He had told you not to wait for him, like always, but you had figured it was just his way of saying 'you don't know what will happen on the battlefield'

But he came back everytime, without fail, and you would wait for him, without fail

The house was cold and quieter when he was gone, which was ironic for a man who didn't talk much and had cyro powers, but that's how it always was

So here you were waiting on the couch for him, feeling your eyelids start to droop when you hear a small knock on the door

You rush your way over to open the door-

Only to find one of his soldiers

"M-milady" Her voice trembled

You took a step back, knowing instinctively something was wrong

"I-I come with a message from the Lord" Her voice cracked when she mentioned your lover as she held out a message with trembling hands

"Is he okay? Please tell me he's-"

"He said he'll explain it in the letter"

You stare at the letter left on your dinner, feeling strange

If you didn't open the letter would he come back? Would he show up at your door unscathed just like all the other times?

If you left the letter untouched, could you continue in denial?

And yet, you wanted to read what he could've written for you

And so your reached for the letter

My love, the light that kept me going

If this has been delivered to you, it means I've completed what I've set out to do

Your breath hitched as you read that line, you knew what that meant

He told you about his dream to help the lost souls he kept in his heart, his amazingly beautiful loving heart, find peace

-and with them, help his soul find peace

Maybe it was cruel of you, but you had hoped he would finish his goal later, when you were old or gone

You didn't expect him to leave so soon

My only sorrow is that I'm sure you were patiently waiting for a dead man return

Please don't wait for me any longer dear

Furina knew what it meant to be loved, after all~ all of Fontaine loved her

They'd give her bouquets and shower her in praises. They'd go "We love you Lady Furina!" when they deemed she had been a great archon in that moment

That's what it means to be loved right?

Furina thought she knew what it meant to be loved, but the moment the mask slipped

The moment they could see the true Furina, the scared girl who had the fate of her country on her unknowing shoulders, they turned on her, no one loved her

She was alone

She no longer knew what it meant to be 'loved'

But she would gradually relearn what it meant to be loved

It wasn't through flashy gestures like giving her a massive bouquet at every play (although it still happened often) or screaming their adoration to her at the of their lungs

But rather through the small things

Regular tea parties where she could share the ups and downs of her life, memorization of her disliked foods, a simple check-in "How are you?"

Those actions spoke far more volumes than the volume of gifts left in her house

And so perhaps Furina wasn't alone like she thought

And perhaps, she was loved

Yandere Capitano that 'accidentally' kills your lover in a duel

He claims it was completely fair, and he had no underhanded tactics

He even handicapped himself by only using his left hand

There was no rules on killing the other, Capitano would've gladly died if your lover hand managed to kill him

(But everyone knew that very few have the chance to stand up against the First of the Fatui Harbingers, even when handicapped)

And so he claims his prize, regardless of your feelings, dragging you to his cold hometown

Building an orphanage with Scaramouche would be really cute. I think it would be good for Scara if he got to care for children who don't have someone to take of them.

I think he's be pretty good with children, he'd start off a bit rough with them and maybe make a child cry.

But once that child starts crying, Scara remembers how vulnerable he was when he was first created.

"Shhh, shh, no it's okay.... I didn't mean to hurt you..."

He'd mentally berate himself for yelling at a kid who didn't know any better.

"...hey kid, 'm sorry"

"...sowwy?"

"Yeah, sorry, how can I fix it?"

"Can I pway with your hat?"

"Play. My hat?"

"Yeah! It's biiiiig and prebby!"

"Pretty. But is that really what you want?"

"Mister, if you don' wanna lemme pway with your hat, you just hafta say so!"

"I never sai-"

"Hmmm... then I want a huwg!"

"A hug?"

"Yeah! Grandma said that when you fight wiw someone, you need to huwg them to make it better! My grandma is sleeping right now, so they said I couldn't visit...."

"Do you... miss her?"

"Sometimes, but... wait mister! Are you trying to make me forget that I asked for a hwug? The lady that was taking care of me did that whenever I asked for candy!"

"No? Where did that idea come from?"

"Then give me a hug!"

"Do you not know how to huwg?"

Scaramouche does know how to hug, it's just that he only hugs you. And you normally initiate the hugs so he's out of practice.

"Hmmph! Come here mister! This is how you hug!"

Scara felt their little arms try and wrap around him, and felt that little bit of broken innocent child in him heal while interacting with this spunky kid

A/N this was supposed to be Scara dealing with kids and healing from feeling like being abandoned but uh... the kids kinda stole the show. It might be OOC

Hiii! I want to give you an idea. Try to whrite about Fem! Creator whit Qiqi, who perceived creator as her mommy and just does not get away from her, and Bai Zhu took the chance and started flirting with the creator... And the rest are jealous and stand aside~

"It's not fair" mumbled Venti, glaring enviously at the little zombie currently in your arms. "Just because she insists on calling Their Grace mom, that snake is ahead of all of us!"

Baizhu hid a smirk on his face fron the crowd that was so clearly tailing them even through they were trying to be sneaky.

"Ma...ma?" Baizhu remembered the shock that rippled through the people at her words. Some rushed to stop the little purple-haired girl but were powerless once they heared you sweetly giggle.

He remembered the shock on everyone's face when you picked her up and twirled her around. "Sure, I'd love to be your mama!"

He could remember the prickling feeling of everyone's death glares as he saw his chance and took it

"Your Grace... as Qiqi's guardian, I don't dare to leave her alone" He could feel the unamused stares of the Liyuen people as he easily lied "I hope you don't mind me accompanying you so long as Qiqi's around"

And that was the start of him tailing around you while you and Qiqi acted like a little family

He would happily follow you around, buy anything you, or Qiqi, could ever want (a lot of coconut milk). Feeding Qiqi before also holding up a piece for you to eat (off of his chopsticks). Using the excuse that he had to watch over Qiqi to escort you around even when it wasn't his turn

And the others? Well... the others weren't coping so well.

Those with someone younger around them quickly sought to weaponized them and get a hold of your heart, while those without such help quickly fell into despair over their disadvantage

Well Baizhu would make sure that even with the new competition, he's be the one to remain
