Milk: I've used almond milk in this smoothie, but you can use dairy, soy, oat, or any other type of milk. You can also use yogurt in place of milk.

Ooh, one of my favourite dinners.
Salmon, avocado (not had any in quite a while!), cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli with sea salt and black pepper.
Juice squeezed from my half orange earlier with apple cider vinegar and soda water.
I've thoroughly enjoyed my food today.
