In Agrotale, how did Sans react when he realized that the timeline wasnt going to be reset?

answered this kinda already so i'll post those scs here:

but to go into more detail my idea for it is that he had a full breakdown. like actually mentally checked out for like a week straight. broke down sobbing one day after the reality hit him, didnt open up again after that for a while and didnt speak or eat or do anything for like a week, and it scared everyone shitless

6 months of built up grief that he was ignoring. 6 months of him pretending everything was gonna be ok. 6 months he could have spent processing what happened that he wasted and now he has to make up for all of it now.

he finally opened up to alphys eventually because hes smart enough to know he should have talked to someone way earlier, and he WOULD HAVE if the circumstances were.. different. and, although he was kinda late to the party, he was able to adapt alongside alphys and they're finally able to help each other out instead of just sans deflecting and pretending everything's chill with himself

(hes not as slick as he thinks he is)

(YOUR BROTHER JUST DIED ITS SO OBVIOUS YOU ARENT ACTUALLY DOING FINE AFTER THAT 😭😭) he tried so hard to alleviate alphys's anxiety but ended up fueling it by pretending like he was calm cool and collected after all this horrific shit happened to him

i also imagine that before the reality hit him he would have specks of doubt that a reset would come and save everyone, but he always just brushed it off because he wanted to be there for alphys and he just really didnt want to think about that right now.

"everything is going to be reset, but she doesn't know that, so in the meantime i need to be there for her. everything will be fine. it's real to her."

I love the colors you use srsly

thank you!! usually i just use a filter 😅😅 it wont do all the work for you so typically i just try not to move too far around the color wheel and just stay in one general spot depending on the mood of my drawing, but putting a filter on at the end usually brings everything together

i'll pick a color that fits the overall colorpalette and fill the canvas, put it above all the other layers, set the layer to overlay or multiply and then lower the opacity ^_^

i use krita but i believe it works the same way on ibis paint as well

Whered you get the ut comic sans font!? I can never find one and using normal comic sans next to pixely ut font looks dumb ToT

i edited that image in ibis paint and im pretty sure i just looked up "pixel comic sans font" or "undertale comic sans font" and picked the first option lol 😭😭
