Been losing SUPER slowly the past few weeks, and struggling a lot with hormonal issues. Still excited that I'm currently 153.8, which is a new low since getting married in 2013.
We're scheduled to take a diet break from tomorrow to Nov 30th. Goal is to actually maintain my fucking weight instead of gaining. I think FitBit is not accurate in telling me to eat 1800 to maintain. Gonna aim for 1400.

Back on the PSMF train. I planned out a few more rounds and if I follow the plan I’ll be 120 by March 15th. That’s kind of awesome to know. :)

Bleh, struggling today with food. Ate around 1,000 calories :(
Tomorrow I’m supposed to do a carb refeed. I’m honestly a little nervous but it’ll give me the energy and blood sugar to do a kickboxing. Hopefully I’ll still have a significant deficit :)

I’m also in love with a new low cal snack - an ENTIRE BOX of baby bella mushrooms chopped up, and then stir fried (use a little cooking spray) with soy sauce and Dash’s Asian seasoning blend. omnomnom. Super satisfying and 70 calories.

I was so mad trying to find clothes this morning because I thought the drier had killed the elastic in all of my shirts but then my husband reminded me I’m short and have lost 13lbs in the past few weeks so it’s not the clothes’ fault. Yey :)

158.4 - it’s going a little slower than I wanted to but hey, I’ve still made progress. No way I’ll hit 140 for Halloween, it’s just not going to happen. Oh well. I’ll still be skinnier :)

weighed in at 162.7 this morning! Yep, that’s a full 7 lbs water shift in like 12 hours. and yes, I got up to pee a lot during the night lol. 
So glad to be back on PSMF! I’m excited to see the 150s again, and will be over the moon when I get into the 140s.

Guys I'm almost a week into the diet break and holy god I binged today. Like almost 3000 calories before 4pm. I feel so gross :(
Gotta finish working but then going to go for a run. After that I have to move a buuuuunch of stuff to the basement because we're having work done on the house. Hoping I come out even at around 1800 net for the day so I at least don't gain.
Control is hard, yo. Aiming to be better when vacation starts tomorrow night! I think having people around me for every meal will really help - working from home means no one can judge me for housing a bag of Tostitos x_x
I did way exceed my protein goal so at least I have that going for me....

162.8 this morning, day 5 of my diet break after getting down to 160.8. Pretty good in my opinion! 
My goal in this phase is to put on a smidge of muscle (or at least secure what I do already have) and get my metabolism burning as much as possible. Went to kickboxing this morning, and keeping protein up.
