My bf and I like to joke that we’re actually twins because we’re so much alike. We also roleplay as siblings sometimes. It’s not even sexual a lot of the time, but something about it makes me so happy. Hearing him call me sister before he kisses me makes me feel cared for and loved more than anything else in the world. While I understand how some people would be uncomfortable in that situation, it makes me a little bit sad that they’ll never feel that kind of complete.

I got into an incest ship because of a mutual. That same mutual is now going around talking shit about incest shippers. I'm trying really hard not to get super pissed with her, but it did hurt. She has tons of pictures of this ship on her blog and in her deviantart favorites. I wouldn't have even considered the ship in the first place if I didn't see it there...I got into this mess because of her and now she's claiming she hates it. Ugghh...I hate this.

Yep they are, it's implicit to the concept ��. I respect the fact of people using the ships to cope with traumatic experiences or even just creative resources, but I've been declined too many times with the "it's my kink" excuse that I'm worried how they really work them (and how bad they tamper with consangs' reputation)

Haha! Where I begin? Hi! An average shipper. Here my vent: Well, I try to raise awareness about consanguinamory (real life incestuous relationships) among the fandom. Made my research, talked with people associated and actual consangs so yeah it is a thing. I want to help these people to end the taboo for them to be accepted in society but fandom seems so reluctant to believe the people they write about ehmm... constantly, indeed exist! We shouldn't just ignore them, they're not bad people!

I follow someone with my OC child-of-incest blog and, instead of blocking me or just ignoring my follow, this Tumblr immediately posts about my follow. Doesn't tag me directly or bother to ask me of my motivations privately, but posts publicly. My revamped blog is not even two days old and now I am disheartened and sad.

That’s really fucking scummy of them to do. If anything, I would block the blog just so you don’t have to deal with them anymore. People are going to be real shitty sometimes, and you don’t deserve that crap in your life.

Seriously, if you haven’t blocked them by now, I would. Because obviously, they don’t care about you or your feelings.
