Surprise!

3 weeks before, that was September 2, 2012, my buddy, Trina, wanted to give me a gift before I go home to Davao.

September 16, I asked the Lord to surprise me on my birthday (September 22)

September 19, I was tasked to study Jose Rizal deeply

September 22, my day: 

0700 - Woke up.

0800 - Drank buko juice. I was happy because it somehow reminded me of my home in the province.

1100 - Surfed the net. Started reading about Jose Rizal. I realized that I needed a notebook solely for him.

1700 - Went to QC. I was able to meet my buddies. Trina has finally got the chance to hand me her gift.

23:49 - I was looking at my cellphone's time. I was wondering if that buko juice was the surprise I was looking forward to. I rode a bus. The time displayed in the bus says it's already past midnight. Looking inside my bag, I saw two gift-wrapped rectangular stuffs. I chose the one with a card first. A book! :) Then the last one, but never the least. By the way, this should be supposedly given to me 3 weeks before. I peeled its wrap slowly, trying not to ruin anything. I was thinking, "It's a book too." The first time I saw the cover, my heart leaped! Perfect timing, Rizal! I'm studying about you, you know. I scanned its pages but I saw nothing inside... until I realized that it's a notebook! A NOTEBOOK! Whoa! You can't imagine how happy I was! I was laughing and I can't stop grinning. I know, I'm crazy. :D
