Okay so

Quick departure from peculiar things (the rest are coming I promise, I just need to get my shit together first) but uh

I just finished watch Karasuno and Inarizaki going toe to toe on Haikyuu- I won’t spoil nothing but just listen

I want a competitive cheerleading anime like Haikyuu.

Typical sports anime premise- an underdog cheer squad that was top in the competitions but lost their groove and is now bottom feeding. In comes some new blood, fresh faces, and they revitalise the team to go back into the competition scene.

Cheerleading is such a powerful sport. It’s acrobatic, it’s athletic, it’s showy and loud- and there is plenty of moments for competitive training moments too.

But the thing is, I don’t want it to so sexualised because it’s a female led sport. I want the women of the team to take spotlight for the skill and the power that goes into their cheering, I don’t wanna see them getting ogled at because they wear a representative uniform.

Yes this does sound like anime Bring It On, but I just think it could be so fucking hype if there was a good audience for it.

6. Do you have siblings? If so, what are their names and ages? There’s thirty of us at camp altogether, not counting the adults. Before this though, I had two younger sisters. Siddhi and Anjali. I wish I’d known them a little better.

8. Which one of you is your mother’s favorite? Well the closest thing we have to a mother here is Cass, and Cass’s favourite is either any of the little ones here at Camp or OJ.

9. Why? I tell you this now, OJ is a keeper of a pretty tedious balance. She’s probably what you’d call a peace keeper. The little ones just have a charm about them.

10. Is there anything you miss about being a normal? … looking forward to the future. Sure, I can look forward to a thousand days of summer spent eternally young and surrounded by friends and family, but I had dreams. Ambitions. I had hopes of attending an Ivy League. I had a pretty concealable peculiarity too, I could’ve done it, I was free to do so. But then there’s the risk of eventually being found out and if I did leave… we’ll I’d have to come back eventually no? But I wouldn’t be the same. I would’ve aged. I’d have come back the oldest of all my friends. Everything would have changed. I couldn’t take that… or maybe I could have, if I’d have tried. But then, who am I to say? I never went.

3. Where were you born? Boston, in Massachusetts. *heavy sigh* I didn’t like it all that much. 
4. What did your father and mother do for a living? My family ran one of the few Asian groceries in our town. I used to help Appa handle stock paperwork and overall sales. Actually got paid for it too. Easily the best thing about my home town.
5. Were you well off? Middle class? Impoverished? We had enough to get by but I never had the sense of feeling poor. With what we had, we were very well kept. Never had any complaints myself.
6. Do you have siblings? If so, what are their names and ages? Well… related by blood, I’ve only the two- Sanjay and Vihaan. But I consider almost all of my loop mates to be my siblings- so I’ve almost thirty siblings all together. 
7. Where do you fall in the birth order? The oldest, youngest? I have always been the eldest in both of the lives I led. I…I don’t think I can imagine my life any other way, honestly.
8. Which one of you is your mother’s favorite? I am not one to give into gossip, I have bigger fish to worry about, but I’d have to say… Charlie. It’s a truth I certainly wouldn’t be surprised by.
9. Why? Peculiar or not, I think it may be physically impossible to find something to hate about her. She downplays it a lot, but she is easily the most charming person my age at camp. 
10. How do you feel about the years before this? … huh. Well, let me put it this way. I wouldn’t exchange the family I had then and the family I have now for anything in the world. But with my family as a normal, I was only happy when my family were around, when we were all too busy to worry about much else. Believe me, I’m still kept busy worrying about a lot, but nobody here has to worry about me accidentally being too much of myself. I’m entirely honest about who and what I am now. It wasn’t like that back then.
