直球ど真ん中勝負の煎茶急須🍵 逃げては通れない急須道。 300ccと170ccの2サイズ作りました。 6秒で注ぎ切るを目標に水の流れを意識し、 水の流れが良いのにやぼったくない注ぎ口を目指しました。 煎茶急須は日本で独自に進化し、世に出回る量産された急須は正直全て最高傑作。 あえてそこに挑んだら心地よい急須が出来ました。 背を低く、蓋は大きく、茶漉し大きく、蓋の穴を隠す、原土のテクスチャーを残す。 全て目標達成したけれど、、 、、 半分切れてしまって課題は残る。 手捻り茶壺は急いで乾かして全滅💀 原土の朱泥土は煎茶を美味しくする効果があるけれど超ナイーブ、繊細な子です。。　 これは失敗というか、朱泥土の声。 次はしっかり仕上げてあげるからな、すまんかったな。 #急須 #煎茶 #緑茶 #朱泥 #japanesetea https://www.instagram.com/p/CdfGo_UPENz/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

【丗 SOU-Letter】 Vol.59/ 令和六年四月  梅に桜に菜の花に、うららかな春見頃。 新年度が始まりました。

ふんわり... 期待に胸を弾ませた花の蕾がひらく 咲花音が聞こえてきます。

日本の４月といえば、お花見。 全国には沢山のお花見スポットがありますが、 今月は東京の桜の名所『新宿御苑』をご紹介します。

私たちの事務所から歩いて7分程にある 新宿御苑では、観桜会として皇室行事が 明治時代から続いています。 庭園には、ソメイヨシノやヨウコウ、カンザン、 新宿御苑の代表品種であるイチヨウ等、 約65種1100本の桜が咲き誇り、 圧巻の桜景色に、多くの人の胸が高鳴ります。

また、園内にある楽羽亭のあかふじ茶室では、 桜を鑑賞しながらお抹茶を一服でき 優雅な時間を過ごすことができます。

毎年3月25日～4月24日は「春の特別開園」が 開催しているようなので、 春を愉しみにお出掛けしてみてはいかがでしょうか。 （※花見時期は事前予約制）
