for most of us, winter has officially came over a week ago. it's a beautiful season with tons of reasons that could possibly cause sort of a glow down for us, so if you want to know how to keep your sparkle then keep reading.
get a tan. its not pretty to be pale. of course, it has its own little aesthetic, but most of the time you just look like a lifeless corpse. being tanned makes you look actually alive, but also dont overdo it. you have to find the right shade for yourself, as soon as you do so you will be unstoppable.
moisturize.moisturize.moisturize. i cannot repeat this enough, moisturizing is super important especially in the cold winter time. your pretty face will get all dry because of the weather and thats not the best look on you, is it? do not leave out your lips either, unless of course if youre satisfied with those chapped cardboards you have going on there...
start working out now. you will not get that summer body that you wanted since you were 10 on the 31th of May, start exercising more and eat healthier now so you will see mesmerizing results by summer. also, a healthy lifestyle is not just a change of your body but a change of your whole mindset. respect yourself enough to not to eat junk 24/7 and dont just rot in your bed all day.
drink a lot. its easy to drink up to 3 litres of water every day during summer, because you get thirsty way quicker but people tend to forget about hydrating themselves once the weather is not boiling your brain out. dark circles are not hot or normal. your face's normal state would be a completely clear skin. just because something is common, does not mean it is normal.
