Death Is Washed Away With The Tide.
I told you I’ve always loved the ocean,
Because of the waves and the shells,
Maybe I’ve always liked the idea of dying,
Under graves we bury ourselves.

MY HOME ON THE OCEAN.
They advise against swimming,
If there is a storm brewing.
They do not warn you,
That this storm is within your own house.
I tell you I love thunder,
It is my home.
It is familiar.
Loud and un-friendly.

I Am Not My Mother.
She tells me she wishes I was not her,
But I share her hatred,
And her need to get wasted.
She hates half of me,
The parts I cannot change.
I'm sorry for your mistakes,
"I'll try better this time."
She loves me for who I am.
She loves that I am a mirror of her,
A vessel she can steal.
In the end, I am my mother's daughter.
I mimic her smile,
And her tendency to lose faith.

My First Enemy Was My Mother.
In my dreams,
I can hear her screams,
With her grief in her arms,
Its twisted face resembles mine.
Guilt eats at me like a flame,
Hungry maggots feasting on my shame.
My weight she polices,
I am a cruel reflection of the pieces,
The disgust she feels within herself.
She infects me with her venom,
And scolds me for being sick.
A devil in denim,
She wants me dead.

Will You Reach My Core?
You tell me that you care,
And yet your fingers are always digging into my flesh.
Like a starved animal,
Searching for food.
Before you knew my name, you knew my body.
The same song is sung,
Though these words have a new meaning.
You could care less about the meat on my bones,
You want to know the words carved into my ribs.
The scars in my memories.
The damaged, and broken bits.

One of the most dangerous things in the world is not being able to say no to people because you don't want to upset them or dissapoint them. This will completely ruin your life in every way possible, at work, in your private life, your sex life and your friendships. It's a way of removing your own consent in your own decisions and go against your wishes, it is always a crime against yourself. Let yourself have a say. Upsetting people is better than traumatizing yourself.

I ship you with George Weasley!
You two would get along like a house on fire I imagine! I can imagine he would be the one to approach you first. Your comforting aura would be one that would garner his attention most likely, it was a few months of casual flirtation on his behalf before you took him seriously, and the rest would be history.
He would certainly ground you, especially with your tendency to put others before yourself. He admires your selfless nature and appreciates it, however, he often has to remind you that it is good to be selfish sometimes. Especially if you are burning yourself out for the sake of others. He always feels at ease in your presence, and even though he is a large extrovert, he fins time with you more tranquil. You allow him to talk if he feels the need to, not always having to be the one keeping him entertained. He doesn’t feel any pressure to perform around you.
Exploring this idea more, he certainly appreciates your advice. He has a tendency to dive head first into many spontaneous ideas or schemes him and Fred come up with, you bring him back down to earth. You are the voice of reason in these moments when his ideas get too extreme! With this being said, Fred is in awe of the way you two communicate. It was just the two of them for so long, he was hesitant to accept his brother was in a relationship. When he sees the way the two of you interact with one another, he is immediately speechless. The demeanour he usually only presents with his brother is also the one he shows around you, he can see how much he cares about you.
I feel like one of his love languages would be acts of service. Insisting on carrying your bags when you drag him out shopping. One thing he constantly teases you about is your love for romantic movies, with him rolling his eyes whenever you tell him your choice of movie for the evening. He will reluctantly agree for the chance to hold you against himself for a few hours. What he doesn’t tell you is he has a soft spot for them just as much as you, you could even swear you saw him shedding a tear at Little Women. Even though he will always deny it.
As stated previously, you do often talk him out of his more extreme ideas HOWEVER with the much tamer ones? You are very much on board. You go with the flow, spontaneous dates and pranks are everywhere. He loves nothing more than seeing the surprise on your face when he announces he is whisking you off somewhere for the day. It could be heading to the lake or the latest quidditch match. He may not seem organised but if there is an opportunity to spend time with you? You better believe he is planning that thing down to the small details. He wants to see that smile on your face after all.

sally jackson is literally the only person ever. she's so amazing. she's perfect. she's so kind it makes people cry. she listens to nirvana. she's beautiful. she fought a bull. she can cook. she's everyone's mother. she's a writer. she sings sad songs and applies them to her life and cries. she killed her abusive ex husband and sold him to get money for an apartment. she used to work at a candy store and bring percy samples of his favourite flavours. she shot a monster with a police gun in the middle of a war. she started making food blue because she's petty and she knew it would piss gabe off. she's an icon. she's the moment. no. 1 milf. no one's doing it like her.

unaware of the intoxication & unaware of the trauma to come:
years before the period of homebound withdrawal & bed rot,
the freedom I felt within the moments of shifting psychosis;
& imbued within each cycle, the fractal fragments trauma.

setbacks do not mean you have lost all of your progress. it is part of the healing process to go through ups and downs. as hard as it is, it will never be straight sailing—but the wonderful thing is that’s why we have other people to walk through it all with. it is okay (preferred, even) to lean on someone you trust when you are hurting or when you feel like you’ve failed yourself.
healing does not mean you will never experience that hurt again. healing means learning to cope and strengthen yourself for the hurt you know will come. healing means finding the courage to endure it. healing means asking for help when you need it and learning to even know when you need that help. healing does not mean just surviving—it means learning to live, too.
you haven’t failed. you are growing. it is okay to start again with the knowledge that you’ve acquired in your setbacks, so that each time you do start again, you make it further and further until eventually, those setbacks are so few and far in between that they are no longer your default state.
your hurting won’t always be your default state.

Let the water rush over my cold body.
Find my heart completely smooth,
Amongst the flat rocks.
For then, you will know I have loved.
Where the water is gentle.
