Menstrual health is often discussed as though it exists within the confines of a binary world: women, periods, and the inevitable cycle that follows. But for many queer and trans people, menstruation isn’t so simple. Whether it's the complexity of gender identity, trauma, or societal invisibility, the experience of menstruation in the LGBTQ+ community is often left out of the conversation.

How To Deal With Anxiety Disorder.
Having anxiety is a normal thing especially when you are in your work setting or when you are required to make an important decision or when you have a school test. But when we talk of anxiety disorder we talk of nervousness and fear that goes beyond the normal.
Persons with anxiety have difficulty getting through their day-to-day lives. When the condition kicks in one may experience uneasiness, sweating, rapid heartbeats, panic, and fear. Anxiety makes people respond to situations around them mostly with fear, they also overreact to situations once their emotions are triggered and also it’s so difficult for them to control their responses to crises.
With anxiety being the most common mental health condition there is hope that it’s treatable and manageable. Certain steps can be taken by the patient to ensure that the anxiety is managed or controlled. Several steps could be taken to help cope with anxiety disorder:
Find a safe space:  This could be in form of support groups or person-to-person conversations. These talks encourage persons with anxiety to share their struggles and ways they are using to manage the condition.
Find ways to manage stress: People with anxiety disorder should try and learn different habits through which stressful moments are avoided. One can learn to meditate through the process of stress management.
Speak to your caregiver: A healthcare provider will help you with the best diagnosis and the best treatment plan. The healthcare provider will help you figure things out if the medication is working or not. Once you identify whether it’s working or not together you can figure out how to handle your anxiety.
In conclusion, an anxiety disorder can be treated in various ways the only thing needed is for the person to be willing to be helped through the journey.

“Please be patient with me. Sometimes when I’m quiet it’s because I need to figure myself out. It’s not because I don’t want to talk. Sometimes there are no words for my thoughts.”

Literally without any doubt this is the hardest part of my life. I am sure i ain't alone in this journey and for some reasons i believe 30% of world's population is made of us.
Did you know that we can either be morning persons, Chronotypes or evening persons? Many people out here struggle with becoming the type of person the world's embrace or the society speak highly of.
Despite the facts presented about the comparison on the average hours a person functions well, i can't comprehend how much more can be done to improve one's cycle of timings. Night owls understand me better, like how do I start crawling out of the bed and prepare myself for the day?
Life is really a long time to wonder how you can make the world happy at the expense of your own misery. I say let the night owls do them as long as productivity is displayed.
The 30% people who are invested in being evening persons function well at the late peaks of the day. We at our highest levels at around 10pm and beyond.
My predicament is are we wrong in being our own self because definitely the world praises the morning person's and shadow's the evening persons?
