Portraits from my TTRPG campaign (Part 5) (2025)

Pete or "Sneaky Pete" (most likely not his real name), a shifty, but dopey delivery man. He seems to be one of the few people able to leave the apartment complex. Management doesn't like him mingling with the tenants.

Edward Tully has the veneer of a friendly neighbor, but there is something off about him. He seems to know Gwendolyn and follows her around.

Citia Propast, Grigor's former sous-chef. She also ended up in the complex, but their memories seem to be at odds.

David Snoover, a self-satisfied hedgefund manager, staying in the apartment complex, because of "bullshit legal complications". The PCs befriended him despite his constant smugness.

Glistener's Guide to New Phyrexia: Preview Edition is now LIVE!

The 43-page Preview includes:

New playable species including the 5 Mirran humans, Viridian elves, myr, and core-born Phyrexians

A modular Phyrexian modification system

Core rules for phyresis, compleation, and ichor magic (also known as "Phyrexian mana")

New feats, spells, and magic items inspired by the iconic mechanics and cards of Mirrodin/New Phyrexia

30+ monster and NPC stat blocks, largely concentrated at lower tiers of play, plus some named legendary hard-hitters

The goal of this preview is to allow for simple games to be run in the world of Mirrodin/New Phyrexia, introducing tables to core mechanics and gaining playtest data as I work toward releasing the full-length supplement. (Consider this its "Unearthed Arcana" stage of development.) I look forward to hearing your feedback and gameplay stories, and hope you enjoy bringing this setting to life as much as I have!

The Kesselmaiers are a well-off couple, meddling in the PC's affairs. Sometimes they talk about their kids, which do not seem to live with them in the apartment complex.

Désirée is a wealthy heiress, who has fun investigating with the PCs. Something is off about her behaviour though.

Some management representatives clad in pink suits, whose faces the PCs can never recall. They all claim to be named Tom.

Wanted to make my own interpretation of Hastur’s appearance. Couldn’t decide if I wanted him look like a melted candle or to be made of wings, but then I thought “he is a god that exists in dreamlands, why would I choose only one option or use logic of material plane at all?”

And then i started to scribble without any glimpse of a thought in my head, so it could look more dream-like, and so… here we are
