you and jungwon walked into the dark and cold house like zombies, exhausted from the long night of fun spent with the rest of the boys. the both of you were a mix between a mess of unwarranted giggles and long, tired yawns.

the rest of the guys had gone upstairs, too tired to sit around and talk about the previous adventures all of you had been on. but you had come to the sudden realization that neither you or jungwon had eaten while out earlier.

“oh my gosh, jungwon,” you slurred most of your words. thankfully he was fluent in ‘sleepy y/n’.

“hm?” the boy responded with closed eyes.

“did we eat today? or am i just really out of it...” he popped up at the mention of food, his stomach letting out a loud groan shortly after. well, i guess that answered your question.

you shared knowing looks and quickly jumped up from your seats, running to the kitchen. “sunghoon never keeps food in this house, we’ll starve,” jungwon whined while dragging his hands down his face.

“WAIT! his mom came by the other day, i think he said there was leftover spaghetti,” you rushed over to the fridge. “ta-da!!” you wasted no time ripping the lid off the container and sticking it into the “little heat machine” as a tired jungwon liked to call it.

the two of you stared at the microwave, who knew 1 minute and 30 seconds took so long? you guys decided to play rock paper scissors in an effort to stay awake drown out your impatience.

“IT’S DONE,” jungwon grabbed the container out of the microwave, sprinting to the counter. both because it was hot and because you two were desperate to have some food in your bellies. you brought the forks over and quickly dug in, wasting no time.

it had been about 5 minutes since you started on the very, very good spaghetti. you guys kept at your pace, not even realizing how crazy you looked. you were so invested that you hadn’t noticed that you and jungwon were chomping on the same noodle, working your faces closer to each other. it seems that he didn’t notice at first either, his cheeks getting slightly pink once he looks up and sees the closeness of your faces.

the two of you just stayed there for a second, admiring the kiddish smiles on the other’s face. pulling off your own pieces, soft giggles began to fill the room. the lack of sleep just wouldn’t let you take the moment seriously.

“i can’t believe we almost kissed,” you playfully told the cute boy.

THE PLAN: scope out a bathroom -> you feel sick so you need to find a toilet -> heeseung goes w you bc hes the oldest -> niki is secretly following behind u guys -> you trick heeseung into checking a stall -> niki sneaks into the stall furthest from hee -> you slowly creep out of the bathroom and slam the door shut -> niki scares hee while he’s in there (keep in mind it’s pitch black in there once the door is shut)

and well the rest is history 😇

a/n: i literally got this idea from a prompt generator (person a hates talking on the phone but person b likes their voice so they call anyway) and it’s so cute omg

[2:18 am] you laid in your bed waiting for your boyfriend heeseung to pick up. you knew he hated talking on the phone, and you couldn’t blame him, it was tiring. and even though you felt horrible for doing it at such a late hour, or early. . . you really needed to hear his voice tonight. that voice that was almost too sweet to grace the average ear. that voice that was smoother than silk itself. that voice that sang you into a peaceful slumber. heeseung’s voice was what you loved the most about him, not to mention the beautiful face and smile that owned it.

the ringing stopped, snapping you back from the cloudy adoration you had for your boyfriend.

“hello? heeseung?” you spoke softly, sure not to startle him in case he had just woken up.

“hi, my love. can’t sleep?”

and there it was. that beautiful, genuine, and caring voice that had nothing but true love mixed within it.

you sighed lovingly, knowing that all you would ever need, was right here.
