This blog is to keep track and keep me motivated to try to better myself. I want to look in the mirror and be happy with my body, and myself. I want to be able to not worry about wearing certain clothes or what i look like in a swim suit. Friday March 29th, 2013
Good morning lovelies,
I was supposed to go work out this morning at 5am and do an hour of cardio with my mom. She's lazy after last night's workout. I mean don't get me wrong I'm tired and sore but we said Dad's birthday.. and I know she's getting discouraged. 
Breakfast: Right now I am eating away at a Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sammich on whole wheat and I will have a strawberry low fat yogurt on the side. Don't forget the Orange Juice. NOM NOM NOM. 
Paw paw is tempting me with Bacon. But I really don't wanna eat it. So I'm staying strong!!

Friday March 28th, 2013
Okay I really need to keep up with this. 
Even if it's just a short list of my work out and then keeping up with my food intake... I will be a happy woman. 
Workout:
Ran/jog two miles for a warm up 
alternating 4 sets of 10 lunges and 10 boobie twists
alternating 4 sets of 5 bent/straight leg lifts and 10 curls on each arm
almost dying from the bent straight leg lifts :(
two different arm machines 30lbs alternating 10 on the arm one (names to come) and 15 on the back one (I have weak arms) 
10 side side middle crunches alternating with 10 lower ab (set of 4)
i did 20 more side side middle crunches
20 legs up normal crunches alternating with these weird hold things my mom does to loosen up (i like them)
25 (30lbs) of the inner thigh machine alternating with 8 flys, 8 twists and 8 reaches (3 sets)
I wanted to do more cardio but it was too late. 
  I really don't want to remember what I ate.

Saturday, March 9th 2013
Went to the gym today!!!(: I'm so happy right now! Walk/ jogged three miles. I feel so good about life. I was jamming out to Kesha and singing! It feels good to get up early and do something! Perfect way to start my early Saturday! Instead of peeling myself out of bed at 8 feeling not very rested and icky get up early and work out!!

Workout:
Today's workout was way way way way better than the other day's. Still not to the point I want to be.. But I need to take it easy on myself and realize that I am not in shape yet. I am still new to working out again, I need to pace myself and not push myself too far.
basic stretching for a few mins
walk/jog/ran a mile! WOO. 
10 Grande plie squats 
10 lunges
20 crunches (right, middle, left, middle =1)
20 butt lift things
10 donkey kicks on each leg
10 Grande plie squats
10 lunges
walk/jog/ran for another mile! WOOOOO.
10 Grande Plie Squats
20 crunches (normal)
30 love handle twist things
20 butt lift things
10 Grande Plie squats
stretch for a while to cool down!!
Still geting into the swing of things, I really need to start doing some arm stuff. Even if its just holding a plank for a min every set or something. 
Food Intake:
Special K with Silk and banana slices
Slim Fast
Brown and wild rice with steamed veggies and a 100 cal pack of almonds and walnuts. 
WATER.

November 29th, 2012
Workout:
So today was very long. I am really sad I wasnt able to work-out today. But I should be allowed a rest day I guess, so it's all good. Tomorrow I will have as long as I want between 3 and 11 to work out because Caleb will be at work. Boo. But this gives me time to work on everything I need to. 
Food Intake:
Today I was super excited to try out my new healthy diet! But it didn't go as well as hoped.. I realized how awful ive been eating - how much ive been eating. 
Breakfast- Slim Fast
By the time I was hungry again I ate some carrot sticks and some Nutella on whole wheat Ritz
Then I ate some Special K with Silk 
When I got out of band Caleb got me some Sonic, A grilled chicken sanwhich on whole wheat special bread with cheese on it and then tatertots and Powerade.
Water intake- 10 cups
All in all it was a pretty good day. Other than the fact that I feel like some people arent supporting me.. But Whatever. Tomorrow I will be back on schedule with workout!

November 28th, 2012
My workout yesterday sucked balls. I didn't have the time I wanted but I got some stuff done. It made me really sad because my workout the day before was really really nice. I was able to just really get into it and afterwards I felt really energized and ready to take on the world. It's what really really inspired me to go on this health kick. So the fact that yesterdays workout wasn't good it made me sad. But alas, they wont all rock.
Here's what I was able to accomplish:
A pretty decent stretch not as thorough as I would of hoped but since I knew going in I was just really there to get in the habit and I really only had time for a jog/run I hurried through it.
A walk/jog/run for a mile. I am insanely out of shape so hopefully one day this will turn into just a jog warm up then run but until then this will stay like it is. The incline was at 2.5. Because I like incline. haha
When I realized I hit the mile goal I had set for the day I decided to do a little bit of floor work. It's not as much as usual but I wanted to keep up with my legs/butt/thighs. 
Stretch a bit more
5 grande plie squats (the ballerina in me)
10 lunges
20 crunches (left, middle, right middle = 1)
20 more grande plie squats
10 more lunges
20 butt lift things (will eventually find name, found it on pinterest) 
cooling down stretch
Was not the crazy amazing workout I was looking for, but on the bright side  my main goal right now is building habit, and getting there and doing SOMETHING. I just want to keep going everyday and get myself in the habit so I can eventually get into a hardcore workout and make the time it needs. 
On another note, I got a little bit of healthy food yesterday to start me off. most of this is snack food because i need to replace bad ones with somewhat good ones.
Special K cereal (I got the protein one)
Silk (original flavor, they had a 30 cal vs. the 60 cal I got.. but unsweetened did not sound appetizing and lets face it if its not good i wont eat it!)
Almond and Cashew 100 calorie packs (because i love love nuts)
I got some Slim-fast drinks (well, I got the walmart one because the flavor I wanted that doesn't take like poop other people must agree because it was all gone)
fat free cream cheese
whole wheat Ritz 
Apples to make apple chips! 
bananas to freeze and make peanut butter/Nutella yummies
Not a lot but its a start! I am hoping to learn to cook by making more healthy dinners for myself and possibly my boyfriend if he wants to eat it. 
I had asked him to eat healthy with me, but hes really not into it so I don't want to force him. I know he supports me so I hope that will be enough. This is going to be a very hard journey for me because I love food. But I want to do everything I can to help myself in reaching my goal. Anyways, this was the post for yesterday. I hope to get to the gym when I get to Caleb's and at least run. 
PS. I know this is getting to be a really long post but I hope to not be this chatty everytime haha. Yesterday my mom came to me and told me that our gym memberships might be getting renewed which is awesome because I loved my gym. Plus I can go to any location! Which means when I'm here at my gmas I can go with my mom and When I'm at Caleb's Hopefully there will be a location close enough and be able to go when I'm there as well. *crossing fingers*
