joint issues really getting to me today. i havent been able to exercise properly in about a year. i miss it so, so bad. every joint in my body is now messed up in some way. it started last august with my hips, then my knee, then my shoulders, now my wrists and elbows and ankles too. i feel trapped, i feel like i cant do what i love. it hurts so bad, i have the drive to exercise but my body cant keep up with it. it hurts in every way.
