Summary -when y/n and her boyfriend chris have a falling out they are made to sleep in the same bed with tension in the air things take a turn .

‘shit where am I going to sleep tonight’ I think to myself.I guess sofa it is .I make my way to the cupboard that should have spare blankets and pillows for when the boys have guests staying only to find it to be empty.I walk towards Chris’s room with my head hung low as I go to see if I can use a blanket .I knock on the door “come in” Chris shouts unaware that its me that is on the other side of the door.I open the door snd walk in he rolls his eyes as soon as he seen its me who disturbed him.

“what do you want?” he asks me his attention going straight back to the show he is watching.”i was wondering if you have a spare blanket for me on the sofa” I respond,my choice of words clearly affecting him as he turns his attention to me .”sofa?” he asks ,”yeah i figured you wouldnt want me to sleep in bed with you since i supposedly cheat on you” I say to him my tone flat still annoyance clear in it .He rolls his eyes again “shut up go get some pjs on and get into bed”he says as his eyes turn back to the TV.

I stand still my brain try to fathom the words that fell out of Chris's mouth.When he gives me a quick side eye I take that as a notice to go and change my clothes before he changes his mind .I brush my teeth after changing into one of Chris's old shirts he let me have months ago that still smells like him .I hold the collar to my nose and take a smell of it as my eyes well up with more tears when I think to myself that this smell of his shirt is as close as I can possibly get to a hug from Chris tonight .I open the door and walk towards his room as I let myself in to see a topless Chris already laying unders his covers, with it being slightly pulled back on the other side of the bed welcoming me in .Chris hears me walk in the room but his eyes don't come away the TV as I walk towards the open side of the bed .I get into bed and pull the covers trying to relax myself although my body feeling as tense as the atmosphere.

I choose the second option and roll over and close my eyes in attempt to sleep .After 15 minutes of trying and failing to sleep I listen to Chris's breathing,I've slept next to him so many times I know when he's asleep or not.Im not the only one who has failed to fall asleep yet as Chris breathing is quick , I know he's awake too .I think if rolling over and just confronting him but I can't bring myself for another argument and more crying .I brought out of my indecisive thoughts by Chris "y/n I know you're awake" at this point i take it to roll over to find myself face to face with him with only inches separating us ."I know you would never cheat on me" Chris continues as he reaches his hand up my cheek and brushes a piece of my hair out of the way ." Hey guys so I always want to be very open on here and if I have times when I'm not going to be very active I want to explain my reasons why .Now as you all know I've got 3 nieces who are my world but I also have a nephew who is nearly 3 now the elephant in the room he's still born so every year near his birthday I get abit emotional and I suffer with anxiety and depression so around his special day everything tends to be more intense emotionally and since my new story involves a pregnancy and baby it's just a very sensitive topic at the moment therefore I can't say when my next story will be out but it's in the making hope you can all understand.
