It is still a balance of trying to let go and not be rigid despite knowing this. I am not expecting to reach perfection, but just getting through every day,  a day at a time, and knowing that bending is okay.

Having ADHD has been a really hard experience for me, and it affects me every minute of my life. This is the first time I’ve ever been able to address it publicly, and I’m glad I got to share it in such a special way.
