Forward Steps Note #14 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily14possibility.html Have you ever wondered at the true power of your thoughts and emotions? How do you need to think differently, to create the life that you desire? End each day in celebration. Celebrate every personal victory. Doesn't matter if it is big or if it's small. It is best never to focus on what did not get accomplished. Quit berating yourself for what wasn’t done today. You’ll begin feeling much more successful. Take on board this powerful habit, of regularly noticing what IS getting done. Remember that, whatever you focus on WILL expand. Taking on board this mindset as a regular habit, you will also get much more done the next day! Success breeds success. Forward Steps Note #16 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily16destiny.html “There are those of us who are always about to live. We are waiting until things change, until there is more time, until we are less tired, until we get a promotion, until we settle down - until, until, until. It always seems as if there is some major event that must occur in our lives before we begin living.” -George Sheehan Video hosted at YouTube: http://youtu.be/eNNpte6QdoI

Forward Steps Note #10 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily10forward.html Listen, listen, listen and then...listen some more. Hearing is not the same thing as listening. Listening means using all of the senses that you have available to you and shutting off your own chatter. Mostly when we listen to others we “chatter” opinions or judgments about what’s being said or we’re devising what it is that we’re going to say next. Could you truly listen and “be with” the other person when they speak? Video hosted at YouTube: http://youtu.be/Hnk950xhoMA

Forward Steps Note #18 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/Forwar... “The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into our mind, but how to get the old ones out. Forward Steps Note #8 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily8commit.html Write yourself a list of 100 accomplishments, things for which you can acknowledge yourself. You may begin struggling at a much lower number than that, however, persist. This exercise is well worth it and gives a real buzz. In our busy lives, we forget who we truly are. Get back in touch with your magnificence today. More inspiration at www.forwardstepsblog.com Video hosted at YouTube: http://youtu.be/IwKnKrnFXzw

Forward Steps Note #6 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily6success.html Before sleep each evening, write a minimum of one action for each focus area of your life - then, next day - take those actions. You will be amazed at how much your subconscious takes care of overnight, that these intended actions seem to just flow and almost finish themselves next day with barely an obstacle! Forward Steps Note #7 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily7power.html "What this power is, I cannot say. All I know is that it exists... and it becomes available only when you are in that state of mind in which you know exactly what you want... and are fully determined not to quit until you get it." -Alexander Graham Bell More inspiration at www.forwardstepsblog.com Video hosted at YouTube: http://youtu.be/gBbJH5PRs1Q

Forward Steps Note #9 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily9positive.html "View life as a series of movie frames, the ending and meaning may not be apparent until the very end of the movie, and yet, each of the hundreds of individual frames has meaning within the context of the whole movie. View your life from your funeral, looking back at your life experiences, what have you accomplished? What would you have wanted to accomplish but didn’t? What were the happy moments? What were the sad? What would you do again, and what you wouldn’t?" -Victor Frankl More inspiration at www.forwardstepsblog.com Video hosted at YouTube: http://youtu.be/JQATf_KGbPo

Forward Steps Note #5 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily5wealth.html Move towards your desired lifestyle one new habit at a time. Consider how you got where you are today. In that same way, you can get to where you want to be. The time-line is up to you. However, poor habits cannot be tossed out. They must be coaxed down stairs, one step at a time! Forward Steps Note #4 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily4choices.html Enjoy this short tale about self worth. I do not know if the story is true, however it is a great parable about valuing your time and skills. The story goes that Picasso was sitting at a cafe enjoying the summer morning sun, when a lady came up to him and asked him to sketch a portrait of her. "Oui Madam", he replied, reaching for his drawing book. Within a matter of minutes he had finished the rendition of his subject, and turning the page to show her, scribbled his price for the portrait on a napkin. She exploded! "You must be crazy, asking that much! It took you 3 minutes to draw my portrait!" "Yes Madam" Picasso replied in a slow drawl, "but it took me 40 years to learn how". Forward Steps Note #108 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily108confident.html Do you have a problem to solve? Write to an imaginary "guru" who knows all answers to all questions. Mail that letter by snail-mail to your own address. Pretend to be this "guru/expert" and reply to your letter. Snail-mail that reply too, to its sender... You! Consider and act on the wisdom "your guru" returned. Video hosted at http://youtu.be/M3DuUERwx7c

Forward Steps Note #2 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily2feeling.html An old man said to his grandson, "Boy, I have two tigers caged within me. One is love and compassion. The other is fear and anger." The young boy asked, "Which one will win, grandfather?" The old man replied, "The one I feed." Video hosted at http://youtu.be/DqXwu81YpPY

Forward Steps Note #1 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily1.html Write down your dreams and write each to yourself in the future. Put your dreams in dated envelopes. You can open your dream envelopes on the dates that you wrote on the envelopes. Compare the life you live with your dreams and see how far you've come. What action do you see is next for you? Forward Steps Note #11 http://www.forwardsteps.com.au/ForwardStepsDaily11thought.html Feel great and step out to make a difference globally, today! The flap of a butterfly's wings in Brazil could set off a storm in Texas. Isn't that an amazing statement? The "Butterfly Effect" theory suggests that the power released by a butterfly's wings can amplify over time to eventually affect weather patterns thousands of miles away. Now imagine the impact of 4 million butterflies. Video hosted at http://youtu.be/qI3-v6bDnIc
