Orki actually make great wizards, their collective hivemind literally thrives on makebelieve and makes a bunch of orks (bunch being their preferred term for when multiple orki are togheter) a far more impressive magical challenge for anyone, bending reality's rules by merely staying togheter. If to this you add formal training in magical arts (to which they show the same potential of most species) they become immediately one of the most magic inclined species to encounter.
