End PT) Transplural - An umbrella term for folks who feel that their plurality is connected to being transgender, or that their plurality affects their gender identity, and vice versa. This includes: -Being transgender because of being plural. -Being a transgender headmate in a cisgender body, and vise versa (similar to Azlian and Eclian) -Being a headmade with a different gender identity to other system members (similar to Levian) -Being both trans and cisgender because of plurality. -Being Plurine -Being Systemfluid, -And so much more! This term is exclusive to systems and otherwise plural individuals (it's okay to use if you're questioning!). In addition, this term can be used by both traumagenic systems and non-traumagenic systems. PRATs do not interact. This is not for you. Anti-Endos/Anti-Nontraumagenics also do not interact. I can't stop you from using this term, but I am not comfortable with you directly interacting. Please respect my boundaries.

Here’s some positivity for systems without hosts!

Not every system has a host, or even benefits from using roles at all! It’s okay to not have a host in your system - you’re still just as real and special to the community! This post is for all the hostless systems out there!

💖 Shoutout to systems who used to have a host, but don’t anymore for any reason!

🌈 Shoutout to systems who have always handled tasks equally without a “main fronter!”

🍀 Shoutout to systems with fronting groups that change or rotate periodically!

🔆 Shoutout to systems made up of members who all front fairly regularly!

💕 Shoutout to covert hostless systems, or systems with a singletsona that system members slip into occasionally!

💐 Shoutout to systems who prefer for their system to not have a host and love the way their system functions!

🌙 Shoutout to systems who are struggling without a host and wish they could have a host or a main fronter!

💗 Shoutout to systems who do have a headmate who fronts more than the rest, but who don’t use or benefit from system member roles!

🌿 Shoutout to systems who worry they’re not a real system or not as valid as other systems due to not having a host!

⭐️ Shoutout to systems who often feel left out of system spaces and discussions that assume every system has a host!

Having host is not necessary in order to be a system. In fact, the only requirement for plurality is being multiple, or more than one! It’s okay to not have a host and to not want one! Regardless of how your system functions, you are important, unique, and an integral part of the plural community just the way you are.

Please don’t be too hard on yourself or your system if you don’t have a host! Know that your system is special and you will always be welcome in plural spaces with or without a host. Singlets Just Won't Get It

It's hard for me to understand singlets don't get to experience the joy of talking to another alter for a solid 20 minutes, getting to know their interests, get to hear some of their own writing that no one else in the system can do because no one else is that talented, and help them resolve relationships with other alters in the system. It's just a feeling of pure joy, and it's peaceful, and I love learning more about our system

Here's to autistic systems that get overwhelmed easily by their headmates!

Shoutout to autistic plurals who:

Get overwhelmed by crowded fronts

Can't handle when there's a constant stream of thoughts from other people in the system

Find themselves getting overwhelmed from hosting in general

Have autistic meltdowns sometimes from plurality related stress

Etc.

You're not a bad person for not being able to handle certain things, you're allowed to ask for a break! In fact, let me ask you this question: have you been fronting for 3 or more days, without other circumstances (like being frontstuck)? If you said "yes", please try to take some rest soon. Everyone needs to take a moment to look after themselves, but self-care is especially crucial for autistics who get overstimulated easily.
