I was keen to try this newly opened joint especially as it's in my local. For a joint that's opened only in the last month, it is pretty impressive that the place is buzzing. Belles is known for their HOT chicken tenders but I was told by a friend that I must try Belle's Fish Tenders. I ordered the Fish Tenders with roasted yam salad as I have not tried roasted yam salad before. With the sauces, you can choose 6 levels of hotness. I decided to go for the middle, level 3 called the HOT sauce. Luckily I went for that and not hotter as that was way too hot for me already. I think I may try to go a little milder next time. I really liked both the fish tenders and the yam salad. I will definitely order it again but may try their mac and cheese the next time. Each time I walked past this place, they always had many people lining up, so it made me curious. Then some weeks ago, I came across this article written by concrete playground and then it was mentioned by my sister last week that they are loving this place in Melbourne right now called Malabang. That was it! I had to try it for myself. The soup was so good! You can get easily carried away with filling up your bowl with many toppings.
