When we think of Percy we almost always picture him as the brave hero, leader of the camp, funny, kind, loyal, kinda awkward but still handsome, smart and strong guy.

I think it’s important to remember that at 12 Percy was the “loser” of his school, he had anxiety and dyslexia, he didn’t have friends except for Grover, and he was hyperactive. He felt weak, unwanted and useless. 

He is the perfect example that other people’s opinion does not define you. Thank you.
