Well it was a Quad Day 😌 - instead of a regularly scheduled Back session.... I always deliberated over the phrase, “shameless selfie”. What does it mean to be shameless? Some people may call this photo Scandalous, Provocative, Uncalled for, Craving for attention, flirtatious, Skanky, Soft Porn, Slutty, oh Lord, the list can go on! To tell the truth, I wish to Petray none of the above mentioned! Here’s the thing, I am midway through a prep journey for my very first figure competition. I have been dieting, busting my ass in the gym over time, enduring mental and physical challenges I did not foresee.
