I’m so sorry, anon! I know my update schedule is GRRM-levels of cursed, but I promise the next chapter is as good as ready!! 💛 Real life has been demanding these past few months - I interned at a small publishing company while job-hunting for a paid PhD / research assistant position in my field, and while everything (thankfully!) worked out as intended, it was all a bit stressful. Hence, not much fic was written. Going forward, I'm hoping for more consistency in my updates. I know I could post much more frequently if I made my chapters shorter, but I dislike it when they don't feel like little finished units in themselves, which is why they always take so ungodly long to put together. That's my personal form of insanity - my perfectionism just loves to slow me down to a crawl 😩
