadn't died in Korriban's cave. Perhaps, in this case, you would have died there. But then no one would have protected little Leia from the Sith."
"You're right." Ferus said, feeling a tickle in his throat.
"So Anakin was involved in that tragedy after all?" the former Jedi Master asked bitterly.
"You didn't know?" Ferus wasn't surprised that Anakin hadn't told his Master the truth about his role in the Korriban tragedy. Honesty wasn't a quality Skywalker had in abundance. "I still don't understand why he so maniacally wanted to prove to everyone that he was better than me. It was so weird. It was like as he believes I was trying to convince him otherwise. And then… This story about hiding a lightsaber defect... doesn't matter anymore. Forgive me, Obi-Wan. I don't think you need to know about that. So many Jedi have died, and none of them can be brought back. I don't understand how I escaped the same fate."
Obi-Wan stepped closer and put his hands on Olin’s shoulders.
"If you escaped, then it was the will of the Force, Ferus." Kenobi said earnestly. He used the Force to give his friend peace of mind. "I'm really sorry that you had to go through all this. I felt like Anakin had something to do with your leaving the Order, but I didn't know exactly how. Now I regret also that I did not try to find out. But nothing is unimportant. Knowing about past mistakes is necessary in order to keep them in mind, understand the consequences and avoid making them in the future."
"Thank you. This great lesson in Jedi wisdom from an elderly Master for an elderly student." Ferus snorted.
Obi-Wan forced a smile at his comment. But Ferus could see that a certain foreign and inexorable heaviness had not receded from his gaze. There was a deep heaviness that Ferus could not erase from the face of a fellow member of the Order.
"I wonder if, after being imprisoned by Vader, I also look like the same miserable, broken man?" thought Ferus. And he noted that Kenobi ignored his question about Leia.
"Obi-Wan, I have to ask you. What happened to Anakin?"
Kenobi looked gloomy and seemed to have aged another couple of years.
"The Empire got to him, too. He died. I couldn't save him. It's my fault." He said bitterly.
Every time Ferus heard the news of a Jedi's death, it sent a sharp pain through his chest. The Jedi Order was indeed a part of his heart that would remain for the rest of his life. Nothing will change that, not even his baby.
He had never been friends with Skywalker, but Anakin was Obi-Wan's only favorite apprentice and a close friend to Darra and Tru.
"I'm so sorry." Ferus said sympathetically. He did not ask in detail about this, because he knew perfectly well that Master Kenobi was maniacally attached to his student. So Ferus decided not to ask this question anymore, so as not to torment Obi-Wan even more. Ferus understood everything from the overwhelming grief that engulfed the Jedi Master.
"Tru Veld?" Olin whispered with foolish hope.
Obi-Wan shook his head sadly.

Daddy Feri, part 15
My fic for @reconstructwriter who inspired me to continue this long story, and for everyone who loves "Vader/Ferus" (later Anakin/Ferus)
There was serenity in the Force.
He walked noiselessly through his native corridors. The silence was blessed, as was the peace inside the Temple. The Padawans were already asleep in their beds, the Masters were preparing for sleep in meditation.
Darra Thel-Tanis came rushing out from around the bend in the long corridor.
"Ferus!" She exclaimed loudly and enthusiastically. Her joyful cry rang out with a powerful echo. He even wanted to shush her so that she wouldn't ruin the night's silence, because many had only recently gone to bed. And, by the way, students are forbidden to wander around the Temple at night. But obviously, Darra didn't care at all right now.
"Where have you been for so long?" She asked, barely turning down the volume of her voice.
The question puzzled him. He wanted to say that he hadn't actually disappeared anywhere, because he always spends the night at the Temple if he's not on a mission, as all padawans should. But Darra was beaming with joy and smiled at him so kindly that he didn't say anything condemnatory to her. And at that moment, he touched the Force and felt that there was not just silence in the Temple, but absolute emptiness.
The Jedi have not slept in their apartments for a long time. They're all dead.
Now he realized that it was his dream. It was just an illusion formed from his memories. He longed so much for his old life, for the time when he was still a padawan, when everything was easy and understandable.
He turned his full attention to Darra, and she stared back at him as if spellbound. It was a moment of his shattered happiness.
How could he tell her, so young and happy, that everything was wrong here? That this wasn't reality at all, but one of his old, unfulfilled dreams? Would he have to explain to her that the Order had been destroyed, all the Jedi had been brutally murdered, and she had been dead for a long time?
A moment passed and Darra looked older than he remembered her. The pain of understanding squeezed his chest.
"Please, don't go." he's begging her. If she disappears, then everything will happen again. And the terrible life that followed her death would come again.
Darra chuckles amiably at his plea.
"But where are we all going without you, my friend?" Darra had never talked to him like that before, as if he was special to her. She was still smiling and looking at him kindly.
But her figure was already moving away from him, turned into a distant silhouette, and disappeared into the darkness. The walls of the corridor turned black. Everything turned into a burnt-out, abandoned ruin, and then crumbled into pieces, and Ferus was left alone in the dark.
"I hate my present!" he shouted into the darkness. The pain was bursting out of him, and he couldn't hold it back. "I want to go back to my past and die quickly on that mission on Korriban, never to know my future!"
No one answered him. The Force remained silent to his screams.
And then he remembered Leia. No matter how much he had suffered in recent years, there was one small happiness in his terrible life. His daughter.
Olin pulled himself out of the dream. His personal pain should become insignificant, because his main duty is to take care of Leia.
**
When Olin woke up, he saw an unfamiliar Togruta in the corner of the medical cabin. He remembered that she was Obi-Wan's partner and pilot. Now he looked at her more closely. There was Force vividly present in her. She was undoubtedly a powerful Jedi.
His baby girl hasn't woken up yet. She was lying on the next bed. Ferus got up and sat down next to his daughter. He gently patted her hand so as not to wake her up.
Togruta watched his actions. He waited. He knew how to keep his patience until his opponent lost his. And now Togruta was the first to address him.
"You take care of her like you would your own daughter. It's amazing." She said.
"What amazes you?" Ferus replied. "She really is my daughter. According to the ID documents that will magically appear in my possession as soon as one former cybersecurity officer receives someone's datapad with access to the Holonet."
He gave her an awkward smile, and she returned it. It was his first joke in a very long time. An unfunny, ridiculous joke, but still, life probably goes on if he tries to joke.
"My name is Ferus Olin." He introduced himself. "I used to be a padawan, but I left the Order before I finished my training."
"I know. I remember you, Ferus. Call me Fulcrum."
"Nice to meet you, Fulcrum. Thank you for saving me and for your help. I'm sorry I was harsh yesterday." He vaguely remembered that in his delirium he had rudely barked at her something like ‘don't dare touch me’ at the moment when she was helping a medical droid repair the scars on his chest.
She gave him a restrained nod.
"Do you really remember me?" he asked with interest. In his youth, he was familiar with so many Masters and padawans. But despite his good visual memory, among the hundreds of faces, he couldn't remember the woman who was currently sitting in the corner of the cabin and studying him.
"Of course. You are a brilliant, arrogant, grumpy boy who once led a training session at the Temple. And you're also a nerd who's been shaming everyone for being late to class for a long time. Even for being five minutes late."
Olin barely restrained himself from commenting that five minutes was already a serious enough delay to get a remark for this.
"Oh, so you were in bands younger than me." he declared. Well, that explained why he didn't remember her among the padawans and masters. Right now, this stern, strong woman looked exactly no younger than him, rather, on the contrary, a little older. But the war and the flight from extermination left their mark on everyone.
"That's right. On the same day, you had a demonstration training fighting with your peers. But no one wanted to fight you."
She described that day, and he saw himself and the surroundings through her eyes. A bright, crowded Temple, lots of padawans and younglings in the training room. And here he stands, young, demanding, and fixated on himself and his principles.
"You bet. You see, Fulcrum, if you remember me, then you should know that in those days I took out a lot of opponents by a significant margin, so it's not surprising that they weren't eager to fight me in a training match."
"You see, Ferus, they didn't really want to fight you because you were asking every opponent, 'Do you suffer from any contagious disease?' And after that, you also sternly questioned whether your opponent had washed his hands before the fight with you."
"What? Did I really do that?" Ferus asked, surprised
Fulcrum looked at him quizzically, but kindly.
"Yes. But I remember you well enough not because of that, but because one of my friends was a little in love with you."
"Oh, really?" Ferus chuckled. "Why did a little girl like the nasty nerd like me?"
"It's very simple. She told me that she was impressed by your ‘stunning golden bangs’ and the regal way you act when you fight with lightsaber."
Olin squinted upward, examining his dirty gray locks, which sometimes fell over his eyes. With a flick of his hand, he threw it on top of his head, but the tangled strands fell over his forehead again.
"Once she even organized the ‘Trap for a beautiful boy’. But it failed miserably." Fulcrum continued
"Wh-what?" Ferus's eyebrows shot up, and a look of absent–mindedness appeared on his face, but it was immediately replaced by the demanding look he'd had in his youth. "What is a Trap for a beautiful boy?"
"I won't say." Fulcrum replied. She said it so seriously, but it clearly seemed to Ferus that she was only cultivating his curiosity.
"Well." he agreed easily and smiled a little. He hoped that she would give up and tell him everything on her own, "Then please tell me what happened after that?"
"After that, she suffered from unrequited love for two whole weeks, and at one point she was even ready to forgive you. After all, she, like all padawans and Masters, knew perfectly well that you were a terrible snob. But she happened to see you and Tru Veld showing off in front of Thel Tanis. She couldn't forgive that anymore, and her heart was broken for a couple more days, and then she put you out of her mind. "
"Sith! That's... what stupid girly nonsense! Darra was like a sister to us. None of us ever hit on her. We've really become friends over the last year, not showing off to each other. And Darra, too." Ferus felt annoyed and hurt at the mention of Darra. He still felt the depth and bitterness of his guilt.
Darra, who is only 17 years old forever…
It was too painful, and he didn't want to think about her right now, so he buried such thoughts deep inside himself.
Fulcrum looked at him very skeptically, as if she was sure of something and knew exactly what he didn't know. Ferus only felt annoyed by this. Well, let it be. After all, little girls could think however they wanted and believe whatever nonsense they made up.
Olin bent over the sleeping Leia. He stroked her forehead. If you think about it, his daughter was already approaching that stupid age when young girls invent all sorts of romantic nonsense and do stupid things like "Trap for a beautiful boy." Or, on the contrary, instead, Leia will have to spend years on complex therapy to restore mental health.
"Well, what about you?" Ferus broke the silence, raising his head and pinning the interlocutor with a sharp look. He was very good at that.
"What about me?" She arched an eyebrow in response, not understanding his question and demanding an explanation at the same time. Ferus thought he recognized Obi-Wan's manner in that gesture.
"Weren't you, like your friend, in love for a couple of weeks with that ‘Beautiful Boy’ from the senior padawan group?" he clarified, smiling charmingly.
"No," she replied simply, and finally broke into a real malicious smile, "I'm sorry, Ferus. I always thought you were a pompous idiot. Especially after you brought my friend to tears with your unfair quibbles."
"All my ‘quibbles’ have always been justified and absolutely fair." He argued. "So what did I do to her?"
"You were shaming her for her wrinkled, dirty tunic, as if she had disgraced the entire Jedi Order by doing so. ‘Unworthy of a future Jedi,… boo-boo-boo...’ That's how she made sure that even though you're a handsome guy, you're a complete jerk."
"Hmm, okay, I admit I was wrong, if that's what you think. – He conceded. "In my youth, I harshly criticized all Padawans and Younglings who didn't fit my standards. On the other hand, I followed the instructions myself.… Wait, so that was the meaning of the ‘Trap for a beautiful boy’?
Fulcrum nodded.
"The expectation was that you, as a special guardian of order and cleanliness, would personally help her. "
Ferus narrowed his eyes in displeasure.
"Help her with what? Will I wash and iron her tunic for her? Where is the common sense in this? When I was her age, I did everything myself for a long time. And if one of senior padawans had reprimanded me for such nonsense, I would have died of shame," Ferus muttered indignantly.
"I can see that you're not changing, Ferus, you're just as grumpy and boring." Fulcrum said, interrupting his comments.
"I'll take that as a nice compliment."
Still, he thought she was wrong. Vader changed him. Irrevocably.
"What happened to her next?" Ferus asked.
"She became a padawan. But we didn't see each other anymore, because we didn't cross paths at the Temple. And then she died at the beginning of the Clone Wars.
"I see." He replied, and for a while there was silence between them.
"And who was your Master?" Ferus casually blurted out a question that suddenly came to his mind. "Maybe I knew him?"
"My Master died a long time ago. Sorry. It's hard for me to talk about it." Fulcrum answered lightly and casually, as if she had already said it more than once. But Ferus noticed her frozen facial expressions, and her face looked like a glued mask. He could see that she was in pain, and she really didn't want to talk about it.
"I'm sorry. I understand. Both of my Masters died a long time ago, too."
They fell silent, each giving himself the opportunity to overcome his personal emotions. The silence that replaced the lively conversation was no longer so awkward. The revelations from their youth brought them a little closer, as did their shared losses.
Ferus thought deeply, remembering his Masters. He missed the moment when Leia woke up and was startled by the fact that his daughter touched him with her small palm.
Fulcrum got to her feet.
"I'm glad you're alive," she murmured softly.
"Thanks." He answered just as quietly and restrainedly. If only he could say the same thing to Darra and Tru right now.…
"I'll get you something to eat." Togruta said and left the medical cabin, leaving the father and daughter alone.
**
When the automatic door closed, cutting off Fulcrum from the cabin, she felt a depressing sensation. She wanted to come right back.
When talking to Olin, she had the feeling that she was talking to Anakin from the past.
Ferus reminded her of Anakin. He was as noble, kind, capable of bold and right actions, and knew no half measures as her young Master.
Yes, Anakin might not be as boring, but he was also grumpy, and he had the same ridiculous sense of humor. The same clumsy jokes.
She remembers Anakin all too well, when he was still young man and had just become her Master.
He tried to establish contact with her then, and tried unsuccessfully to joke. It looked ridiculous, and even funny. At the time, he had seemed to her such a sincere, selfless Jedi, ready to protect others with his life.
Or not.
Illusions are always painful to deal with. Her illusions were shattered very painfully.
Ferus Olin did remind her of Anakin in some ways. But not the person Anakin really was.
It was she who had built the perfect image of a magnificent Jedi Master in her young head and believed in him. An image of a personality that never existed. The person, which Anakin always wanted to appear to be. But he's never really been like that.
Ahsoka sighed bitterly. Everything inside her had long since dried up from grief, and she sometimes forgot that she was not as old as she thought.
She understood people a little better now.
Ferus had a tough and straightforward, but honest personality. You don't need to have the ability to see into the future like Master Yoda to understand that Olin won't want to stay with the Jedi. As soon as the opportunity presents itself, he will pick up his daughter and fly away for good. His daughter... Anakin's daughter…
This girl was so small and skinny, and it made her seem younger than her age. Leia was silent. And she didn't seem to be any different from an ordinary child with some developmental delays, but her look… That look wasn't young at all. The feeling of maturity and pent-up pain on her very childish face created an uncomfortable dissonance. Ahsoka wanted to comfort her, but she wouldn't let anyone near her except her father.

Daddy Feri, part 14
My fanfic for @reconstructwriter who inspired me to continue this long story, and for everyone who loves "Vader/Ferus" (later Anakin/Ferus)
Warnings: rape
Darth Vader kept his prisoner in solitary confinement. He wouldn't let him see Leia until he used him. It was a nasty, manipulative trick.
So, on the one hand, Ferus was dreading the moment when Vader would come to his cell to mock and rape him. On the other hand, he was waiting hopefully for his filthy rapist, because if Vader didn't show up for the rest of the day, it meant Ferus was left in a locked cell alone with no way to spend the rest of the day with his child. This state of affairs rocked his psyche from time to time.
And lately, Olin often saw himself hoping that Vader would not come. It was cowardice. And yet, the Jedi felt like a living person only if Vader wasn't trying to use him as a powerless slave for his own satisfaction.
Ferus was mentally exhausted that day. The Jedi sat hunched over, his face in his hands, on a low prison cot. He wanted to cry out of hopelessness. He really hoped that the cyborg would not come to him, and then this postponement would help him restore his low spirits.
But the Sith came.
Entering the cell, Vader kicked the makeshift chair where Leia had been sitting the day before yesterday. The chair flew into the far wall and split into pieces. Ferus was flinched by a loud bang against the wall. It happened unknowingly, but showing the fear was a serious mistake. Olin's fear, for some unknown reason, had an exciting effect on Vader, and the Sith stretched out this disgusting game, continuing to intimidate his victim.
"How are you, ‘daddy Feri’?"
The Jedi sensed that Vader was in a good, playful mood. This meant that Ferus wasn't going to get anything good today, at best, only ridicule and rape. There was no end to it.
The Sith was in no hurry, he was pacing the cell like a master, not taking his attention off the prisoner. He unbuckled his cloak, and defiantly threw it on one of the mattresses lying on the floor. It was so much like the usual, ghoulish foreplay that turned Vader on so much. As always, before the rape began, the Sith boasted of his superiority, as if it was extremely important for him to show who was the Lord here. Ferus found this rather strange, because Vader held such a high position in the Empire that he should have put such stupid bragging in the past a long time ago. But such reflections on the unusual manifestations of Vader's bestial nature did not stay in the Jedi's head for a long time, he was more concerned about other, more important things. For example, will he see Leia today?
Olin tried to think only about his daughter, about how she needed him. But now he clearly saw only a cyborg brazenly undressing in front of him. The Sith got rid of the lower elements of his armor and bared his thick, aroused dick. There was nowhere to escape from here. Olin understood this well. But he twitched anyway when Vader's hand reached out towards him. But he couldn't do anything against the Dark Side, and he dragged himself like a puppet to the cyborg.
Darth Vader captured the prisoner in a chokehold and pressed his body against the wall. As always, he was easily and quickly aroused by the power over this man and his permissiveness. He even forgot about his injuries during intercourse. It was deliciously pleasant to take by force. The Sith was deliberately invading Ferus' personal space before sex.
"It's just the two of us here. It's so funny, isn't it, friend?" Vader was whispering right in his ear, almost touching by lips. He held him by the throat, preventing him from escaping. With just one metal finger, Vader hooked the prisoner's prison pants and underwear and yanked down, causing the clothes to fall to the floor.
He brought his dick to the prisoner's anus and began to push the dick inside.
The Jedi screamed. Vader felt the prisoner's anus tighten. It was so funny to see his obvious 'no!'! The Sith pulled him even closer to himself.
"So what now, bitch?" he asked mockingly. "Do you think squeezing your ass will be enough to keep me out of you? You still haven't figured it out? I'm going to fuck you anyway! And I will only get more pleasure from your resistance."
The grip on the Jedi's throat became stronger, he could still breathe, but the grip became suffocating if he strongly resisted. The prisoner tried to be restrained, but tears still flowed from his eyes. He was making sobbing noises. The Jedi was particularly acutely aware of the horror of this position, of how easily Vader was taking him now, standing on the feet, and impaling him on the dick.
Time dragged on for an excruciatingly long time while Vader fucked him.
At some point, the Sith threw the prisoner to the floor and climbed on top of him. The Jedi had long ago realized that what Vader liked most was fucking on the floor, on all fours, like wild animals copulating.
His consciousness was knocked out from the pain, and there was nothing he could do, after all, rape is a perverted torture. Ferus was very sad to realize that Vader had fucked him roughly, but he wouldn't see Leia today anyway, because it would take him a while to regain consciousness and get himself in order. It was impossible to show himself in front of Leia in such a state. Such a father is worse for her than none at all.
Vader slapped his cheeks to wake him up. He did this because he preferred his victim to be conscious during the rape. And sometimes the Jedi did not distinguish well what was happening in the moment, confusing his nightmares and reality. After all, the same thing often happened in reality as in his nightmares. Mockeries and rape.
"No... don't… I can't..." the Jedi muttered convulsively as he thrashed around the prison bed, trying to free his hands from Vader's metal grip. But his weakened body did not obey well and moved slowly, and the cyborg always had a tenacious and inhumanly strong grip.
Ferus screamed, asked not to touch him, cried and tried to get out from under the cyborg. That didn't stop Vader. The Sith was adamant. He always got what he wanted.
"Don't…No!
"Wake up, Ferus!" A soft voice sounded nearby.
Olin squinted at the bright light that hit his eyes. A man was leaning over him, and as soon as his vision focused, he was surprised to recognize Obi-Wan.
But this was a very different Obi-Wan Kenobi. Not the strong, clear-eyed jedi knight Kenobi which Ferus remembered so well. Now he was the beaten man, broken by grief and trials. Wherever Obi-Wan has been hiding all these years, time has not spared him.
"Ferus, it's me, Obi-Wan! Come to your senses." He said it clearly.
"Obi–Wan?" Ferus whispered, staring at Master Kenobi in amazement. "Are you... are you dead too?"
"No, I'm alive. We're both alive. And we're safe. Do you understand me?"
"Are you... are you real?"
"Yes. Just like you. All the bad things are over. "
"But Darth Vader killed me, didn't he?" Ferus asked uncomprehendingly, blinking and squinting, "I underestimated his power, and he strangled me."
"No. You are alive. I saved you. And I'm incredibly glad, I made it on time."
"Is this my reality?" Olin asked the stupid question again. He had forgotten how to believe in good things over the past year.
Obi-Wan nodded. The old Jedi was still looking at him very intently, studying him.
"What about my daughter? Leia..." exclaimed Ferus.
"Tell her thank you for saving your life. Leia gave you time. She sprayed poison from a canister into the blocked pilot house through an air vent. The baby was very afraid that she might kill not only your tormentor, but you too. "
Olin was shocked. Leia had to make such a decision at the age of ten. Probably become a murderer to try to save the father, or else, in case of failure…
Ferus felt a cold.
"Don't worry, she's fine." Obi-Wan assured him, "Isn't that what you wanted to ask?"
"Yes. And I want to see her now." Said Olin. He felt that he really needed to make sure.
"Of course you'll see her. But she's sleeping now, and you'll scare her with your appearance if you wake her up."
"Oh, I hadn't thought of that," Ferus said. He was confused, remembering the state he was in when Leia saw him recently. He needs to redeem himself for this.
"You're not lying to me, are you?" Olin asked like a naive child, looking hopefully at his brother in the Order.
"I take it you won't sleep without it." Obi-Wan replied with a restrained but warm smile.
He contacted his assistant on the transmitter.
"I finish treating her head wound and go."
Ferus heard a calm female voice. He wondered who Obi-Wan's assistant was. Was she a Jedi? Before he could think about it properly, the black Sith armor appeared in his mind's eye.
"What about Vader? Is he still alive? Olin asked anxiously.
Kenobi nodded.
"You have no idea how dangerous he is!" Ferus exclaimed in alarm. He tried to get up, but Obi-Wan's strong arms immediately laid him back on the medical bed.
"Ferus, look at me! Calm down!" Obi-Wan assured him. "I'm the Jedi who cut off Darth Vader's arms and legs. Trust me, I can handle what's left of him. "
"Oh!" Olin reply. He seems to have underestimated the scale of mastery that Master Kenobi has risen to. "I'm so glad you're alive."
Ferus realized how much he had missed. He clearly needed a long and detailed conversation to get into the current state of affairs. Right now, even this piece of the puzzle couldn't add up in his head. It turns out that neither Obi-Wan nor any other Jedi was capable of destroying Palpatine. But Darth Vader did it.
"How did you find me?"
"I got your S.O.S. signal. You uploaded your coordinates there yourself."
"But wait. It turns out that you weren't far away this time, otherwise you wouldn't have made it."
"That's right. Lately, I've been feeling a strange tension, and the Force itself has been calling me. I realized that something extremely important was about to happen, and I prepared for it. And then I felt that one of the Sith had been killed, but I couldn't immediately figure out who. I hurried to the center of the Empire to find out, and there I picked up your signal and message.
It sounded incredible to Ferus. How much has everything changed in the last 14 years! Even in the very structure of the Jedi Order, there have been some significant changes in the last years of its existence. Olin felt and assumed this. And here's the evidence.
How could a Jedi have sensed the death of a Sith in an inconceivable way?
"Can you really feel the death of any Force-user?" Ferus asked. What heights has Obi-Wan reached in recent years?
"Palpatine was not an ordinary Force-user." Obi-Wan replied evasively, "just like Darth Vader. But there are always only two Sith. We'll talk about it later. And now you need to rest."
Ferus sensed concern in his words, but not only that. He was somehow aware that Obi-Wan wanted to hide a lot. At the same time, Ferus had a growing stream of questions he wanted to ask.
"While you sleep, the medical computer will perform a complete diagnosis of your body. And then I'll do whatever it takes for you to heal all the wounds."
And Kenobi gently stroked his forehead with the hand. The skin on Obi-Wan's palms was rough and dry, but he exuded such calmness and confidence that Ferus quickly relaxed.
"I cut off his prosthetics, and he was left without arms and legs, just like he really was..." muttered Olin, closing his eyes. "But I didn't make a makeshift bag. I wish I'd thought of that sooner.… All that was needed was to cut off a piece of his cloak. It's so easy! But it rolled away…"
"Rolled away?" Kenobi asked, assuming that this incoherent nonsense was the result of a concussion.
"Palpatine's head rolled away. I tripped over it and kicked it out of fright, and it rolled away. If I had thought to make a bag out of Vader's cloak, I would have taken Palpatine's severed head with me. And I could give it to you now.… I'm sorry." Ferus looked very guilty.
"Thank you for your generosity, Ferus, but I don't need Palpatine's severed head." Obi-Wan reassured him.
"Yes, of course." Olin agreed complaisantly. "But imagine how many scammers will appear. They will try to impersonate Palpatine after his sudden death, because not a single fragment of the body remains.… "
Obi-Wan's assistant entered the cabin. She was a stern woman, of indeterminate age. She was carrying Leia in her arms.
"The hospital site is ready for the diagnosis of the patient." she announced, but Ferus wasn't listening to her, he held out his arms to his daughter.
"Thank you." Olin thanked them. He put his daughter next to him and hugged her. He decided to meet Obi-Wan's companion later.
"We've confirmed that your mind is fine," Obi-Wan told him. Ferus wasn't sure himself, and he gave him a skeptical smile in return.
"To make a full diagnosis for dangerous damage, we need to put you to sleep."
Ferus felt broken and broken, and he really wanted to sleep so that he wouldn't have to think about anything. And he readily agreed to this proposal. The main thing is not to have nightmares.…
"Good. I believe you. Do whatever you think is necessary." Olin stretched out his hand to inject sleeping pills into a vein.
"You'll have to separate from Leia before the procedure begins. " Obi-Wan's assistant warned him when she noticed that he had arranged the sleeping baby next to him.
"Do it after I fall asleep, please." he asked, and leaned back on the pillow when the needle was removed from his vein.
Kenobi's fingers touched Ferus' forehead again to gently and carefully smooth his long, tangled bangs. It was an incredible bliss. He had long since lost the habit of being treated kindly and carefully.
"Obi-Wan, do you know," Olin murmured, feeling himself quickly relax and fall asleep from such unearthly tenderness, "do you know how old you look now? Extremely old…"
"Thank you, Ferus, I see that you still have the skill to give amazing compliments."

Daddy Feri, part 13
My fanfic for @reconstructwriter who inspired me to continue this long story, and for everyone who loves "Vader/Ferus" (later Anakin/Ferus)
Ferus shuddered and jerked as fear washed over him like a tsunami wave. He spun around in the pilot's seat and saw Vader staring at him predatorily. The Sith's eyes were glaring at him, it was a fierce gaze filled with malice and hunger.
Before binding Vader, Ferus injected him with such a dose of a paralyzing substance that he should not have been able to regain consciousness in any way.
His calmness and confidence shattered. From everything that had happened over the past year, from everything that had happened in the last few hours, Ferus couldn't stand the strain and he broke down. Panic gripped him. The Jedi did not understand what was happening, was not able to reason rationally. He couldn't even access the Force, it was eluding him.
For a mortally wounded man, Vader looked too aware, even pleased. But any other person in his place should have died from severe internal wounds. Anyone else would only be able to beg for help, which Ferus would not have been able to provide without comprehensive medical equipment anyway. But instead, the bestial gaze continued to bore into the Jedi. And Ferus Olin was afraid of the owner of that look more than anything in the world right now.
"What did you do?" Ferus asked in a hoarse, trembling voice. He began to realize what kind of trap Vader had pushed him into. "What code did you give me?"
"I gave you what you so desperately wanted, so that you could take off and get us off the dying “Devastator”. But my security system identified you as an enemy. You won't be able to control “Lambda” until I enter my personal access code. And if the ship doesn't receive it soon, a special alarm will be sent to the nearest Star Destroyer. And those who receive the signal will act according to the instructions prepared in advance by me.
Ferus rushed to turn off the power to the entire ship, hoping it wasn't too late. In the established semi-darkness, Vader's predatory eyes glowed acid yellow, but did not illuminate the space around them.
The Jedi cursed inwardly. He had hoped so much that he would be able to fly away from this damned Hell, from the center of the Empire. And all he needs to do is get Vader's stinky personal access code.
What if this is a new trap? But what choice does he have?
After everything he'd been through with Leia, he shouldn't have been captured by the Empire again. He can't stand it! One step away from a successful escape, he encountered Vader's treachery.
He needs Vader's personal code! At any cost!
"Give me your personal access code to the ship or I'll kill you. Right now!" Ferus felt like he was getting hysterical. His voice was shrill as he screamed.
In response, Vader just snorted and laughed hoarsely.
"You're such a naive fool. You haven't tortured anyone yet, have you?" Sith asked mockingly. "And what will you do, Jedi, if I tell you "no"?”
The Darkness called the Jedi. The Darkness demanded to take lightsaber and cut off a piece of Vader. Slowly and painfully. And the Jedi was ready to do it. Ferus spun around the control room in search of Vader's lightsaber. A whirlpool of uncontrollable thoughts swirled in his head, layered one on top of the other.
"Run!.. Please don't be captured..."
In such a restless state, he couldn't find the lightsaber, couldn't even remember where he'd thrown it.
Vader mockingly noted that Ferus Olin in hysterics is a very funny and pathetic sight. The Sith just grunted and looked at him condescendingly.
"Moronic asshole."
Olin stopped searching for his lightsaber in vain. He abruptly reached into the bag of medical instruments that was inside the ship's first-aid kit and pulled out a medical scalpel. The Jedi menacingly approached the Sith closely.
But Vader got ahead of his threats.
"Come on, do it. You really need my access code. Or maybe you just want to kill me? For everything I've done to you, and what else am I going to do?"
Ferus stood there, clutching a metal scalpel in his hand. He was shaking. He had to get Vader to cooperate.
"Listen to me, Sith." Ferus said, trying not to let his voice betray his fear, "If I don't get to fly the shuttle now, your imperial bastards will pulverize us into space dust as soon as they discover us."
"I doubt it very much, Olin." Vader replied. He bared his teeth and smiled smugly.
Enough. He doesn't have time for reflection anymore. Ferus slammed a scalpel into Vader's stomach with all the force he could muster with his weak arm. There was no effect. He wanted to dig deeper and poke around with the instrument inside, but he felt that he had bent the scalpel against some kind of durable material inside Vader's stomach. There was no blood at the incision site. The skin turned out to be fake, and the muscle fiber underneath was also artificial, similar to hard rubber. Cutting off a piece of artificial flesh, the Jedi discovered a material as dense as durasteel behind it. Microchips were embedded in it, some of them were burned and fused into the body. It was supposed to cause Vader pain that couldn't be endured. But the Sith did not howl in pain, but mocked his enemy.
"Dad!" The child's voice called out desperately. Ferus turned his head sharply and saw a little girl standing in the aisle.
From the look in her eyes, the Jedi realized that Leia was afraid of him. He looked like a psychotic maniac. He was covered in sweat, with obsession in his eyes and with a scalpel in his fist stuck deep into his tormentor's stomach.
He was scared of himself too.
"Leia, come out! Now!" he barked.
There was fear and despair in Leia's gaze. Olin realized that for the first time in his life he had rudely yelled at his daughter.
And she ran out. With the help of the Force, the Jedi sharply hit the button, and the passage to the pilot house closed with a bang with an automatic door.
Ferus staggered, lost his balance, and fell against the tethered Vader. A pungent, foul stench assaulted the Jedi's nose. It was the smell of rotting flesh mixed with burnt microchips. Disgusted, he pulled away from Vader.
That's why he should always be restrained. He should be thinking, controlling himself, not panicking. Even if it's very difficult right now. There are many options for the further development of events, he was just too scared of one, the most nightmarish.
The Jedi looked at Vader, and in that instant he clearly realized that it was useless to torture him.
With unruly fingers, the Jedi checked the strength of the cables with which he had tied Vader. Let the piece of that bastard hang here. Maybe the Sith himself will die soon, and he doesn't even need to participate in this.
"Are you scared?" Vader asked mockingly when Ferus accidentally looked up and met his gaze. He recoiled sharply, and Vader realized that he had guessed right. He grinned smugly again.
Ferus swayed again. Vader almost provoked him into actions that went against his principles, which could eventually turn him into the same ruthless scum as any Sith. He was already approaching the line that no Jedi should cross under any circumstances.
"Bastard!" The Jedi's face contorted with anger. But he was able to suppress his rage.
"You look so stupid when you're angry." Vader continued mockingly.
Ferus was infuriated by this comment, but he was able to suppress this outburst of anger again.
"You're little fucked-in-the-ass bitch. Do you want more?" Vader asked, giving Olin his foul breath.
Ferus slammed his fist into Vader's jaw. He had long wanted to smash the face of the filthy rapist and murderer. However, the blow was weak, and his repeatedly injured arm was pierced by acute pain. Olin squeezed his eyes shut and pinched the bridge of his nose with his fingers. After the flash of pain in his fist faded, he tried to catch his steady state again. He needed to find a way out!
**
Darth Vader's consciousness was drifting away, but he kept himself in reality, focusing on the enemy. His eyes, damaged after Mustafar, could only see well enough up close, but the Jedi was standing close enough that the small blind spots on the pupils did not prevent Vader from even examining him closely.
The Jedi's face was wet, his hands were shaking, or because of this trembling, his fine motor skills seemed clumsy, which was unlike Ferus, who had impressed from his youth not only with his agility, but also with the elegance of his movements. The Jedi's skin seemed very fair, almost pearly. The old rival did not have a bright, hot sexuality, but he was so nobly beautiful, as if the nature of this cold beauty was unearthly and majestic. The Sith admitted that this pale-skinned son of a bitch was as beautiful as an angel, even exhausted and haggard. And Vader was looking forward to having this man at his mercy again. He will force him. He will take him over and over again until he gets complete satisfaction. These thoughts about coitus were completely primitive, but it really helped him maintain himself.
And instead of showing his weakness, Vader preferred to appear immortal in the eyes of the old rival. However, he, like all living beings, was still mortal.
After death, he won't fall into Chaos.
Nothingness. That's what awaits him. He'll just disappear.
But Darth Vader wasn't afraid of that. Neither death itself, because it could not be more painful than his existence for the last ten years, nor the emptiness that awaited him after death. Nothing.
But there was something he couldn't accept, and it made him suffer.
The lack of meaning.
The meaning of everything, the meaning of his whole life. He couldn't lie to himself anymore, and he saw only a complete lack of meaning in how he had lived his life, in what he had done.
Even his power and superiority over all living beings didn't seem to make sense, because it couldn't last indefinitely. No one is eternal, not even the Emperor.
The Sith Master clearly realized that all his power, his incredible might, and even his phenomenal talent for Force perception were secondary.
But what was primary? He couldn't answer. All he knew now was that the Dark Side had failed to make him whole and self-sufficient, even as he ascended to the pinnacle of dominance.
**
"So, bitch, now you're going to suck my dick for the access codes, aren't you?"
The Jedi did not respond to the provocation. Ferus was again unpleasantly struck by Vader's incredible stamina. He believed that Vader, like many Sith, was a psychopath obsessed with power and imposing his will, but this… He couldn't even imagine such a thing! The Sith was making nasty and vulgar comments at a time when he should have been dead by now. Because a person with such injuries could not survive. But Vader didn't seem to be thinking about it at all. Instead, he was bullied over and over again.
The Jedi was particularly frustrated by the fact that Vader didn't even try to ask him for help. It was as if he was sure that nothing was threatening him. But the Jedi clearly felt that the vital energy was draining from his body.
"You don't have much time left, Olin." Vader became serious. "You can't hide. The “Lambda” is forcibly dragged into a Star Destroyer. It's inevitable. Think about what awaits you soon. I am the Supreme Commander of the Imperial military. I am the Emperor's successor. Soon, my subordinates will capture you. And everything will be the same, but now I will be the only one to rule my Empire. And you will become my sex slave again, with the only difference that I will not hide you. I'll put a slave chip in your head and drag you everywhere with me like an animal on a leash. And the whole galaxy will know that you are my slave. Every citizen of the Empire will know that you, a former Jedi, sold yourself to me like a cheap whore in exchange for the right to live! After all, you all Jedi are hypocritical scum! You will become my obedient sex slave. I will force you, no matter how much you resist. I'm going to fuck you, bitch, every day.…
Ferus grabbed a duster and shoved it into the mouth of the Supreme Commander. Unfortunately, the cloth wasn't as dirty as he would have liked, because all the surfaces here were shining clean. But at least that gag made Vader shut up. Ferus couldn't listen to his nonsense and filth. Vader's disgusting threats had hurt him, and Olin knew exactly why. Since his youth, he was afraid of making bad statements about himself. He was very eager to be perfect in everything, to be a role model. In adulthood, other people's opinions ceased to mean so much to him, but still ... if the whole galaxy considers him a corrupt whore serving the damned tyrant, then death is really better than such a reputation.
Vader growled into the gag and looked at him with hatred. His eyes were almost rolling back in his head, as if he was about to lose consciousness, but his gaze remained too tenacious and focused. He was still staring intently, unblinking, like a hungry predator. And that look made Ferus feel very uncomfortable, as if Vader could eat him alive right now. The Jedi emptied the contents of a portable first-aid kit into the copilot's seat. He put this bag on Vader's head to cover his mutilated snout.
Now it's easier to think.
So, the software will not allow him to control the ship without the clearance code. He couldn't erase the damn software either. He made sure that the Imperial engineers ensured that no one could even reset the system. But no one could have foreseen that someone would simply disassemble this computer for spare parts and use them to improve the capabilities of any other device that is equipped with a microcomputer and a communication system.
This way, he will be able to secure the opportunity to send a message directly through the secret Jedi channel! It worked once…
All he needs is a device, and at least any machine with a built-in data transfer system.
“Machine…”
Ferus looked at the tethered Sith.
Vader has always been arrogant and overconfident. He had not lost a single battle to the rebels. It is unlikely that he could have imagined such a scenario in which he would be captured and left without control of the situation, and even without control of his armor.
The Jedi made sure that a powerful transmitter and receiver were built into Vader's helmet and set to work.
He would need autonomous batteries, and he knew where to get them.
"Maybe you're right, Sith. Maybe I'll be captured," Ferus said, "or maybe that won't happen, because soon one of the rebels will come and rescue me and Leia. But you, you will probably die soon from the some of your internal organs will simply cease to function without controlling microchips. But you still don't even feel it, because you're not human, you're just a disgusting cyborg."
Olin had already recognized what he needed. The power source was supposed to be on the chest plate of the Sith. And Ferus ripped the power supply off his chest. He also cleaned the backup batteries from his belt, and began opening the pilot computer.
When the device was ready, the Jedi stammered and recorded the message. He immediately encrypted his "cry for help" and sent it through a secret channel. Only a Jedi master could know the decryption code.
But still, something unpleasant was still scratching at him from the inside.
It's stupid to just sit and wait for help. He must act further. After all, help may not come at all! The unknown Jedi who had sent a group of rebels to help him a year ago could be dead by now. Olin felt cold at the thought.
Could the secret channel already be known to the Empire? He didn't even want to know the answer to the question "How?" But if that's really the case, then it's…
...his disaster.
The dark Side of the Force had awakened and was attacking him. The bag and gag flew off Vader, and hit the Jedi's chest.
Ferus realized too late that he had miscalculated. It was stupid to think that Darth Vader might not be dangerous, even if he was on his deathbed! It was stupid of him to take Vader with him! This action was dictated not only by mercy, but by the need for Leia to know that he had not left her biological father to die on the Destroyer. Ferus believed that Vader suffered life-threatening injuries, and this played a cruel joke on the rescuer. But there were so many incredible phenomena about the essence of Force that he did not know, had never heard of, and could not even imagine! Ferus was paralyzed by the horror of the sight in front of him.
The darkness didn't just condense, it gathered, growing into a living being. And the Jedi watched helplessly as all the Force that exists in the Galaxy reached out to Vader. The Force absorbed by him, became a part of him. Dark, dense currents enveloped the Sith's body. These streams condensed at the ends of the stumps and formed Vader's arms of black substance.
And this hand stretched out towards the opponent and closed its fist.
Vader exploded with furious. His hatred, contempt, envy and jealousy, and even the irrepressible thirst for possession of this man, in an instant intertwined into a tight knot and exploded. And the Force became immeasurably subject to him. Vader began to strangle his old enemy, shouting at him.
"You can't escape from me, you bastard! You're mine! You will belong to me for the rest of your life!"
From the collapsed stranglehold, Ferus was nailed with his back to the pilot's seat, it turned sharply from the impact, and he fell to the floor.
In these agonizing moments, he laments that he is a complete fool. He should have killed the Sith earlier when there was such an exceptional opportunity. And now Vader would strangle him in this fit of rage, and then brutally kill anyone who dared to fly to his aid. Ferus realized it too late. A rescue team will infiltrate the ship, but the ruthless killer will be waiting for them here! No! He did it himself, with his own hands, even if not intentionally, he lured a group of rebels into a deadly trap again. That was the last thing the Jedi thought about bitterly before he passed out from suffocation.

Jedi Quest 1 The Way of the Apprentice, Watson Jude.
I'm looking for Anakin's unjustified aggression when he was a teenager. He feels it all the time, almost every time he interacts with Ferus.
However, I did find one subtle remark from Ferus.
Heck! That's great!

Romantic Padawan fluff on Valentine's Day in a Galaxy far, far away
The setting sun of Coruscant was gradually approaching the horizon.
Here, above the top floor of one of the tallest skyscrapers in the capital, two young people were comfortably sheltered.
They settled inside a small decorative niche. They were sitting on the edge, their legs dangling over the airy urban highways of a technological city.
It was possible to enter the niche only by a narrow ledge along the wall, risking falling down many hundreds of meters. In their right mind, no one would have tried to sneak into the niche, since such a trick could obviously be dangerous for ordinary mortals. But the young people were not afraid of such a dizzying height. They are the Jedi.
The two Padawans silently watched the sunset and looked towards the native silhouette of the Jedi Temple. The majestic building of the ancient Temple towered over other high-rise buildings of a huge metropolis.
The gentle sun warmed Darra Thel-Tanis pleasantly. A light breeze playfully blew her hair, making her padawan braid bounce slightly.
Darra looked up from staring at the towers of the Jedi Temple, which looked tiny from here, and turned her gaze to her companion.
Dear, close friend Ferus Olin.
As long as she had known him, he had always looked more mature than his age. His focused and serious gaze gave him away as a man with rigid principles and high demands on himself and others, who did not know half measures.
Even now, Ferus, leaning nonchalantly against the back wall and relaxing a little, still looked collected, restrained and very serious..
"The same as always." Darra thought. But she shouldn't have stared at him for long. Especially, she shouldn't have looked into his eyes.
Olin was looking far ahead, thinking about something, and Darra was glad that they didn't cross eyes now. She risked losing herself by looking into his eyes, which she found criminally beautiful.
It's much easier when her gaze gets tangled in his hair. It's safer that way.
Darra tried to count the bright highlights, like tiny shining stars. There were a lot of them, and they quickly slid along his smooth hair, even if he shook his head slightly.
"Ferus," Darra called out to her thoughtful friend when she was faced with the sudden result of her observation, "was it my imagination, or did you get gray hair here?"
She just looked closer and noticed it.
"And here too." She reached out her hand to his hair, and for a split second she hesitated, her courage failing her. Her hand almost trembled before she ran her fingers through his thick brown hair. It's strange, because a few years ago, she could boldly tell him something like "I'm going to bite you!" and he would even be afraid of such a terrible threat, but for some reason now she has become a terrible coward.
She was trying to grab the thickest strands of gray hair. Those sparse, pale gray strands seemed out of place in his hair. It was as if the ashes had stuck to the bright strands that used to sparkle like gold in the sun.
"Where did you get your gray hair?" the girl asked, catching a long strand of gray hair and showing it to the friend. After all, is it really okay if you suddenly have gray hair at the age of nineteen?
"I have no idea. Does it really matter to the Jedi?" Ferus's voice took on a boring and instructive tone, exactly the kind that could make Anakin deeply annoyed from the middle of a sentence. But Darra is not Anakin.
"I don't know." Darra said, confused. It really was an insignificant detail for any Jedi. But everything about this guy was very important to her. But she couldn't find the right words to tell him that. What if he misunderstands her words?...

Galactic Adventures of young Padawans
"It's so cool here!" Anakin looked around the racing airfield with undisguised delight.
"Where is cool here?" Ferus asked, expressing incomprehension, even though Anakin wasn't talking to him, but to Darra and Tru.
"It's cool everywhere! Look, the race track is great, even if it's too simple! I would fly to the finish line first blindfolded, even right now!" Anakin said enthusiastically. Racing and speed were his passion. Unfortunately, not everyone wanted to understand this.
He expected Ferus to say something boring and instructive, like, "We're Jedi, and we're not here for entertainment," but he didn't say anything.
Anakin turned back to the other padawans. Ferus carefully raised his eyebrow, as if silently and skeptically asking, “Are you a teenage moron?” Darra and Tru looked confused. And Anakin was worried that his two best friends shared the opinion of this arrogant snob.
"I'm not talking to you, Olin!" Anakin snapped.

Daddy Feri, part 12
My fanfic for @reconstructwriter who inspired me to continue this long story, and for everyone who loves "Vader/Ferus" (later Anakin/Ferus)
Many fateful events, after which a person's life irrevocably turns to another path, happened suddenly and quickly in Ferus Olin's life.
That's what happened when Darra died. That's what happened when the Jedi Order fell, and Olin became a wanted criminal for the Empire.
The same thing happened when Bail Organa handed him Leia and arranged for them to escape from Alderaan. And it also happened when Ferus was captured by Darth Vader, and became his victim for long rapes, because of the sudden sadistic whim of the ruthless bastard.
Right now, he didn't even have time to figure out what had happened. A moment ago, the Emperor was happily roasting him alive with lightning bolts. Ferus felt that Leia was in danger of death. He sent a protective wave of Force to shield her. But that obviously wasn't enough against the Emperor's might.
Suddenly, the Dark Side filled the space, and the Jedi saw Leia being thrown back. Just one swift stroke of the red lightsaber, and the entire hangar was illuminated by bright blue lightning. The Star Destroyer shook from the powerful impact. For a moment, the Jedi went deaf and stopped perceiving reality. But then the Darkness dissolved as quickly as it appeared, leaving behind serious destruction.
And Ferus opened his eyes.
"Leia... where are you?"
There was no response. Olin got to his feet in a daze. He staggered as if shell-shocked and stunned. The floor was littered with Imperial corpses. The ship's life support systems were severely damaged, but that, as well as the imminent destruction of the ship, didn't matter to the Jedi right now. He began searching through the resulting chaos and destruction.
"Leia!" he shouted. His scream was drowned out by a heart-rending alarm.
The Jedi was moving forward and stumbled over something. Ferus looked down and shuddered. The creepy yellow eyes in the old, wrinkled, almost inhuman face stared at him as if alive. Out of sheer fear, he kicked Palpatine's head, and it rolled away under a pile of damaged transportation equipment.
So it wasn't his imagination. In fact, the event occurred that will go down in the history of the galaxy. Ferus couldn't believe that an era of terror had ended right before his eyes.
But right now, he was much more worried about his daughter.
He made his way further, stepping over the piles of stormtrooper bodies, and finally he saw tiny child's body on the floor at the far wall of the hangar.
"Stars and Moons!"
He approached Leia with fear and was relieved to find that she was alive. The little girl opened her eyes after he picked her up in his arms. She just looked at him.
"Dad..." said Leia.
"I'm here," Ferus replied to her.
Ferus hugged Leia to him with one hand, very gently and firmly. Now they're finally back together, no matter what happens!
They need to get out of this hell and now. They need a ship!
Among the broken transportation equipment and piles of scrap metal, the Jedi noticed the glossy smooth surface of the shuttle, littered with layers of metal debris. The ship seemed to be intact, as if it had been preserved by a super-powerful shield.
But then his gaze caught something else. Someone. A large dark figure sprawled on the floor without moving.
Darth Vader lay wounded like a pile of useless metal. Light smoke rose from his damaged armor and suit-mounted electronics. It seemed to him that Vader was dying. Ferus didn't feel satisfied looking at it. He looked down at Leia.
"No, dear, this nightmare is not over yet," he wanted to tell her, but the girl was already unconscious.
He has to finish Vader off now so that he can never hurt anyone again.
Something small and metallic flashed at the edge of his field of vision. Acting on instinct rather than thinking, the Jedi reached out with his free hand and touched the Force. The lightsaber flew into his hand, and he caught it with a deft movement. Olin was surprised to find that Vader's lightsaber sat very comfortably in his hand, as if it suited him perfectly too.
Questions and assumptions about the difficult solution were rapidly spinning in his head. Should he do what the Jedi taught him? Neutralize, but not harm, a helpless enemy. Or is it better to do what his cruel and unfair life has taught him? Finish off a dangerous enemy while there is such a good opportunity. Just cut this bastard into several pieces. Then he would get rid of Vader forever, and the galaxy would breathe more freely if such a deadly and merciless predator was dead.
Ferus's arm was painfully pulled down by Leia's weight. Vader broke his arm once, then broke it again after the broken bone had healed incorrectly. Since then, his wrist still hurt. But he had a lightsaber in his other hand, and he could easily take Vader's life right now. He could have done justice!
But there was one more caveat, Vader is the biological father of his daughter.
And the Jedi banished that strange, wrong feeling of killing intent. No, it's all an illusion. If he commits murder now, his wounds won't heal. The evil committed is not so easy to fix, as well as to heal all wounds.
The ship trembled more violently. Internal explosions and depressurization were already taking place somewhere nearby.
"The Force is within you, Padawan..."
And he trusted the Force. Ferus was guided by the Force, and he rushed towards the shuttle, cutting his way with his lightsaber. To feel the lightsaber in action again was incredibly satisfying. He cut through the large rebar that was blocking his path. Quickly reaching the shuttle, he stuck his sword into the landing ramp lock panel and manually turned on the emergency opening of the loading hatch.
**
After dreaming for a long time, he finally managed to do it. He surpassed his Master. He killed Darth Sidious. And Vader would undoubtedly have felt triumphant if it weren't for the monstrous pain that filled his body.
In the beginning, the Force really helped him. He did what he could to make Palpatine greedy. He talked about Ferus's strong parental affection for Leia. He also played on Leia's feelings for her foster father to convince Sidious of how much her dad loves her.
Maybe Palpatine didn't fully believe that Leia meant absolutely nothing to Vader. But Leia is incredibly important to Ferus, that's the undeniable truth. And Vader successfully played this truth as a trump card.
And here she stood in front of them, so small and clean.
"Execute her!"
"…maybe it would be better if Ferus Olin obeyed your order?"
He had only taken the bait. And the fire of greed and lust for power broke out. Darth Sidious was consumed by the desire to cast another moral Jedi into the darkness. The Emperor no longer had a chance to resist his amazing offer.
And even though Leia was in mortal danger, but in the end his deception worked. Sidious fell for it and Vader won.
At the last moment, Vader threw Leia away, but in doing so he exposed himself to a crushing blow. A lightning attack of this power should have killed him on the spot, but by some ridiculous whim of the Force, he was still alive. It was as if the Force itself had turned away from its Chosen One at the last moment, so that he would die long and painfully.
Vader discovered too late that his victory over the Master would also be his defeat. And he realized how stupidly he had miscalculated. Out of revenge, Palpatine decided to destroy all the Sith with his parting gesture.
And now he was lying on the floor like a pile of industrial waste. He couldn't even move, his prosthetics were completely out of order, as was his entire armor. His thoughts moved extremely slowly, as if a dense fog had spread in his head. He couldn't see anything in front of him.
The Star Destroyer shook from blaster shots, and Vader realized that soon his flagship would become the grave for everyone who was here. Are these Palpatine's instructions? If the Emperor is suddenly killed, then it is necessary to eliminate not only the murderer, but also all those who witnessed his death... There was something important in this thought, but it floated past his consciousness.
He began to sink into the darkness.
Darth Vader thought that he was dying, having already become a Sith Master, but this thought was not comforting, but only ironically sad. Was there much point in that? The Sith's training path ends when the apprentice manages to kill his Master and take his place. And then the line of inheritance for the transfer of mastery will continue. It's natural. But Darth Sidious wasn't worried about the Sith legacy, only his revenge for his unexpected death.
And Vader was gradually sinking into oblivion.
But then, suddenly, a harsh light hit his eyes, and he saw Olin bending over him. The son of a bitch definitely decided to kill him, because he tore off his helmet, tearing the insulation of the artificial respiratory system.
The Sith saw the Jedi raise a lightsaber over him. And he closed his eyes, falling into a blissful unconsciousness so as not to feel even worse pain.
**
Ferus left Leia inside the shuttle and turned on the control computer, then jumped back into the hangar. The Jedi activated his lightsaber and cautiously approached the Sith. He bent over Vader. Ferus saw that the artificial respiration system had been broken by the lightning attack, and he tore off his damaged helmet.
Holding his lightsaber at the ready, he slapped Vader's cheeks several times.
"Access codes for the pilot! Tell me the access codes to your personal Lambda! Right now!" Ferus barked when Vader opened his eyes.
Awareness appeared in Vader's eyes for a moment, but immediately his eyes rolled back and he lost consciousness. Ferus slapped his cheek again, but it didn't work. The Sith was unconscious and barely breathing.
Ferus cursed under his breath and rushed back to the pilot's cabin, he opened the first-aid kit, found something that looked like a stimulant and injected it into the back of Vader's head.
"The codes to access your Lambda! Immediately!" Olin barked again
Vader's gaze only focused on Ferus for a moment, but before he lost consciousness again, he called out twelve numbers. Ferus immediately rushed into the cockpit and dialed the code. Access to the controls was confirmed, and the Jedi gave the command to launch an emergency takeoff of the ship at his command.
When the engine started up, Ferus had the very tempting idea of leaving Vader in the hangar to die along with his beloved Master and precious Star Destroyer.
The Jedi knew that in this state, he was not capable of loading Vader onto the shuttle on his own. The Sith was excessively heavy. Ferus had fully experienced this a long time ago, when Vader had put all his weight on top of him to rape him in the ass.
Ferus shuddered at the disgusting memory. Vader is capable of anything. And how is he guaranteed to protect himself from someone like him?
Vader's prosthetics were severely damaged, but the Jedi wanted to get rid of the fatal surprises. With a precise movement of his lightsaber, he cut off all four prosthetics at the joints with the body. There was a smell of burnt electronics, and Vader was left lying on the floor without prosthetics, like several separate parts.
Standing on the ramp, Olin noticed the scattered smart-boxes on the lower tier under the ship. It was something like sterile smart-containers capable of executing simple commands. Medicines were usually transported in such isolated boxes. Less often, something heavier, for example, bio-garbage.
Ferus went down. He turned on the control panel on one of the smart-dumps and gave commands to load the "garbage" and unload it on the floor inside the shuttle. The smart-dumpster pulled out the wheels and cheerfully rolled to complete the task, and the Jedi rushed to the ship to make an emergency takeoff.
As soon as Ferus took the shuttle out of the Star Destroyer's hangar, he rushed back to the general compartment of the Lambda. There, a smart-dumpster has already unloaded the "garbage" directly onto the floor of the shuttle. The bastard was still unconscious on the floor. Olin wondered what to do with it. Did Vader once threaten to cut off his arms and legs and hang him by the stumps? Well, now let's see how Vader likes it.
The Jedi picked up what was left of the cyborg and tied it firmly to the back wall in the pilot's cabin. Ferus had done all this with great difficulty. Not because he was injured, but because any actions that required getting close to Vader made him very sick.
Vader was in a state where any other person would already be dead. Without prosthetics, it's just a human stump, with burnt microchips embedded right into the mutilated body. Still, Ferus was very afraid of him. He looked away from the motionless Vader, trying to control his trembling.
The Jedi jumped into the pilot's seat. He took control of the autopilot and steered the ship away from the Star Destroyer. Amazingly, his "Lambda" has not yet been discovered. The Imperial Navy was too busy for that. The Jedi noticed that they were firing with all their might at Vader's flagship.
Does this mean that if he jumps into hyperspace now, then all his torments will come to an end?
The Jedi's hands were trembling with anticipation. He couldn't believe his luck. But at the same time, he could feel the tension in the Force. And it bothered him that he hadn't recognized the source of that feeling. He didn't feel the Dark Side. But still, he felt that things had turned out too favorably for him and Leia.
A rapid chain of events had brought him here. The death of Palpatine. Leia, the survivor of the impact. The surviving shuttle. And Darth Vader is now rendered harmless and helpless.
But what's bothering him so much?
Or is he being so paranoid for nothing? Maybe he should be more optimistic, as he's always been advised to be.
Ferus reflected that after Palpatine's unexpected but very pleasant death, civil war was likely to break out within the Empire. And it seems that he has already witnessed the very beginning of such a war. Soon, all the jackals and hangers-on will be fighting for power, and tearing the Empire apart. In the meantime, a new government will be formed and the Republic will be restored. But it's none of his business anymore. He and his daughter will settle on a cozy, peaceful planet, far from any military conflicts. And it would be the most wonderful thing that had happened to him in the last thirteen years.
Olin was so caught up in amazing thoughts about a happy future that he missed how a couple of information windows on the touchpad went out. Then, the indicator lights went out one by one. The fuel engine stopped working and the shuttle slowly stopped.
No control commands worked. He tried to reboot the system, hoping for a temporary glitch in the imperial software. But the computer system was no longer responding to the user's actions. Nothing had changed, only the dim red light from the central control panel was on.
So he was in space with the engine out of action, and he hadn't even flown far enough away to avoid being hit by the blast wave from the Star Destroyer. Well, now that was bad enough to be a plausible case scenario.
"Damn it!" Olin hit the touchpad in frustration when he made sure that the shuttle's controls were completely locked again.
"What happened?"
At that moment, he felt a sudden awakening of Darkness. Behind his back, in the place where he hung Vader.
Ferus's insides froze with fear.
"You won't be able to escape." the Sith's hoarse and vindictive voice rang out.

I adore these books. There is something true, kind, and eternal about them. They have a very deep understanding and disclosure of characters like Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan and Anakin. Most of the characters are as real as if they were alive. Ironically, to really understand these children's books, you have to be an adult.

"Qui-Gon said something to me then. He said, maybe in a different galaxy things will change. The Jedi will change. Here is the change, Ferus. And I think... in the new order, attachments will be a strength. Maybe this is how the galaxy will be saved."

Sometimes it seems to me that people just haven't read these books, but only their brief contents. I thought it would be correct to explain some of the key points for those who do not remember the book series "Jedi Quest" well.
Do you think that the teenage Anakin should have been treated with special condescension by the Jedi Order?
But you see, the fact is that Anakin would categorically disagree with you. In the first book "Jedi Quest: Path to Truth" Palpatine, standing before the Jedi Council, says that Anakin Skywalker needs special treatment because he is a "special case," and it is absolutely right that Council protects him from such missions. Anakin instantly feels humiliated and furious. He thinks he doesn't need any special treatment because he's not flawed. He thinks he can handle anything, and he's ready to take on any mission to show what he's capable of.
Do you think that Anakin was treated too harshly, and it was wrong because he was a former slave and deserved sympathy because of his difficult past?
But thinking in this way, you forget one very simple but very important thing. The Jedi Order is not Hogwarts for Force-sensitive teenagers. The Order is a closed organization with its own centuries-old foundations, strict rules, revered traditions and the Code. And, imagine, all this must be observed. Any child who joins the Order discards his past, and it doesn't matter if you were the son of a ruler of a planet or the son of a slave, now everyone is equal before the Code. (Think of Xanatos from "Jedi Apprentice". He was too proud of his royal lineage. He thought he was the best, and no one was his equal. As a result, he was unable to become a Jedi and fell into Darkness. Oops, arrogance and greed ruined this talented boy.)
So, any student must meet what the Order requires of you, and not only in their abilities. Otherwise, you can very easily be kicked out of the Order and deprived of the opportunity to become a Jedi. No matter how talented you are.
I will remind you about one case described in the book "Legacy of the Jedi". Thirteen-year-old Lorian Nod, persuaded his best friend Dooku to enter the room of one of the Jedi Masters and open the holocron of the Sith. They did it, but they were caught on the spot. And Lorian lied to the Masters that it was Dooku's idea and forced him to do it. What did the Jedi Council do to Lorian when his lies came to light? They decided to send him to the Agricultural Corps. They made it clear that he was denied the opportunity to become a Jedi because Lorian lied and blamed Dooku, not because he discovered the Sith holocron. And importantly, the Council didn't even pay attention to the fact that Lorian was one of the most promising and talented students (after Dooku, of course).
Another reminder from "Jedi Apprentice". What did Qui-Gon do when Obi-Wan, during a mission to Melida-Daan, disobeyed his orders and acted without his consent? Qui-Gon immediately rejected it. He instantly stripped him of his padawan status. And most importantly, he left a fourteen-year-old teenager on a dangerous warring planet and flew to Coruscant. And this is despite the fact that they have been working closely together for one year as a master and a student, and have already become attached to each other.
In each part of "Jedi Quest", Anakin acts on his own, impulsively, and constantly overstepping his Master. He's lying to his Master. But all this is forgiven to him, as if this is how it should be.
So it turns out that all the strict rules didn't work at all for Anakin while he was a padawan. So, why is that? Because of his being Chosen One?
Everything is much simpler. It's just that Obi-Wan always had Anakin's back. If necessary, he took the blame on himself. That is, Obi-Wan, acting with the best of intentions, taught his padawan not to be responsible for his words and his actions.
What does Obi-Wan do when Anakin acts without his Master's consent, violates orders, violates the code, or lies? Obi-Wan gets upset and suffers. Sometimes he gets disappointed. And he constantly extinguishes his suspicions that something is wrong with Anakin globally. He forces himself to believe in the best in him, and over and over again gives him a chance to improve.
So that's the answer to a similar request.
While Anakin was a teenager, there was actually a special, overly condescending attitude towards him from the Jedi Order, and first of all from Obi-Wan. He was repeatedly forgiven for lying, disobeying orders and inappropriate behavior, and actions beyond the scope of the mission without the approval of the Master. He was constantly covered up by Obi-Wan, as he was very biased towards Anakin. Well, you know perfectly well how it ended.
Each time i try to read Jedi Quest, the one with little Anakin, I get so angry at how he gets treated. The council has such little empathy towards him. He is A CHILD and he was a SLAVE. I beg you to have some little empathy towards him and stop saying stupid shit about your dumb wizard stuff. If you had treated him a bit better and protected him from this weird ass politician none of this would have happened. It's a fucjing self fullfield prophesy.

Some thoughts on the book "Jedi Quest"
I just reread the first book "Jedi Quest: Path to Truth" after many years.
You can start counting Anakin's lies, as well as disobeying orders.
Now the facts.
Anakin lied to his Master twice and disobeyed a direct order twice.
He lied that he had independently assembled his lightsaber in the cave of Ilum. (In fact, the finished lightsaber was handed to him by Sith vision) He lied that he didn't know anything about the pirate Krayn. (Krayn raided slaves on Tatooine when Anakin was 7 years old. Since then, Anakin hated him and dreamed of destroying him) He disobeyed Obi-Wan's orders that they should immediately escape from the pirate ship, because Anakin wanted to free the local slaves here and find Krayn to destroy him. He ignored Obi-Wan's request not to kill Krayn, and Anakin, with a full sense of justice and rightness, killed him. It was more of an execution than self-defense.
Anyone who still remembers the «Jedi Apprentice» book series can imagine what Qui-Gon would have done to Obi-Wan for such behavior at the age of 13.
The irony is that Qui-Gon was quite tough and demanding towards Obi-Wan. And the result was a highly moral, noble Jedi. Obi-Wan was overly patient with Anakin. He turned a blind eye to his shortcomings, justified all his weaknesses and unworthy actions. And he suppressed all his suspicions about him inside himself. The result was Darth Vader.

Daddy Feri, part 11
My fanfic for @reconstructwriter and @la-sopa who inspired me to continue this long story, and for everyone who loves "Vader/Ferus" (later Anakin/Ferus)
Warnings: cruelty
Ferus tried to stay on the defensive. He understood that no matter how much he tried to counterattack, sooner or later the stormtroopers would overwhelm him with numbers. New armed groups were arriving to replace the fallen.
The Jedi knew that he was being trapped in order to capture him. They tried to crowd him from different sides, but he managed to block one of the passages.
If he had a lightsaber, he would have tried to break through the entire ranks of stormtroopers armed with blasters, but he only had a blaster.
The Jedi carried out the last counterattack especially fiercely, defending himself from the attackers, and shooting to kill in order to destroy the enemies as quickly and efficiently as possible. And the stormtrooper squads no longer broke into the blocked doors and temporarily retreated. Olin guessed that this small respite meant that they were gathering forces for a new, larger-scale attack.
Ferus was looking for an extra way to get out of here before he was attacked again or the room was filled with sleeping gas.
He intensely immersed himself in the Force to correctly identify the point from which a new attack was being prepared, but the Force was silent. There was silence in this part of the ship, and Ferus could only hear his own excessively loud breathing, as if all his pursuers had disappeared at once.
Or they were ordered to retreat…
Suddenly, in this silence, an signal sounded for the start of a holographic communication session.
Blue holographic static appeared behind Ferus, forming a full-length figure of Palpatine. Darth Sidious clapped his hands majestically as he surveyed the area around the Jedi. Every pop sound was disgustingly clear and booming, and it echoed in this high-ceilinged room.
Ferus turned to the hologram in horror. The Sith smiled at him kindly.
"Commendable cruelty." Palpatine said encouragingly, glancing at the scattered bodies of the stormtroopers and the destruction around them. "You've outdone yourself, my boy. Or would it be more correct for me to call you ‘Master Olin’?"
Ferus felt both anger and fear. He took a step back from the hologram of the Emperor.
"Oh, yes. I think you really deserve this title." Palpatine continued, ignoring the startled Jedi's not–so-friendly reaction.
Noticing the source broadcasting the holoprojection, Ferus raised his weapon hand to fire the blaster until he destroyed it.
"You shouldn't do that," Palpatine said softly and respectfully, "we've just started our little conversation. But I really want to talk to you personally, my noble Jedi."
The hologram flickered and the figure of Vader was added, and then, with a slight delay, the figure of Leia appeared between Palpatine and Vader.
Ferus stared at it in horror.
"Force… No! Not my daughter!"
He didn't want to believe it. But it was a merciless reality, not a nightmare. His Leia was there, next to the Emperor and Vader.
Understanding came to him swiftly and inevitably. So he was too late.
And Leia's figure was still flickering, just like any ordinary hologram. Next to the Sith, she seemed so tiny and defenseless.
Darth Vader watched intently as the confused Jedi staggered back and, unknowingly taking a few steps back, clumsily bumped his ass against one of the control panels. The Jedi's mouth opened slightly in despair. Vader, as usual, was enjoying the sight of his old rival realizing his own failure. Ferus Olin's defeat always caused him extremely pleasant emotions, even in his youth. But he only wanted to defeat him personally.
"I want to make you an amazing offer," Palpatine continued, "and if you don't like it, you can leave unhindered. I give you my word of honor that I will not pursue you, and I will not allow anyone else to do so." At these words, the Emperor only slightly pointed his gaze in the direction of his apprentice.
Vader remained almost motionless, except for a slight turn and tilt of his head towards the point where the Jedi was projected. During his imprisonment, Ferus had studied the bestial nature of this maniac well enough, and even in Vader's tiny gesture, he easily read the mute message addressed to him, "He can order anything, but I will still look for you all over the galaxy. And when you fall into my hands, you will regret everything very much."
"Out of my generosity and mercy, I will even give you a shuttle, and you will be free to go anywhere, but frankly, I think that my magnificent offer cannot be refused." Palpatine continued to smile gently at him.
Ferus knew that Evil was calling him into a trap. Into the unknown, monstrously insidious, but always with agony and death in the end. And he has already realized that he will fall into this trap himself, because he has no choice.
"I'm coming." He replied simply.
"Perfect!" Palpatine said with an enthusiastic gasp and a soft smile. It seemed that Ferus had just made him happy with his answer. The Emperor intertwined his long fingers in anticipation, "We are looking forward to seeing you. Your path is completely clear. Red flashing lights will show you the way, but hurry up, my good boy. You know perfectly well that we are not Jedi and we cannot remain patient for long."
Palpatine turned off the hologram. When the connection was broken, Vader felt a subtle pleasure spreading from Sidious. It seems his Master also enjoyed mocking the Jedi incredibly.
**
Ferus had loved scarlet since he was a teenager. The red hues always seemed so juicy, saturated and lively to him. Unfortunately, right now those damn red-flashing light dots on the doors were paving the way for him to his personal hell.
When the Jedi appeared in the hangar, Vader mustered all his patience to endure the Master's speeches filled with self-love and artistry. However, Vader admitted that all these qualities did not prevent Palpatine from remaining a genius, and implementing monstrously complex plans to strengthen the Empire's power. But Olin didn't know Palpatine at all, and he would undoubtedly make a lot of stupid mistakes when dealing with him.
Darth Vader got ready to watch this performance.
"Welcome, Master Olin! You can't imagine how glad I am that you are alive." Palpatine greeted the Jedi
"You can't imagine, but I can't say the same about you," Ferus said. He was unable to tolerate Sidious' hypocrisy.
"Oh, why be so rude, we just started talking." Sidious assured him heartily. "You have nothing to worry about, because I will keep my word. And you can leave right after you've listened to my suggestion."
Something tightened inside the Jedi. The experience of his hard life showed that as soon as a living being assures of his honesty, it means that he is hiding a deception somewhere. And when Ferus took one look at the baby and the Sith, he clearly understood that Palpatine would never let the girl go alive. Palpatine is not Vader, you can't bargain with him. People like him never let go of their victims.
Ferus abruptly moved forward towards them, but in this huge damn hangar, they were so far from the entrance that there was no way he could reach them in one jump.
"Don't move!" Vader ordered him. He activated his lightsaber, blocking the path ahead of Leia. And Ferus stopped. After such a threat, he no longer tried to take a step forward.
"Let Leia go!" The Jedi shouted desperately.
"Oh, my poor boy, how could you think..." Palpatine looked at him with deep sympathy, as if Olin was seriously ill.
"Don't involve her in this!" Ferus knew that the emperor was just making fun of him in a sophisticated way, but he still couldn't help himself.
"My dear Master Olin, don't you understand, she's already involved in this from the very beginning. Otherwise, we wouldn't be standing here talking to you right now, would we?"
"But she didn't do anything. She's just a kid!"
"What a selfless responsibility! You took on so much extra responsibility, my boy," Palpatine spoke so sympathetically, as if he knew in advance that there was only a very painful way for a seriously ill man to heal. "You have overcome a difficult path, and you deserve rewards. That's why I'm giving you my amnesty. But besides that, I am ready to give you power. You only need to say now that you are ready to accept this power, and I will immediately arrange everything for you. But there is one small problem..."
Vader saw Ferus immediately turn his full attention to Leia. This was another serious mistake in the conversation with Palpatine. Sidious has become too vain in recent years. He hated it when people didn't listen to him. Under other circumstances, the Jedi might have paid with his life just for that.
"And because of this little problem, you are completely unable to hear me right now, although this is a fateful moment for you, Master Olin. You don't hear that I'm offering you not just freedom, but also enormous power. But there is only one thing standing between you and the power right now. All you have to do now is get rid of this little problem with your own hands. It's the right thing to do. Do it quickly, and she won't have time to feel the pain." Sidious made an inviting gesture with his hand, pointing his palm at Leia.
Vader stared at the scene playing out in front of him. This stage went as he expected.
"But if you can't handle it, then I'll have to do it. And after that, I'll let you go if you're not interested in power. All this is just for your sake, to free you from this attachment."
Vader appreciated Sidious' simple and effective move. But Olin, of course, behaved like a fool. He tried to convince the emperor again.
"She's not your enemy. She's not a Jedi!" Ferus shouted.
He was still hoping for something. But Vader considered these persuasions pointless. Sidious will not spare the child. There was not a single child that he would have spared.
"Stupid boy!" Palpatine exclaimed irritably, "Are you worried about her at such a grand moment? At a time when I'm ready to give you a lot of power?"
And the emperor touched Leia's shoulder with his palm.
Vader already knew how Olin would react. He had studied his prisoner's character well enough and easily foresaw that the stupid idiot Olin, in desperation, would start shouting threateningly at the emperor. And this was the last gross and unforgivable mistake. However, all these mistakes didn't matter. Vader knew that Palpatine wasn't going to let Ferus' daughter live, no matter what.
"Get your rotten hands off her!" Olin shouted like a rabid animal.
The Emperor frowned.
"You're a young fool." He replied with regret and anger.
Palpatine slowly stretched his arms out in front of him. His bony fingers pointed at the Jedi's chest.
"But I'll help you get rid of this stupid attachment." And Sidious struck him with a bolt of lightning.
In the center of the huge, spacious hangar, Ferus became the perfect target. The lightning bolt swiftly reached the Jedi and his deafening scream pierced the hangar.
Leia watched as her dad fell to the floor. The second bolt of lightning reached him as he was already writhing on the floor. Leia's wild childish squeal filled the hangar.
"Shut her up!" Palpatine hissed.
"Shut your mouth or he'll die," Vader ordered her. But Leia continued to scream, so the Sith squeezed her larynx with a stranglehold. She couldn't scream anymore and only Olin's loud screams could be heard in the hangar. Vader held the girl tightly, completely controlling her, but the lightsaber still did not deactivated. Tears flowed from the little girl's eyes, which had become narrow as slits, and her face was distorted with pain. She collapsed to the floor without a word.
Palpatine was only amused by this moment. And with insane joy, he struck the Jedi with lightning again. The Jedi's incessant screams echoed in the hangar.
While Palpatine was torturing Olin with lightning strikes, Vader had no compassion for the Jedi. On the contrary, he believed that his old rival got what he deserved. But still, a sharp protest grew inside him. This man is his slave, not the Emperor's. Olin belongs only to him, and he alone in the entire galaxy had the right to torment him like that.
But Ferus only began to provoke the emperor's anger with his insubordination.,
And from the rage and rampage of the Dark Side, Sidious began to lose control of himself. Lightning now struck not only at the Jedi, but also spread around, causing damage to the ship. He could barely stop himself from taking a short break.
"Don't you realize that you haven't won anything?" You only condemned her to terrible pain just because of your affection. But you will still serve the Dark Side, or you will die senselessly, just like all the Jedi!
"No! Don't..." the Jedi just moaned on the floor.
"Accept the power of the Dark Side of the Force! All you have to do is give up this useless creature and allow yourself to use your anger and hatred."
The Emperor finally turned his attention to Leia. And Ferus sensed that threat.
"Don't... Leia!"
Sidious's face twisted into an ugly sneer. He let out an exultant yell and, with a mad smile, raised his arms above Leia to strike her with lightning bolts. Vader realized that this time Sidious would attack with lightning bolts, not stopping until he had fried her tiny childish body black.
Vader saw how a gigantic charge, deadly to Leia, had already begun to form on the emperor's fingers.
Palpatine's hideous grin reminded him of something, and suddenly Vader recognized himself in it.
It was that moment. A moment after which he had to act quickly. It was a moment of Sith triumph, turning into madness. A moment of exuberance and pleasure, when his focus narrowed to a single point. The desire to torment the Jedi until he gave up on his daughter completely captured Sidious. And when he wanted to brutally kill the child in order to break the Jedi, it consumed all his other feelings and Sidious let go of control of the situation. Vader himself had felt something similar many times when he was raping his enemy. He was losing himself from the incredible sensations of pleasure and his exultation at defeating his opponent.
Everything happened at the same time, Vader threw Leia far back and swung his lightsaber to attack. In the last moment of his life, Darth Sidious realized that his apprentice had betrayed him. He managed to see the red lightsaber rushing towards him, but he could no longer stop this fatal blow. And then he sent all his might into a lightning attack to destroy his killer and everyone who was nearby.
The wide swing of Vader's lightsaber cut off the Emperor's head and arms. But the lightning bolt had already escaped from Sidious's hands, and his death scream was drowned out by the multitude of other noises generated by the destruction of the Star Destroyer.
Vader realized too late that this lightning attack of colossal power would now hit him too.
Although it was obvious, he did not foresee that the old bastard would want to drag everyone on the ship to the grave with him, but first of all, of course, the traitor.
Vader was pierced by a terrible pain from a lightning strike and everything was lost in darkness.
