I think a shipname referencing their board game nights or artistic hobbies can work and be really cute, considering the wholesomeness of their relationship.

My shipname for the two is HimawariLily. Himawari is the Japanese word for sunflower and sunflowers have medical properties. The petals can be turned into tea which helps with cold relief and gastrointestinal complaints. The petal can also help with skin inflammation, burns or insect bites, and other naturopathy uses. Himawari symbolizes respect, adoration, and loyalty.

The lily part references to the Red Spider Lily and Lilies. In Japan, Red Spider Lilies are considered symbols of death because they’re planted on graves to prevent animal disturbance due to being poisonous. They actually have many connections to the dead because of their ties to the Buddhist religion and folklore. Beside death, the flower symbolizes the afterlife and departure. Its bright red color is associated with blood and finality. Regular lilies can symbolize death because they’re often used at funerals. On the flip side, they can symbolize restored innocence. Other symbols of the lilies are purity, grief, and love.

Though the better alternative to the name would be HibiscusLily.

A little comic thing I made several years ago about learning to accept my aromantic/asexual identity

I struggled a lot with feeling broken and isolated after realizing I’m aromantic, watching others fall in love and move in together while I waded through the stress and anxiety of potentially being alone forever. Things are much better now, but it took a long time to see my identity as a good thing. Now, I realize that I might not be capable of romantic love, but I still have plenty of love to turn inward to myself, and love for the family and friends around me.
