Character design concept for Gandalf the Grey if he was an animated character.

An old college project that I still enjoy the design of. This is a character design for a video game class project where we had to build a game inspired by world events. 

Our group was all California kids so we ended up focusing on the severe droughts going on at the time. Our character was inspired by the state flower, the California golden poppy, and their job was to go around collecting water for their village but not so much that it unbalanced the environment.

The final 2D design, 2D color variants, and the 3D texturing were me.

The 3D model was by Eric He.

Did a few prop a character design pieces inspired by Tolkein’s “The Hobbit” a little while back. This is my concept for the key to Erebor.

A character design I made for a 48 hour game jam. (Although my partner and I had work so we honestly made it in less than 24.)

She’s a little star who’s fallen on a strange planet, and you must collect enough star dust to energize her return home.

It’s a very tiny, one level platformer, but it was our first game ever so I’m still proud of it. You can download and play the game here.
