This #shopping #bag isn't new, but, I didn't like the #handles, so I cut them off! ✂. The mess in the 1st picture, is the unsuccessful result of last nights attempt! * * Instead of #crocheting the handles into the bag, I made 2 separate #straps, then, #sewed them on. Much happier, now! The bag stretches the more hings ate put in it. My #yoga mat fits in 🤗 * * I used a 4 & 5mm #SoftGrip #hook by @knitproeu & left over 4ply #organic #cotton #yarns, holding 2 strands together to #make the bag. This could be A good weekend or #BankHoliday #project! Go through your yarn #stash! Update. 3rd April I started to make a baby throw, but I changed my mind & #Helen said it was a 'lockdown' #throw! I finished it last night, so the first few #pictures are a bit dark, but it's all good. * * I used 2 #strands of #organic 4 ply #cotton #yarns held together in #beige & #cream. It measures 60x50 inches & no idea how heavy it is. It won't fit on my kitchen scales 🤣 * * The #pattern is the #CornerToCorner throw, which is a #free pattern #download. I used a 5mm #crochet #hook. * * Fancy making your own? You can use any colour(s) you want. These are #discontinued, but you can use any DK yarns or hold 2 strands of 4 ply together.
