my tips for f4st!ng <3
1. distract yourself! if you're at home i'll admit this is a little hard, but it IS very helpful :)) clean your room! do your makeup! do your nails! listen to music! make playlists! call your friends! make your bed! organize!
2. try on clothes that are too small for you! this one gets me the most, it's rlly triggering knowing that you aren't there yet (at least for me)
3. look at th!!!nsp000! i prefer looking it up on here or pinterest!
4. make lists of clothing you want to buy at your gw, if you f4st maybe you'll actually be able to fit into them one day
5. sleep!!! this one is the hardest for me lolz :p but you can't feel hungry if you're asleep :)
6. go on a walk! go walk around your neighborhood! or walk up and down your stairs! walk in circles in your room! it burns c4l0r!3s & distracts you :))
7. drink water!!! when you first wake up drink water, when you feel hungry drink water, when you feel tired drink water, when you want to quit drink water
8. stay away from the kitchen! the food in there is gross anyways & you don't need it! if you're not around food you won't want it as much!
9. dye your hair! this is usually very time consuming & will most likely take your mind off food
10. paint your nails! i know i included this earlier but i feel like it includes its own section :)) if your nails are wet you can't really eat food.
11. keep a reminder of your w3!ght! if you have a mirror in your room write your w3!ght on it, constantly remind yourself that's how much you w3!gh.
12. write your w3!ght on your hand! any time you go to grab food you'll see it and remember why you're doing this, how far you've come and how much farther you have to go.

Ana tips long-term:
So I’ve been 4n4 on and off for 10 years, and I think overall I got good at understanding what works better for me (I always managed to lose 1 kg a week), and got down to 46 one time !!
So here are some tips:
One meta day a week: helped me avoid plateaux
OMAD: I would lose just as much weight as 2 days fast, and it’s more sustainable
Workout very little: the best way for me to maintain after weight loss was to actually work out once I wanted to maintain while eating a bit more (I would walk a lot tho !)
Measure my body: it’s actually more interesting to see it that way !
Switching calorie intake every day (I would add or delete 50/100 cals and go from 900 to 100 cals a day, would help my metabolism)
Sleep a lot !!
Take electrolytes when I fast
Eat more protein / fibres and less carbs

Lately… everything I eat I keep at least under 1200 but usually end up around 400-800, i also burn between 600-1,100 cals a day.

Salmon w veggies



Breakfast: sweet potato chips
Dinner: lemon garlic shrimp
Dessert: banana + melted almond butter + dark chocolate + cinnamon





Breakfast: avo + seaweed
Dinner: eggplant parm
Snack: pistachios

remember and remind yourself of your "why", keep it somewhere you can see
write down all your bad habits
write down some new habits to counteract them, become your best self and to work towards the future
vaunt and go on a huuuge rant to urself about how beautiful and perfect and amazing you are bc you literally are <3

did i binge yesterday? maybe... but today is a new day! starting off strong with protein shake. going to walk walk walk it off. yes its important to be tough on yourself but in a positive way. tough love. i want to be skinny so i cant forgive myself completely for binging, but i can make up for it by burning twice the cals i consumed the day before! and i looked on the scale this morning and ive almost met my first goal! what could be more motivating than that?????

WARNING !! ANOREXIA IS A VERY DEADLY DISORDER AND THE ONLY REASON I POST THESE IS BECAUSE IF YOU'RE GONNA SUFFER AT LEAST FEEL A LITTLE GOOD ABOUT IT. RECOVERY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT BUT NOT ALWAYS A VIABLE OPTION.
Eating on a dark blue or black plate has the effect of making you eat less.
If you want to prevent a binge, just buy the food that you need for the day if you live by yourself.
Frozen foods take longer to eat, so you feel occupied longer, and you might feel fuller.
If you get bad headaches, it's probably because you're dehydrated or your blood sugar is too low.
Don't take aspirin on an empty stomach. It'll make you puke. (Which might be the goal, but, yk, fair warning).
