Can Science Prove God Exists?
Tumblr media
Science unlocks the mysteries of the wonders of the world. Scientific minds explore the universe to find cures for all that ails us and have the answers to all that confounds us. Even more importantly, scientific discoveries guide us into a future of possibilities. Science makes the physical world less of a mystery and more of a partner as humanity grows to fulfill its potential.
But there is one thing science cannot discover; no matter how earnestly it looks. And no matter how advanced the tools are, science will never prove that Spirit exists. It cannot prove the existence of an afterlife, the soul, God, or Spirit. That is not within its power.
Science will search to the edges of the universe and never find God.
Why not?
Spirit lives in the non-physical world, known as the metaphysical world, where science cannot reach. Spirit dwells in a place where the tools of physical sciences are useless. Only the hearts of seekers, mystics, seers, and casually curious individuals like you can unveil the realm of Spirit.
One must seek proof of Spirit through one’s own heart. Your connection to all that is metaphysical is through the portal known as the heart.
Getting to know your own heart is getting to know what science cannot. Within the heart is where the soul communicates with our mind. Within the heart is where we connect to our intuition. Within the heart, Divinity meets our being. We need not be pure, ascended, or awakened to know God, Divinity or Spirit.
Tumblr media
Through a simple technique, we can find the Divine within and discover that which science shall never see. We are never without the guidance we seek. We only need to sit still for a moment to receive the wisdom of the Divine mind. I offer here a short meditation practice to open the connection between your heart and your mind. This will open a way for Divinity to make itself known to you. It will take time and patience. I find doing this a few times a week is effective. Yet, you can do it every day if you like.
Take a moment to get comfortable. Then settle and center your energy by taking three long deep breaths in the nose and following with a long exhale out of the mouth. People commonly refer to these as cleansing breaths. Then, with your eyes closed, start circular breathing, in and out of the nose in a gentle rhythm. Tune in to how that feels. Take a moment to check the comfort of your body and watch the natural rhythm of your breath. Once you feel settled, notice how your heart feels.
Tune in to your emotional body, your heart, by checking with your heart center. To do this, you can imagine a light at the center of your chest or place a hand on your chest to focus your attention there. If it feels unsettled, take a moment to focus on peace.
Giving attention to the feeling of peace calms your energy so you can have a clear connection. If you have trouble getting a sense of peace in your heart, wait a few moments and do some gentle breathing in and out of your nose. If you still feel unsettled, compete the meditation and try again the next day. Each day, it will become easier with a bit of patience and practice.
If you can feel the peace of the heart center, sit for a moment with it. It feels wonderful to be in the presence of peace. Take as long as you like here.
Now that you have peace, you can ask a question. Ask your heart a question about what is troubling you, what worries you, or for help with what is frustrating you. You can ask a question such as, “what can I do about my job?” Then sit for a moment, just waiting. Do not think of an answer. Be present with the question and just wait. Be in silence to allow for the answer to appear or emerge. It could come as a feeling, a nudge, an image or a color. It could even come as a thought or a phrase. The important thing is to allow it to come without cluttering your mind with guesses.
You can ask any type of question you like. The only rule is that your question is about you, not another. Asking if someone else will do something or what they are thinking causes trouble for reasons I will not get in to here. Keep the focus on getting wisdom, help and guidance for you and only you. This is a moment for your benefit.
Once you ask, sit and wait for about a minute. After a minute, complete the meditation by taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Then make a note of what came in and go on with your day.
The important thing about this meditation is doing this meditation. Even if you got nothing, it still worked. You opened a path to wisdom. The answers may come later in the day, in a dream, or while you are doing a rote task. Over time, the answers will become easier, clearer, and you may not even need to do the meditation to get them. Being patient with this practice and disciplined enough to devote a few times a week to it is all you need.
Know that Spirit is not loud. The loud, insistent voice in your mind comes from the ego. The knowledge of the Divine mind you were born with awakens in subtle ways. It is a wisp of a thought, a nudge, or a gentle feeling. The way of Spirit is always quiet.
Science is not the tool for spiritual exploration, but spiritual seekers do not need it as proof of God. We only need to get to know our own heart to know Divinity. Once we do this, many more miraculous discoveries await.

Are Ghosts Dangerous?
Well, sort of, it all depends on you.
Tumblr media
We love a bit of spooky in our lives. If we believe in ghosts, this time of year can be exciting. It is fun to think there may be things we cannot explain; that the supernatural is alive and well.
Belief plays a big role in how we perceive the unseen worlds and etheric beings. For those who do not believe in ghosts, it is unlikely they will have encounters with them. Yet, many of us do believe and have had many experiences with ghosts. Our belief does not just affect how we see them. Ghosts respond to us how we expect them to behave. In other words, how I believe in them makes a vast difference to how they interact with me too.
Through my supernatural experiences, I have learned how they operate, including what ghosts can and cannot do. What I offer here is a quick safety guide to help you have a happy Halloween while seeking spooky fun and enjoying some thrills with safety in mind.
If you attend a séance or tour a haunted location, I say go for it but first prepare yourself with knowledge. Below, I list some common misconceptions about ghosts. As you go over this, check in with your own belief system to see if you can accept these insights. If you can accept the answers below you have a great deal of protection already!
1.  Can ghosts kill you?
The short answer is no, not under any circumstances. The long answer is no because that would be murder, and murder causes a karmic bond. One must be living to create a karmic bond.
2.  Can ghosts harm you?
Yes. But, believe it or not, they can only hurt you with your permission. You must believe they can hurt you for harm to be done. Believing they can hurt you is giving them permission to do so.
3.  Can ghosts attach themselves to you?
Yes. If they feel they can get energy from you, they will want to be around you 24/7. This constant hovering feels draining and means they are unusually attracted to you.
4.  Why do ghosts want energy from you?
It empowers them. It is the bread that feeds their existence. The best source of energy is simply your attention. Trying to communicate with them. Wanting to know more about them. Your pity, desire to help, or simple curiosity feeds them to the point of never wanting to leave you.
Their other source of energy is your fear. If they can make you afraid, it is like a booster pack of fuel for their existence. If you are afraid, it gives them enough power to move objects even to the point of throwing them, slamming doors and creating actual damage in your space.
5.  Are ghosts always strangers?
Not always. Moved objects and lights flickering can be from visiting relatives stopping by for a moment. But if it goes on frequently over time and makes you afraid, frustrated or annoyed, it may be an entity only interested in your energy.
6.  What is so bad about giving them energy?
It lowers our energy levels.
When our energy levels are low, we become more vulnerable to various illnesses like cancer, fatigue syndromes, colds, and viruses. We are even more likely to have clumsiness and brain fog that can lead to accidents and severe injuries. I know people who live with ghosts and have had many bouts with the above-listed problems. Still, they insist on not getting rid of the resident ghost attached to them. It can be a very sad situation.
The ghost may not kill them, but allowing a ghost to live with them might, over time, cause a shorter life.
7.  How can you protect yourself from a ghost?
a)  A big part of your protection is simply your beliefs about ghosts.
If you feel ghosts can control you and your space, it's nearly impossible to protect yourself. Shift that belief by reminding yourself that this physical world and all the things in it are humanity's domain. Non-physical beings cannot be here without our permission, belief, or request. If you own your space with dominance they will not be empowered to stick around.
b)  Know to your core that it is your space, your life, and your will. That will keep you clear from ghosts. If you get a sense of an entity near you, all you need to do is say "get out" or "go away" and it must leave. Mean it, though. If you are just saying it to see if it works, then it won't work. Mean it with aggressive energy as though you are protecting a precious person from a very dangerous predator. You are protecting a precious person, yourself! You do not need to know why it is there, what it wants, or if you can help it. That is not your job. It would most likely lie, even if you could get a story from it. There is no point in getting to know a ghost. It has nothing to offer you.
c)  If you're still feeling uneasy after telling it to go away, try clearing the space. There are many ways to do this with sage, salt water, holy water, chants and so on. You can look many up on YouTube.
I prefer simplicity. I live in a very haunted town. Occasionally, an entity passes through my space. It typically happens at night when I am already comfortable in bed. Instead of getting out of bed, I will tell it to "get out," not loudly, but I mean it with the force of all my will. Then I will ask Archangel Michael to take it away and protect my space from any and all uninvited interlopers, entities and beings and protect me from those beings who do not support me in love. Simple. It works every time.
Tumblr media
You can always do a weekly clearing and protection ceremony to keep things clear if you feel called.
Think of ghosts, not as people but as entities who are energy vampires. Personally, I am not called to help them, tune in to them or investigate them. I know ceremonies that can help them to the other side and have done them for property owners who have a difficult time with them. But those ceremonies are not useful if the property owner has any attachment to having a ghost or feels they have no agency over them.
Before clearing non-physical beings from a place, make sure you get permission from the property owner or the land's spirit guardians. Otherwise, you’re just cosplaying a ghostbuster and will not work at all.
Prior to going to a place or event where spirits are invited or already present, utilize your spiritual practices for protection. You should do whatever spiritual practices you are comfortable with. These are things such as prayer, meditation, smudging, or more.
Knowing you have the power over these entities, and utilizing the messages here, will help protect you whenever you feel afraid ghosts might be nearby.
Have a happy, safe and healthy Halloween!

Nightly Astral Meeting
Those we love are only a dream away.
Tumblr media
Once the day has ended and we gather our space in comfort for rest, an extraordinary thing happens. We meet our friends in the astral and our souls celebrate the meeting. As sleeping clears out the mind clutter by filing away our day’s experiences and helps the body heal, the part of us that is our soul consciousness travels to a place without form. The place between Heaven and Earth. The astral plane.
The astral plane can represent any kind of place we are familiar with. It is a place our thoughts create when we visit. It may look like a café, a childhood home, or a fantastic planet. We create how the place appears, and, in this place, all things are possible. Flying, breathing underwater, and telepathy, to name a few common experiences here.
Here we meet with those we are grieving. When we can meet with and reconnect with them as though they never really left, it eases the pain of their loss. For a moment, as our body rests in the earthly realm, our souls reconnect and share the love we had in life. We can have a coffee or a glass of wine and catch up with what has been happening since they parted. Love connects us all throughout space and time. Love is present no matter what realm or dimension separates us. Though we may not remember these meetings, our soul will carry back the joy of the encounter into the unconscious self. In this way, we heal our grief. Our waking mind may never know of these nightly encounters, but our unconscious has the knowing that all is well with our lost loved one.
As time passes and our grief subsides, and our mind, body, and heart heal, we may start remembering these loving encounters. But if a dream of meeting them in the non-earthly realm causes you more pain, then you will suppress the dream until you can think of them with a smile instead of tears.
Grief takes on many forms and eases over time slowly. These astral connections are helping the unconscious remember there is no separation where love is present. Know that those you have lost are never far away. Many of you see them every night!

A Spiritual Perspective on "Tarot" the Movie's Premise
Superstition and spirituality are frequently mistaken as the same thing to capitalize on our fears.
Tumblr media
Popular culture has a way of emphasizing what we fear and what we revere as a society. I do my best to keep up with the latest trends and shifts as illustrated in our movies, music, and social media. Yet, I also know how to stay in my lane as far as sharing my opinions on popular topics goes. I pay attention to it but do not comment. My expertise is in the spiritual world.
Pop culture has come into my lane, so I will share my take.
I just saw that there is a movie out called "Tarot" I didn't have to look at the description to know it was a horror movie. Why wouldn't it be? Hollywood loves making spiritual practices not only weird but dangerous and even deadly.
It is a way to take advantage of superstitions and fears surrounding occult practices. I don't blame the movie makers for showing how our lack of spiritual awareness causes us to fear the healing practices of spiritual people. It is par for the course. But it seems it is time to change the course.
Note that I am only going to comment here on the premise of the movie "Tarot." On Rotten Tomatoes the premise states, "When a group of friends recklessly violates the sacred rule of Tarot readings -- never use someone else's deck -- they unknowingly unleash an unspeakable evil trapped within the cursed cards. One by one, they come face to face with fate and end up in a race against death to escape the future foretold in their readings."
Let's first talk about the use of tarot as a spiritual practice. Tarot is a guidance system that helps us navigate our lives. Most often, people use Tarot as a predictor to gain insight into where they are headed. I think of it as high-beam headlights. It allows us to look a little further down the road so we can navigate our lives better by telling us if there will be obstacles ahead. That is all. It is not strange.
Humanity has been using oracles of this nature since prehistory. Such as getting a reading on the energy patterns by throwing the bones, using runes, the yarrow stalks of I Ching, gazing at tea leaves, and such. These methods use random patterns or symbols to see what is to come. The difference with Tarot is that it is a modern oracle, fairly new on the scene of oracle history. But it follows the basic principles. The tarot itself is simply a deck of cards. No one has foreboding feelings about tea because tea leaves can be used as an oracle. Just as a deck of cards is just a deck of cards. I'm pretty sure you can't trap evil in a deck of cards.
Let us get into the "sacred rule of Tarot readings -- never use someone else's deck…" This foreboding statement is a corruption of the common practice of respecting the spiritual tools of others by not touching them without permission.
Every spiritual practitioner, of every spiritual tradition I know of, has sacred tools. From altars and chalices to stones and cards. The rosary and the jewelry of the ordained. The power tools of the medicine healer such as pipes and drums as used in ceremonies. People treat these objects with respect and acknowledge that only the owner of the objects should touch them. It is a show of respect that they are not touched unless permitted by the owner, carrier, and keeper of them. These are sacred objects because they are objects that bridge the worlds of heaven and earth. It is customary practice to show reverence even if it is not your belief they are sacred. Just like it is customary not to wear someone else's clothes without their permission. If you were to do it, it would not harm you, but it would be disrespectful.
Tarot decks are sacred objects for the serious spiritual practitioner, so no, you should not use them without the permission of the owner. But if you did, no harm would come to you other than the potential ire of the owner.
Let's move on to predicting death using tarot. Typically, people do not use Tarot as an efficient method to predict death. But even if it predicted a death, a prediction is not a fact. One reason is that the future has not happened yet. (Theoretically, but let's not get quantum.)
Correctly interpreting an oracle allows for the shifting, changing, and altering of anything it shows based on the actions that follow the prediction. When using tarot, anytime you get a prediction that is not pleasing, you can also ask tarot what you need to do to avoid that outcome. Back to the headlight analogy. Using the high beams helps avoid obstacles. You don't see a pothole and think, "Oh well, I guess my tires are goners." Knowing there is a pothole coming allows you to move out of the way. You can use tarot in the same way. Tarot doesn't predict your fate; it predicts what lies ahead so you can change what is coming based on your desires. This makes using oracles empowering and even healing for the user.
Superstition is fear-based. Spirituality is faith-based.
Unfortunately, many link the two forms of belief, not seeing that superstition has nothing to do with spirituality. And spirituality is not superstitious.
Storytellers and even religions love to keep us confused on the matter because fear makes money. Fear is big business and keeps us in our smallness. There is a great deal of money being made from fear. Think about what you give your money, time, and attention to, and seek an understanding of why it is important to you.
The greatest step forward to empowerment is self-awareness. Get an understanding of what you fear and why. Do some soul-searching. Ask yourself why you feel the way you do. Ask yourself if it is reasonable or true for you to believe what you believe. Do this with everything you believe as it comes up, focusing on what makes you uncomfortable and dive deep into it.
Once you have a greater understanding of your fears, no one, not any one person in this world, can manipulate you.
Shedding your fears means you will be free to discover your true potential through any means, practice, or belief without censoring who you are.
Imagine a world in which our movies reflected the consciousness of wholeness and not fear. What if our popular culture’s media showed spiritual practices leading us out of our fears and into the most authentic version of ourselves? Instead of raising ghouls from the underworld, what if movies showed rituals that brought healing? What if there was a plot with an oracle reading that guides someone towards their most empowering experience? What if we see spiritual practices as taking us out of the darkest fears and into the Truth?
Those movies would be something worth seeing.

How I Learned to Use my Intuition to Change My Life
From the ashes of pain, I found a path to happiness.
Tumblr media
I felt I could learn to use intuition, just like I could learn any other skill. Since I learned how to play piano, although I had no natural talent for it, then I could also learn how to use my intuition. Everyone is born with intuitive gifts. It was a matter of understanding how my own worked.
I knew I had it. I knew I had precognition giving me nudges to do something that would make my life easier. So many times, I talked myself out of following it. I would get intuitive hits so randomly and so quietly that I would brush them aside as my imagination or just ignore them entirely.
For example, I would get a thought floating in that I should get some butter as I walked the aisle of the market, only to talk myself out of it. Only to get home and realize I needed more butter for a recipe. Other times I would get a feeling. Such as, when doing some mindless tasks, I would get a feeling that I should call a friend just to brush it aside. Yet, finding out later that they were thinking of me at that time.
How could I grow my intuition, trust it every time, and get even more intuitive hits to improve my life?
I was determined to figure it out.
During that time, my life had profoundly fallen apart in all areas. My job, my marriage, and my health were gone. I needed to rebuild my life from scratch. Until that point, I had been doing all the things “right”. I was doing what I thought would bring me happiness, but even before I lost it all, I knew I was not happy.
Doing the “right thing” was not right for me. Now I needed to do what I wanted. But what was that? I had lost my sense of self to the point of not even knowing what I wanted. So, I turned to my inner world. I needed to rebuild everything about my life, but this time it would be on my terms and from the inside out.
I was already spiritually curious, so that was a good place to start. All the books I had read on spirituality said everyone is intuitive, but none of those books explained how to use it. There was no guidebook on living on one’s intuition. I knew of no book that got into details on how to grow it, what it was really like, or even what it really is. That didn’t matter. I was determined with all the will I could muster to figure it out for myself.
I experimented.
My very first step was to make a deal with myself. I decided I would follow every intuitive ‘hit’ I got, no matter what. If I suddenly felt the need to buy milk at the store, I would do it. If I got the nudge to call someone out of the blue, I did it. If I had the urge to leave early for work, I did it. And so on.
The problem was that with every hit, nudge and urge came the doubts. Doubts are powerful things. Having doubts is human and important to discern and determine the truth of one’s experiences. Yet, through this experiment, I got to know how toxic they could be and how dominant they were in my consciousness.
With every nudge to pick up something unplanned from the store came a barrage of negativity as my inner dialogue. It went something like this:
“What do you need that for?” “There is plenty of that at home.” “Do you think you are psychic or something?” “This is just bullshit.”
This was so common in the weeks early on that it was like a bully was living in my head. My doubts were so very loud, far louder than the soft, quiet, and subtle energy of the intuitive nudges that it was almost tormenting to do this practice. But as I have previously mentioned, I was determined.
What I first found out was that I was only right about fifty percent of the time. It was not as accurate as I thought it should be. So, I studied the differences between what it felt like when it was right and when it was wrong. The energy of the correct hits, nudges, and urges were so quiet as to be missed at times. When it was my intuition, there were subtle whispers in the back of my mind or gentle feelings. The hits could also come as a fleeting image or a whisper of a word. They came when I had a quiet mind. They came when I was receptive and my mind was relaxed, like when I was driving, showering, wandering the aisle of the grocery store, doing dishes, and so on. Even reading or watching a show was a place where I could get a hit.
When my mind was active, anxious, or busy with drama, the ‘hits’ I got were from that chaotic place. Those hits were loud. They had an energy of urgency about them. “Do this now” kind of thing. Like an infomercial telling you to buy now or they will be out of stock! Call that friend and hurry! Leave now or else! The funny thing about those hits was that they never had doubts attached to them. They were powerful and demanding without a hint of thinking they might be ‘bullshit’. Very interesting. Another interesting thing about those hits is that they were always wrong.
Those urgent feelings and thoughts were never in doubt, but always wrong.
This gave me the beginnings of a deeper understanding of how to work with and grow my intuition. The loud and demanding voice was the voice of my wounded ego. Fearful of losing dominance, my ego was creating doubts with no merit and giving me false ‘intuitive’ hits. What came from the chaotic mind were guesses and assumptions based on my fears, worries, and anxieties.
The only way to address this was to face my fears. At first, this meant standing up to the bully. I fought back by arguing with the negative programming going on in my head. It was a losing battle. This bully just got meaner and louder the more I fought it. So, I gave in. I let the bully have its way. I let that inner dialogue of toxicity run rampant. When it said this is all bullshit, I was fool to try listening to my intuition, and I’m delusional that this is even real, I agreed it might be right.
Then a miracle occurred.
It was silent. The toxic bully had nothing to fight with. When I agreed it was probably right and I was a fool to listen to my intuition or even think I could be psychic at all, it had nothing left to say. Silence. My mind settled, and I could do as I wished without torment. Once I agreed with the toxic thoughts, I could get on with my experiment in peace. All it wanted was a bit of attention.
Even more than power or control, all the ego wants is attention.
Therefore, I learned to listen to my doubts, my toxic thoughts, and my old childhood wounds. After listening, I agreed they are valid, and I will consider them. Then I would mentally state, “Just for today I will listen to my intuition.”
With that statement, the doubts would be silent so I could pay attention to the messages that float up from the unconscious. Those subtle gifts came into conscious awareness easier, always sharing the truth, always right, and always through peace.
I learned that when it truly is an intuitive hit, nudge, or insight, it is always right. I also noticed it is always subtle, not attached to any urgency or demanding energy. It could come in many forms. It can be an image in the inner eye, a thought out of the blue, a feeling something is needed, or a word in the mind. However it comes, it is always gentle. When conjured from the wounded ego, it has an urgency or demanding energy that is like a guess and is just as accurate as guessing the lotto numbers. When it is from the ego and not the intuition, then it is always wrong.
This knowledge gave me the power to follow my intuition with confidence. Then my intuition became more active and accurate. I think of it as my navigation system, telling me which way to go, what is needed, and when to act. It is a predictor and a reminder. It also never has an urgent or fearful energy behind it.
After learning this and working with my intuition over time, I navigated my life differently and, in quiet ways, the fresh path I was forging became clear. I found my passion, awakened a deeper understanding of myself, and navigated my doubts with ease.
I started this way and built upon it. I am now a professional psychic with great accuracy. But it started just as I stated above. Once I listened to those soft nudges and gave my doubts the attention they craved, I learned how to access my intuition on purpose so that I could help others. Now I will teach you all I have learned. I know how to grow the gifts we are all born with. I started with just as much psychic power as you have.
Try my experiment. Make a deal with yourself. Just for today. Just for today, follow those subtle nudges and see what happens. When doubts show up, acknowledge, and agree with them, then listen to your nudges, anyway. See if it changes things. Then do it again tomorrow. Repeat and continue daily until it changes things.
Your doubts will always have plenty to tell you. Just listen, agree, and then watch how the quiet thoughts show up.

To find your purpose in life, don't look to a profession. What you do for a living is not who you are, nor what you were 'meant' to do. The purpose of life is to find joy in living. Taking brief moments of appreciation for the beauty of the world and the life you live, will bring harmony with your soul’s purpose.
Gratitude is the gateway to joy, and joy is the truest expression of the soul.

If you notice the same message is coming over and over from the Spirit or the universe, it is because you didn't integrate it or understand it the first time(s).
When you get the sign or insight more than once: sit quietly and allow its meaning to be received. Make sure you understand what it means to you. Feel it in your heart, mind, and body. Then put it into practice and make it real by following through or writing about it.
At first, many new channels will only get one message from their Guides or hear the same message repeatedly. Then get bored because they feel their Guide needs to give them more. Many a new channeler quits trying to connect because of this.
The guides will only change the message once the message is utilized.
Getting the message is different than accepting, integrating, or understanding the message. If your Guide says, "I love you," you may think, "yeah, I know," and want to move on. Your Guide will repeat saying "I love you" until you know, feel and accept the love from them.
Spirit Guides aren't here to give you messages to save the world. They are here to provide you with messages for you to live the life you want to live. So accept, integrate and use the blessing they are offering.

Spirit's Wishing Well
When Spirit makes a wish, it is whispered into your heart. Then the heart ignites with joy which lights up your path ahead.
Once upon a time, you made a wish for a change. Like Snow White at the wishing well, it seemed so easy. She wishes for the one she loves, and he appears. Your wish has a feel and vision to it. You know it is possible as if it manifested instantaneously before you. It feels that it can happen in your life easily.
There are different kinds of wishes. There are wishes we make for material or mundane things, and there are the desires of the heart. Snow White's wish represents a desire of the heart. A longing that comes from her Spirit to create a different life. Spirit guides us by giving us the desires of the heart. So, when our heart lights up with the thought of something new in our lives, know that it is your Spirit, higher consciousness, lighting the way.
The ego uses the mental field to guide us. Spirit guides the heart, but the ego rules the mind. Nothing is wrong with fulfilling the ego's desires unless they come from the wounded ego. In this case, the ego blocks our heart's desire through fear or keeps us from attempting to fulfill it through self-doubt. It can feel like everything is in our way when the wounded ego does not support what our heart wants.
In Snow White, the Evil Queen represents the wounded ego vying for control when the heart expresses its desire. First, she watches from the window in silence as the prince appears. Then she plots. The story of Snow White in the Disney version is an apt representation of what we go through when we begin to follow the desires of the Spirit but have not healed the wounded ego.
Snow White is very wounded. She is the rightful princess of the realm but is in rags and does not claim her power. Snow is the heir to the throne but behaves like a peasant. She seemingly does not understand who she is or what she can be. The Evil Queen, as her wounded ego, has given her the belief that she is no more than a peasant, and that is all she ever will be.
Yet, her heart has a desire.
There are many ways to heal the wounded psyche. This story represents the evolution of consciousness and how we can overcome our wounds in a spiritual way. This story is the path to healing as we walk hand in hand, guided by Spirit.
All she has is a wish. And that is enough to change everything.
We are complex beings with many aspects of our consciousness. Those aspects respond when we make a life change not supported by past patterning. The huntsman represents our survival instinct and intuition. The wounded ego's solution is to cut out Snow White's heart, the portal to her higher consciousness, but intuition saves her and warns her.
By listening to her intuition, she is awakening. By trusting her intuition, a new aspect of herself becomes available. Her third eye, or her psychic senses, begins to open. Our psychic senses connect to the unseen world's energies and force us to confront our hidden fears and phobias.
That is why she must go through the haunted forest. To fulfill her wish, she must face her fears. The terror and the fright of experiencing her hidden fears are overwhelming. When eventually surrendering to it, she faints in exhaustion. But, as witnesses, we see it was all an illusion. The sinister eyes of the forest were harmless, gentle animals, and the grasping phantoms were just trees. The high drama was nothing more than foliage and critters.
Many a spiritual awakening will stop in the haunted forest and never get out of that stage. Some never confront nor face their fears. Some have an awakening yet stay in the haunted forest, unknowing the illusion of it. They have paranoid theories and fear the world they see. They have yet to escape, so they cannot witness the power of the helpers standing by, let alone understand their own power.
Living in fear of what is an illusion is like living in the haunted forest. High drama, demons at every turn, and no one to help escape. It is a painful and destructive way to live.
The animal helpers appear to her after she has gone through the forest. She sees them for what they are and gets help from them. They lead her to the dwarves' home to represent the succor Spirit can provide once we face our fears and phobias. We must allow and trust Spirit to help and guide us on our spiritual journey to fulfill the heart's wishes. Following our hearts is impossible without help from the unseen realm.
Whether we ask for help from the universe, the Earth, or the dwellers of the heavenly realms does not make a difference. But our heart's desire is a call to action to walk the spiritual path and fails without assistance from a force greater than ours.
Help from a higher power is only accessed by those who request and trust it. The higher power threatens the wounded ego because it cannot control it. The wounded ego will doubt and make you feel a fool for even thinking there is a higher power. Therefore, getting to the stage where you trust the higher power to lead you to safety is a big task for most.
The animal helpers lead her to the cottage where her inner child dwells, represented by seven dwarves. They are different aspects of the inner child and her life stages as she grows into adulthood. Once she cares for her inner child, she finds joy and affection. Her unconscious aspect has been given attention and love for the first time. The experience of that healing leads to a feeling of celebration. The inner child holds unconscious wisdom, accessed by giving it attention. The inner child is aware of dangers she is unaware of, and they warn her about the Evil Queen finding her.
The Evil Queen does find her and attempts to kill her. Finally, all the plots of the Evil Queen come to a head, and Snow White goes into a deep sleep. This phase is the most crucial part of fulfilling your wish. Death is but a rebirth. When they are on the precipice of fulfilling their wish, many people will feel like they are dying. I know some even make their wills and funeral arrangements because the feeling of imminent death is so strong. Some experience death dreams or feelings of doom. The more resistance we have, the more painful this stage can be. It can even bring about physical illness.
When this stage is particularly lengthy and dramatic, it is called the dark night of the soul. Wherein all the things that our wounded ego holds dear must be eliminated. As a result, some lose their jobs, homes, or spouses. The dark night of the soul only happens when we desire to shift our entire lives from ego-driven to Spirit-led. And this rarely happens when we follow a single desire of our Spirit.
The wounded ego will make you believe going for your dream is a death sentence. But this is an illusion. We must face it as we must face all fears and illusions. Once Snow White lies unconscious, her inner child attacks the Evil Queen sending her to death. But, of course, we cannot kill the ego. It is only the death of the wounded ego. Many traditions or spiritual beliefs speak of killing the ego. Yet, the ego is necessary as long as we live on Earth. The healthy ego is never harmed.
The healthy ego creates our identity and separates us as unique individuals. Without it, we would see the wholeness of all things as our souls and Spirit see it. When we are in our higher consciousness, all things are One and cannot be separated. Since we have a human experience, the feelings of oneness must be tempered to explore the self as singular. It is an extraordinary experience to get to know the self as it is in this world. The journey into the self is an exploration only experienced through living and is an infinite well of wisdom.
To know if your healthy ego is active and not your wounded ego, consider how you view the world and get to know your beliefs. To the wounded, everything is either above the self or below it. It uses judgment and fear to make choices. The wounded ego loves what gives status or tears down. It doesn't care if it is operating from arrogance or low self-esteem so long as it stays separate from others. For example, if you view others' status as important or you as more important than others. If you think it is beneath you to drive an old type of car or think you are not worthy of driving a fancy car, those thoughts are from the wounded ego. Keeping you involved in comparisons keeps you from connecting to the higher mind.
A healthy ego has likes and dislikes for different reasons. The healthy ego sees others not from the view of status but as differences. The healthy ego celebrates and exalts others for differences, but not because they think they are superior. When making choices, the healthy ego does not consider what people will think of them. Instead, it will only make the choices that bring personal happiness. The healthy ego sees no other being inferior or less worthy of living. A healthy ego has no condemnation for others but instead has compassion. Persons with a healthy ego can revere and respect others for their accomplishments without diminishing their self-worth.
As we do the work on our spiritual path, our egos become healthier and more balanced. We need not heal all our wounds to fulfill the wishes of our hearts and the desires of our Spirit. We need only address the wounds that hold us back. You may wonder what those are, but your negative inner voice, judgment, or beliefs will show you. It will not be a mystery what is holding you back.
It is important to note that the inner child is the one to 'kill' the wounded ego. The inner child is aware of toxicity and will warn, avoid, or eliminate anything harmful from our lives. When we are in touch with and care for our inner child, we are not likely to be in abusive relationships, toxic workplaces, or have a lot of drama. Our inner child wants joy and only seeks to be heard, seen, and experience love from our conscious self to have it. Making a bit of time to connect with them is powerful healing.
The mourning of Snow White and the respect the dwarves show her keep her safe and above ground. She gets that respect for the care she gave them. Their honoring helps the prince to find her and fulfill her wish. Note that the wish is fulfilled not by her seeking the prince but by working on her inner self. When we follow the desire of Spirit or our heart's desire, the call to action is more about clearing the wounded consciousness out of the way than making any life changes.
The prince represents the divine masculine. The union of the masculine and feminine within is a powerful experience on the path of healing the wounded ego. Although she states her wish is to find the one she loves, she truly longs for her unity within. She can then claim her kingdom and birthright and know her power. Only then can her destiny be fulfilled and the truth of herself expressed.
Every time our heart lights up with joy at something new, it is our Spirit, our higher consciousness, saying, "Yes, I want this!". If our conscious self agrees and finds joy in the prospect of it, then we begin this journey. It may be a significant life-changing journey, or it may be lesser in significance, but know it is your Spirit guiding the way.
We can go through Snow White's journey many times at various stages of our lives. Think of these events as an opportunity to heal the next level of being and a vital step to fulling the dearest wish of Spirit.
Knowing how our conscious self responds to the Spirit's wishes helps us navigate all the difficulties that our true path can bring.
For this, we need the following:
*The wisdom of recognizing what our Spirit desires.
*To follow intuition and insight navigating the haunted forest.
*How to get help from and trust unseen forces.
*To know how to care for the inner child.
*To have the tools for healing the wounded ego.
*To understand how to unite masculine and feminine.
Knowing how to navigate and clear the wounds of the ego so that it no longer holds power over your life takes dedication, self-awareness, and proper practices.
If you want to get to know these things, I am teaching all this in a 9-week course starting January 9th!

It is such a relief when you can see the path forward uncluttered by chaos. Today is the last full moon eclipse of the year and I already feel the energy of the light that will come in 2021. Now until December 21, we are in a shift to prepare for 2021. Even in the midst of our pain, through the devastation of the pandemic, the light of a new way of being is shining through. The direction of human consciousness will shift, showing a way to heal what troubles us personally and globally. We need the vision that this light carries to take us through the process of healing our earth, our relations, and ourselves. When new energy comes in it can be like a blast of intensity. We all feel it on an unconscious level. People respond to it differently depending on their state of mind. Some will feel exhausted or depressed. Some will feel heightened grief and loss. Some will cry or laugh for no reason. Some will have bursts of anger or resentment. And some will feel joy, relief, and happiness. No matter how you feel during the next 3-4 weeks, the way through it is to be in compassion and offer kindness when possible. Be patient with yourself and others. Disengage when you are tired or angry, be supportive when you have the energy. This shift carries us into a way of life that is compassionate cooperation. This is the gateway to a time of peace. Hold this knowing in your heart and see through the chaos with me. Rest, drink lots of water, and dream of the world we are building one moment at a time. https://www.instagram.com/p/CIOJ8Hkhd6S/?igshid=ookp88q1c7a8

Why to NOT be Psychic
It has taken years for me to perfect not reading people, not tuning in to people, and not psychically checking in when I am worried about someone. Now, my boundaries are clear and I have an abundance of energy and clarity when I do a reading by request and permission. There is nothing I can think of that is more intrusive than someone psychically reading you without your permission. Those who are untrained and undisciplined with their gifts read people unconsciously.
I don’t psychically read people unless we are actually in a session and only on topics that are brought up. So if there is something going on with you, you need to tell me, no matter how close we are, I will not know about it unless you tell me.
If there is something you want to hide from me, it will always remain hidden. I can’t dive into your secrets without your knowledge and permission.
Why would I not want to know if someone I love is in distress or needs help? Why would I regulate my psychic senses to such an extreme? Why would I not use my gifts to help people even if they don’t ask for help?
The primary reason is that it depletes my energy every time I use my psychic senses if I don’t have intention or purpose for using it. This will drain me to exhaustion. Going to the store, a party, or a concert can exhaust psychics, because they are very busy tuning into others and get depleted just by the power they use to do this.
The next reason is the Law of Reflection, which is like karma but subtler. What I do to others I allow done to me. I have no defenses of being read against my will if I’m psychically snooping around other people. Whatever protection you have in place to keep your energy field clear is compromised every time you sneak a peek at someone else. You will not only be susceptible to another’s psychic spying, but you will also be vulnerable to picking up all kinds of negative energy because you have compromised your defenses.
The third reason is that I will most likely be wrong. The chances of being wrong when psychically tuning into another without their request and permission is very high. I have never had a random reading about me be accurate. I have had very well-meaning people say they have a message to give me without my request. In those unsolicited readings I have gotten dire warnings about my future or some ‘important’ advice. Those readings were always wrong.
If you are being a very busy-body nosy-rosy and interfering with your well-meaning not-so-sage advice then you are breaking the Law of Non-Interference which holds karmic consequences. This is the fourth reason I do not read others without their permission. If I get a psychic ‘hit’ and tell the person about it who has not asked for my help, anything they do in response to that is on me. I could have possibly just interfered with the very important part of their life path, and now I have to deal with it. How that manifests is anybody’s guess, but I think it is better to not take on more karma to deal with.
The final and most important reason not to have my psychic button on “ON” all the time is that breaking the Sacred Laws makes it more difficult to align with Spirit, with the Guides and with the Angels, making access to the highest wisdom elusive. Personally, I want to always have access to truth, wisdom and love as much as possible. This is important for my behalf and for my students and clients. I must be impeccable in my integrity with the Sacred Laws of Non-Interference and the Law of Free Will, and be mindful of the Law of Reflection, to get the information that will help us all live up to our potential. Without getting information like that, what good are the psychic senses, anyway?
Being mindful of when you are turning on your senses to feel into a situation or person is key to having a clear connection with Spirit. Keeping your psychic senses to yourself, being aware of those energy boundaries and how you are focusing energy is the first step to building on your gifts.

Compassion v Judgment
I'm not really a nice person. Although, I value compassion, respect, empathy and kindness. Most spiritual people I know value the same things.
I truly hate being in judgment, it is such a heavy, burdensome energy. Judgement can be a good teacher for those aware and mindful, even if a cruel one. Judgment teaches us what we want to be or don't want to be.
Judgment has shown me the painful existence of what it is to not be compassionate. I think I can go back to compassion now and release the hold I have on my judgments.
I will never be nice but correcting my path to compassion eases the heavy energy of judgment.
May we be relieved of judgment in the most loving way to self and others.
As the divide in polarity widens, compassion will bring us to wholeness.

What it Means to ‘Be of Service’
It was a hot day on a mountain plateau in Montana. The First International Sundance was beginning, and I was paying attention, not just to the task at hand but to my physical body. Was I hydrated? What was my energy level? Balancing my rest, activity, nutrition, and hydration for me to support the community in the pop-up kitchen was the most important task I had to be of service during the days-long ceremony involving over a hundred people. Being alert to my needs and limitations kept me standing for hours and in service for days even while dry camping in the heat. It changed me. I became alert to flowing with the pulse of life and Spirit. I was at once giving and receiving. Life and Spirit joined in harmonious flow through me in the moment for each moment. It was one of the most profound experiences of my life.
A few years before, I had learned the importance of ‘radical self-reliance’, a term used at Burning Man. Camping without infrastructure taught me the slim thread of life that depends so much on what we take for granted. The most desolate place in Nevada becomes a city of tens of thousands for a week, yet the people of the city are not co-dependent they are radically independent. Each of us mindful of how much water, food and supplies will last for a week without electricity or running water makes for an awakening not just to mortality but to the delicate substance of what life is made. Responsibility is a common buzzword there. Most outsiders see Burning Man as a modern-day hippie love-in. But the profound lessons of self-care and personal responsibility were the perfect training ground for the coming intense ceremonies of my spiritual training.
In spiritual initiations and ceremonies you can learn the hard way that everyone there is relying on you to take care of yourself so you may fulfill your role and be of service. When someone is not caring for themselves it affects the whole group. If one loses consciousness or needs care, it affects us all. We cannot be mindless of our water intake or overextend our activity by staying up late. We must be mindful of our every action to be of service to the whole, to hold the powerful energy shifts in ceremony and to facilitate the changes needed for healing.
I teach how to work with Spirit in a variety of ways and when I ask a new student why they want to learn most say they want to be of service. They come to me determined and dedicated to awaken to this power and driven to share their gifts with others, but they have to wait for that, because the first lessons always are how to work with Spirit to help themselves.
Through many years of these experiences I have learned a deep respect for life, and respect for what can compromise or even take away life. Being of service means not just being present to help others but being profoundly mindful of your personal actions and how they will or will not support the whole group.
We do not learn this in our culture. We learn the opposite in the American way of life. We learn that our personal rights are the sacred and what we do is our business and our business alone. We do not see the delicate strands of life that depend on cooperation in communities, nor do we see how important personal responsibility is to the whole. We think this comes from the pioneering spirit that took settlers out into the wilderness to claim a stake of the American Dream for themselves. But that is a myth. They moved as groups and settled in groups that relied on each other to survive. They supported each other and were responsible to one another for their survival. They were self-reliant but if they came to be in need they were cared for by the community, because the loss of one is a loss for all.
Being of service means having respect for all others, for self, for what gives us life and for what takes away life. When we have respect for all we are in the rhythm of a life of service. The ebb and flow of giving and receiving that makes for an extraordinary way of being. Being aware of how you relate to the world and, in reflection, the world relates to you is a powerful way to live.
We can live in these times being mindful of such things, or we can feel threatened that the new rules will take away our personal choices and independence. But through these years, decades now, of spiritual training, I can see that the delicate strands of life have always depended on our support and connection to one another. True independence is a myth. It never was that way.
In these times, our survival depends on an abiding respect for all of life, being mindful of our needs and cooperating to support the needs of others. This is the experience of being of service, it is the greatest calling one can have and I recommend it with all my heart.

Understanding Fear in the Collective Consciousness
In truth, the world is not a scary place. The world is just the world. Neither evil nor paradise, it is only what it is to us by how we perceive it. As spiritual people we have heard that we make our reality. We see the beauty or the terror of the world as our limiting beliefs allow us. For most of the people in the world we build our beliefs upon our culture, experience and what we are told is true by religion or family.
The spiritual seeker endeavors to find truth and wisdom beyond their limiting beliefs. They take the steps beyond the beliefs created by the outer world and seek wisdom by creating a connection and awareness to the inner world, or to the expansive consciousness of the heavenly realms, or both.
The spiritual seeker who can reach beyond the noise and confusion and illusion of human consciousness finds where Truth resides. Truth resides above the fray of opinion and belief. Truth resides in the heart of the universe. The heart of the universe that keeps expanding with the act of creation. The heart of the universe holds no fear or doubt but is ever present in the exquisite experience of being. The truth is never painful, the truth will never create fear, the truth will always be a blessing and potentially begin the journey of healing for those willing to embrace it.
Some of us were raised to fear the truth and have felt better for leaving well enough alone and not investigating what will reveal the truth. Again, I repeat, the truth is never painful – the truth may cause the shattering of a long-held illusion or belief and that shattering may be painful. We can feel disappointed and betrayed when something is revealed that goes against a long-held belief. Yet this is a normal and common experience of the spiritual seeker. Those who are dedicated to the path of Truth do not fear the shattering of illusion and the pain that it may bring. That is just the ego in pain! It is not a physical pain nor a soul-level pain; it is the pain of the ego losing power.
Embrace the pain of the illusions shattering, it is awakening the heart.
Like an adventurer climbs on to reach the summit of a high mountain peak, the true spiritual seeker weathers any circumstance to find the Truth. This journey is not for the faint of heart, it is not for those seeking a life of ease, it is not for those who have comfort in their material gains. One must be robust, courageous, and have unrelenting fortitude. The spiritual journey may be a dark and treacherous way of life and those on that journey are exceedingly brave.
The common perception is that spirituality makes life easier and that spiritual people are living in an illusion ungrounded in the world, filled up with the woo-woo high of love and light. Connecting with Spirit can give you a high and some people stop their journey there. This is a dangerous place to live, just as being high on drugs all the time can be a dangerous place to live. This spirit-high can come through mediation, mediumship, channeling and so on. It is not to be confused with the experience of nirvana, enlightenment or oneness.
Having oneness with All That Is creates an extraordinary feeling of love, bliss, and a high that’s not replicated any other way. It is unique and unfathomable to all who have not experienced it. In that oneness, for those who have experienced the True oneness, we can see the suffering that illusion causes and strive to assist others out of suffering. We who know the heart of Divinity and we come in service to those who have yet to know it. The only way to know oneness with Divinity is to break down the power of the ego, and to break down the power of the ego one must be devoted to discovering the Truth.
At this point in time, the collective consciousness is in a state of fear and, for those attuned to spiritual awareness, we know that fear is an illusion created by the ego to keep control of the psyche. We have explored this, seen this in our own experience and traversed through our fears relentlessly for years. It can take years before we integrate this concept into the knowing of the mind. Once we understand how fear attempts to control us, we can manage it, and even have mastery over it, but we will never control it. Fear cannot be controlled. It can be seen and understood, and through the seeing and understanding of our fears we defuse their power. Then the energy will clear, and we may see passed the fear to the Truth. Once our fears have no power over us, we will see the Truth.
Yet if we are not in an advanced state of spiritual development, we are susceptible to being controlled by our fears and the fears of others. Those who are holding on to the spirit-high level of awareness and not advancing to deeper understanding may have an intellectual knowledge of the concepts of fear and illusion but have not integrated it enough to practice mastery over fear. Being awakened to the level of the high is also the level where sensitivity is open to the collective consciousness and the chaotic energy of illusion created by the fears.
This bears repeating. Those who are spiritual but have stayed in the etheric ‘high’ and not explored their own psyche, are susceptible to being controlled by their fears and will be open to being controlled by the fears of others. Being in the high awakens sensitivity to all types of energies, those that feel good and those that feel bad. If one does not advance beyond the spirit-high and explore their own psyches, they will be controlled by fear more easily than those who have never connected with spirit or opened their awareness. We will have awakened to being sensitive to the gifts of spirit and awakened to being sensitive to negative energies of others. This makes one easily manipulated, deluded, controlled, fearful and paranoid.
When fear advances to paranoia it is difficult to shake and can become a solidified belief that becomes part of ego identity. Once fear becomes an aspect of ego identity, the spiritual seeker will have to go through a painful shattering to go beyond it. This is important to understand. As each new challenge for survival surfaces, humanity must rise above it to survive. Yet each new challenge also reaches a new level of fear for the collective to get past. Now, the collective consciousness of humanity is fearing for its survival.
Spiritual people are easily manipulated by fear, we just do not know it because we are in denial. We feel the fear in the ethers, the fear for our survival. Some spiritual people will be in denial of that fear because the messages they get from spirit are all life affirming. This is true we are not all going to die, yet the fear still exists and must have a reason for existing. So, the person on the spirit-high level of awareness seeks a reason for the fear and lands on conspiracy theories. The formula for every conspiracy theory is that there are secret powers at work creating the means for our destruction. It is convenient because we cannot disprove it, we cannot disprove the existence of a secret, or a secret society, because it is secret! It is also convenient because it gives us a reason that we are feeling the way we do without having to dive deep into our psyches and find the Truth.
Conspiracy theories are embraced by spiritual seekers who have not the fortitude to climb the mountain but prefer to stay on the spirit-high level of awareness.
Yet, we need not be advanced spiritual seekers or even spiritual at all to remove ourselves from the collective fear and be present to love, compassion, generosity, kindness, and gratitude. We have many times ahead that will challenge us to see past the fear in the collective consciousness of humanity and into the heart of Divinity. With each crisis, we are awakening to evolve beyond our own limited beliefs and see into the beauty of the Truth. Consider this a practice run, and each time it will get easier and easier to understand the Truth and connect into the love that will carry us into the next level of awakening.
This is time to heal our broken psyches and awaken to this beautiful world through the power of love and then we may love all of those who hold her dear.
Staying in the power of compassion, love, empathy and kindness keeps us from being enveloped by the mass consciousness of fear and guides us easily to see the Truth which awakens us closer to the essence of All That Is and out of the fear consciousness present in any crisis.
