LASSI/CAKEY LASSI, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭? 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞!! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Delicious, mouthwatering lassi!! ⁣⁣ Sweetness of sugar, sourness of dahi & smoothie texture!! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Recipe begins---⁣⁣ Dahi - 1cup⁣⁣ Sugar - 2tbsp⁣⁣ Cake crumbs - 2tbsp(some extra to garnish) ⁣⁣ Vanilla extract - few drops⁣⁣ Milk - 3-4tbsp(can skip) ⁣⁣ Ice cubes⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Simply, ⁣⁣ 1. Take the mixer jar. ⁣⁣ 2. Add all the ingredients one by one. ⁣⁣ 3. Save some crumbles for garnishing. 4. Blend the mixture well. ⁣⁣ 5. Lastly add the icecubes. ⁣⁣Garnish with cake crumbles. 6. || SAGO PARATHA || Made easily with simple ingredients.. ⏬ . . Sago - 1 cup Onion - 2pc (chopped) Green chillies - 2-3 Coriander leaves - to garnish Cumin seeds - 1tbsp Oil - 2tbsp Salt to taste . . . 🆙 🆗 Begin with... ... 1. Firstly wash the sago & leave some water & cover it. 2. Take a pan add oil, then cumin, then chillies & ginger. Saute it for few mins. 3. Add onion fry it till brown. 4. Now add coriander. Let it cool Mixing Process------- When the mixture is little warm then add the sago to the mixture.!! . . . . . Kneading the Dough!! Maida - 2cups Ajwain - 2tsp Salt - to taste Oil - 2 tbsp . . 1. Mix all the ingredients in maida & knead to a soft dough. Now stuff the filling inside & roll to paratha. 2. Put it on tawa & add oil. 3. Toast it to brown.. Happy eating!! || JAPANESE NOODLES || Japanese style ramen Tofu/paneer - 2 slices Spinach - 15-20 leaves Top ramen 2pc Ginger - 4-5 slices Spring onion - 6-7 pc 1. Take 600ml water in a pan and add the chopped veggies to it and give a mix. 2. Now let it boil for a min and stir it. 3. Add some salt & pepper to it and let it boil for 2-3 mins. 4. Turn off the flame. 5. Add the noodles and add the masala available with the packet, cover it for a min. 6. And ready to serve!! . . . Quarantine days .
