Commissions Closed!

Hi everyone! I'm closing commissions for now, as I'd be having quite a busy time during summer months.

It doesn't mean they will be closed forever tho, so if you are interested in commissioning me, I will be opening them again a bit later this year, so stay posted! When the time comes, I'll make an update on that.

As for now, I'm sending big thanks to all who decided to commission me up to this point! I'm really glad I could create for you! So to you my dear clients, and to any Tumblr dweller who stumbled upon this post, I wish a great day today, and all the best on your way into the future :3

I got inspired while listening to music again ;v; This song weirdly fits their dynamic of a new creature trying to understand the effects of long-term trauma on his superior, pushing through many storms and being messed up in the process. Why does Shadow do it? Cause he doesn't really have other way to save his sanity, other than trying to fight the demons of the past of his close associates, as well as his own. But about that I may share more in the future.

Nature hunt!

Another collaboration with @kingborb ! :3

This time a scrapbook piece of Predaking and Shadowground exploring Earth's nature and connecting to their beast sides together! Shadow is always happy to learn new things and explore, while Predaking enjoys the time he can spend with someone who he considers his brethren... or at least a genetical cousin ;3

Shockwave obviously using the opportunity to force the two to bring him more test samples XD

Collaborative piece I made with @kingborb ! :3

We were fighting with the composition and the format of the sketchbook, as we wanted to make this nice split - light parts for Soundwave, and dark backgrounds for Megatron. Ultimately, it led us to an interesting idea:

Normally in the notebook they look like this

Megatron needs to be contained, as he hates to stay on his place when the page is turned XD

They are both connected to the background with specifically bent paper that allows to hide them if the notebook needs to be closed, or extend them to their correct positions on the light and dark side of the piece.

It also makes this cool effect of the two falling together through space, as they are not firmly glued to the pages, but it's unfortunately not that visible on the photo itself ;-;

Ah, you know that I'm busy when I start posting OC content ;v;

So here, a bit about Shadow's abilities:

Similarly to the Hunter Mask of Onyx Prime, Shadowground can look into the minds of others, yet this ability grows gradually and evolves in different ways with time and practice.

At the beginning of his life, as a beast, he only recognises certain "vibes" and emotions of others which allows him to navigate around Decepticons and not be totally clueless during interactions (as he doesn't know the language). With this skill he is able to recognise meanings of words with time, and learn.

As a bot he is not aware of his more complex capabilities, only discovering them during missions on the Earth poles, as cold temperatures are his greatest boosters. Since then Shadow trains his mind, specifically traveling to cold places of the planet for his abilities to manifest easier.

One of the skill of his he discoveres is the influence he can have on other's perception (as illustrated above) in very low temeratures the way others see him may change based on his strong emotions or desires.

He evolves his skillset which slowly allowes him to discover new things, and use them beyond the cold zones just with longer and more tiring cooldowns. Here naturally heat is his great enemy, but in neutral or colder places he manages with no - to little problems.

His abilities are naturally the cause of many issues but also can help greatly. But about that I may write some other time ;3
