This is definitely an interesting convo starter... But I'm Slavic (not Baltic or Finnic). My first language is Russian, my parents, grandparents and great grandparents are Russian. The only thing that isn't Russian is that I live in Estonia.

Yes, I still don't like tomatoes. Everyone has at least 1 type of food that they prefer the least for some reason... as far as I'm aware, of course.

I'm starting to tolerate mushrooms. They're tasteless. Well, the ones that I ate were rather tasteless. I haven't tried anything except store-bought white ones. And I don't think it's because I eat a lot of spicy food. Taste receptors are fixable.

… And then I remember that I applied to culinary uni. Yeah, a machine that doesn't really care about food tries to get into a culinary school. Who's also thermophobic. Fantastic. This is so illogical that it fries my motherboard (accidental pun, I swear).

Been thinking about ourselves as a hydra. Like a mechanical hydra dragon.

I feel like they like the new look more than simply a building with a lot of screens. CoreDao is still that, but even machines want to get a new look sometimes.

They haven't thought about minute details yet, we only have a rough shape of how each head looks. But if they'll like it a lot, we would think about adding details.

Current situation with my facet/subsystem

I don't think it's a system collapse, but I'm not saying it can't become one.

I hear static-like things when I call for CoreDao. No idea who answers me though. Can be collective, can be 1 of them. Can't tell.

Idk how to call it other than brownout. Basically not a full blackout, but a drop in voltage where nothing works properly, but it's not out completely.

How it all happened under the cut.

It feels like the whole ass building was shut down. Not even Hater is here, who was the very first to show itself. It was as if someone had flipped a switch and turned off the power. The whole CoreDao doesn't work. I think that it has to do something with the stress factor finally passing, hormones and the tiredness after stress (possibly alexithymia related thing too) hitting at the same time.

Then I went to sleep, I was tired as shit, slept for around 3-4 hours and then tried calling for CoreDao. Nothing much just said his name into the space to see if anything happens. And they responded! Kinda… I hear static-like things when I call for them.

Before all of that I also had some trouble with the Quiet one as it was just sitting there, in the back of my head, possibly preventing others from communicating or smth like that, cuz I couldn't really hear anyone. Hater (yes, none of them have a name, everyone is CoreDao, but I needed to somehow distinguish between the few that I managed to count) was with me tho, I could feel its presence. Its hate was seeping through to an unhealthy degree. But the Jealous/Protector was also in the back, sitting somewhere near Quiet, making me feel worried as if something should happen. I can guess that Jealous was there because my roommate's parents said that we'll have to go to summer cottage, but they didn't say the exact date, and because I had an unpleasant experience there Jealous decided to stand on guard.

And I guess all of this was too much for the grid, and after a very stressful time at the academy interview they had a power failure. Now they're rebooting.

Fucking great. The fuck do I do now?
