Trans people can still be fired for coming out to their boss. Statics show that unemployment rates for trans people are 3 times higher than the United states general public. We need anti discrimination laws in order to protect trans worker's.

Reminder

Trans people deserve to be able to go to public restrooms according to their identity. Their gender is none of your business and Bathroom Bills make transitioned trans people use the wrong restroom.

Bathroom Bill's cause Trans people to have to use public restrooms with the gender on their birth certificate. These Bill's can cause Trans people to have gender dysphoria and can prevent many of them from using public restrooms in general. Though currently any building the receives federal funding must allow trans people to use restrooms that align with their gender identity. Including schools.
