Healing You
if i could, i would collect every drop of your sorrows and pour them on me until i drown. i would collect all of your broken pieces and join them to mine until i completely break down. i would dedicate every bit of me, just so that one day i鈥檇 be able to set you free.

i knew you were the one
when i showed you the worst parts of me
and you still looked at me and said
"you're perfect"

Worth
I don't wish you were mine,
I don't wish you chose me.
I don't wish I was her.
Because I know my worth,
And I won't wait on anyone who wouldn't be able recognize it.

True Happiness
The air feels different when you love yourself. When your smile doesn't hide anything and you wear your clothes comfortably. When you no longer have to wait on someone to rescue you, because you're too busy lip syncing to your favorite artist. When you realise that you're stuck with yourself and you're the only one who can make a difference. When you're the only one who can brighten life, who can dance across their room and buy happiness at a free cost. When you realise your perfect company is you, because only you understand you, and you are not lonely for that, but content. And contentment is hard to find, but you've found your spark, and it's not in anyone but you.
